- ハウジングを備え、前記ハウジング内の基板上には、駆動コントローラ、少なくとも1つの情報送信チップおよび少なくとも1つの情報受信チップが設けられ、
前記情報送信チップが、前記駆動コントローラの制御下で、送信すべき電気信号を光信号に変換し、前記光信号を前記情報送信チップに対応する光ファイバを通して送信し、
前記情報受信チップが、前記駆動コントローラの制御下で、前記情報受信チップの受信面に到達した外部入力光信号を電気信号に変換し、前記電気信号を出力し、前記外部入力光信号が前記情報受信チップに対応する光ファイバを通して送信され、
前記光電変換器が、第1の面と第2の面と第3の面とを備えるレンズをさらに備え、
前記情報送信チップが前記光信号を前記レンズに送信し、前記光信号が前記レンズの前記第1の面を通って前記レンズに入り、前記第2の面から反射された後に前記第3の面から前記レンズ外に送信され、前記情報送信チップに対応する前記光ファイバを通して送信され、
前記情報受信チップに対応する前記光ファイバを通して送信される前記外部入力光信号が前記レンズの前記第3の面を通って前記レンズに入り、前記第2の面から反射された後に前記第1の面から前記レンズ外に送信され、次いで前記情報受信チップの前記受信面に到達し、
前記レンズの前記第1の面および前記第3の面上に、光収束を達成するための収束レンズが設けられることを特徴とする、光電変換器。 - 前記情報送信チップが垂直共振器面発光レーザであり、前記情報受信チップが光検出器であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光電変換器。
- 前記チップ間の距離が250μmより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の光電変換器。
- 前記基板がプリント回路基板であり、その材料がメタライズされたセラミックまたは有機媒体であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の光電変換器。
- 光電変換器およびアダプタを備え、
前記光電変換器が請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の前記光電変換器を備え、
前記アダプタが本体を備え、前記本体には光ファイバを配置するための溝が設けられ、各光ファイバがそれぞれ前記光電変換器における情報送信チップまたは情報受信チップに対応することを特徴とする、光電接続装置。 - 前記光ファイバ間の距離が250μmより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の光電接続装置。
- 前記アダプタが固定部材によって前記光電変換器に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の光電接続装置。
- 前記固定部材が前記光電変換器の前記ハウジングに設けられる固定柱、および前記固定柱と合致するために前記アダプタの前記本体に設けられる固定穴を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の光電接続装置。
