してのコイル部品が必要としないことから低コストで必
要なインダクタンスを得ることができる。また、このコ
イル状ボンディグワイヤは細い棒等のようなインダクタ
ンス調整棒によって、接続後インダクタンス値の調整を
行うことが可能となる。更に空芯コイルを形成するため
の誘電体損失がなく高周波回路のインダクタンスとして

ッドボンディング方式、並びに超音波ウェッジボンディ
ング方式等、とくにボンディング方式にとらわれること

増幅器,電圧制御発振器,ミキサー等高周波回路モジュ

め、比較的組立工程を安価にでき、かつコイル状ボンデ
ィングワイヤ接続後、細い棒等のようなインダクタンス
調整棒によって、インダクタンス値の調整を行うことが
可能である。更に誘電対損失がないため高周波回路に広
