2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, decorative boards have been used for interior materials of buildings, furniture and the like. This type of decorative board is manufactured by sequentially laminating a resin-impregnated surface protection paper, a pattern printing decorative paper, a base shielding paper, a reinforcing core paper, and a back paper, followed by hot press molding. Here, as the resin, a thermosetting resin such as an alkyd resin, a diallyl phthalate resin, an acrylate resin, and a vinyl ester resin is used. In addition, when forming a decorative board, a pattern of the pattern-printed decorative paper is printed on a natural stone pattern in order to make the surface of the decorative board look like a natural stone.

[0003] In such decorative boards, there is a problem that the "depth feeling" or "depth feeling" peculiar to natural stone is very poor because the pattern layer becomes flatter. For this reason, a decorative board intended to express a sense of depth or the like has been proposed (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 3-1218).
No. 45). Here, the sense of depth like a natural stone can be explained as follows. For example, in the case of granite, the granite contains feldspar and colored minerals, such as brown and black plum, and the colored minerals are distributed evenly from the surface to the inside. Since feldspar is quartz and translucent, part of the light that hits the surface is reflected, part of the light enters the interior, and is reflected complexly by the surface of the dung distributed inside and emerges on the surface. Become. These lights are intricately entangled and enter the human eye, and this is perceived as a unique sense of depth.

However, in the decorative panel disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-121845, when used in a high humidity environment such as a bathroom, mold is generated on the pulp fiber exposed on the surface of the decorative panel. This propagates the mold inside the resin layer along the pulp fiber, and even if the surface is cleaned, the mold remains inside and cannot be removed. In particular, when black mold is generated, there is a problem that the design of the decorative board is significantly reduced. In order to solve this problem, a method of adding a fungicide to the resin or covering the surface with a transparent resin layer can be considered, but a permanent fungicide effect cannot be expected due to outflow and deterioration of the fungicide. . On the other hand, in the configuration in which the resin layer is provided, when the surface of the resin layer is damaged, there is a problem that the film effect cannot be effectively exerted, and as a result, the antifungal effect is lost.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION A base paper used for a decorative board according to the present invention is composed of glass fibers for papermaking and at least one plum distributed uniformly in the glass fibers. Is provided at a paper thickness of 5 times or more and 5000 times or less. The non-water absorbing property of the glass fiber and the pumice suppresses the generation of mold and makes it possible to maintain the design properties of the base paper unchanged over a long period of time.

The weight of the base paper is 0.2 to 5.0.
It is preferable to employ transparent and / or colored particles of mm, so that the base paper can be easily formed. Plums are mixed at a ratio of 1 to 60 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the glass fiber component, so that a pattern closest to the appearance of natural stone can be displayed. Further, the aspect ratio (average particle diameter / thickness of plum) is 50 to 2000.

[0010] The resin-impregnated paper used for the decorative board according to the present invention is obtained by impregnating the base paper with 100 to 300 parts by weight of a thermosetting resin and hot pressing the base paper. Here, when the impregnation amount of the thermosetting resin is less than 100, glass fibers appear on the surface and the gloss becomes nonuniform.
If it exceeds 00, the flow of the resin occurs, causing color unevenness.

As a method for producing the base paper, one or more types of papermaking glass fibers having a filament diameter of 5 to 20 μm and a fiber length of 3 to 50 mm are used with a pulper, and polyethylene glycol is added as a fiber dispersant if necessary. Prepare slurry. Next, the pimples are added to the slurry and mixed uniformly, and if necessary, a fixing agent such as polyacrylamide is added, and papermaking is performed using a known paper machine such as a fourdrinier paper machine or a circular net paper machine. . At this time, in order to increase the adhesive strength between the glass fiber and the resin, a glass fiber which has been surface-treated with a silane coupling agent may be used as a raw material.

00 parts by weight (Nitto Boseki Co., Ltd. CS-13J-888)
Was disintegrated with a pulper to obtain a glass fiber dispersion having a concentration of 3 g / l. Colored mushrooms having an average particle size of 5.0 mm and an aspect ratio of 170 were added to the glass fiber so as to be 20 parts by weight, mixed and uniformly dispersed. To this, a polyacrylamide-based fixing agent was added in an amount of 0.5% by weight with respect to glass fiber, and using a fourdrinier paper machine, a paper thickness of 0.30 mm and a basis weight of 200 were used.
g / m 2 base paper was produced. Next, a resin was prepared by mixing 1% by weight of initiator benzoyl peroxide (BPO), 74% by weight of diallyl phthalate resin, and 25% by weight of acetone. After taking up 200 parts by weight of this resin and impregnating the entire amount into the base paper, the acetone solvent was evaporated at 80 ° C. for 30 minutes to obtain a resin-impregnated paper 10. Similarly, 50 g of the above-mentioned resin was impregnated into 1 m 2 of titanium paper having a thickness of 0.1 mm to obtain concealment paper 11 in which acetone was evaporated. Then, the resin-impregnated paper 10 is placed on the aluminum mirror plate coated with the release agent,
The concealment paper 11 and a water-resistant plywood 12 as a base material having a thickness of 12 mm are set in a press in this order, and pressurized at 10 kg / cm 2 ,
After heating to 140 ° C. and standing for 10 minutes, the pressure was released to obtain a decorative board 20.

Based on the mold resistance test (JIS Z 2911), after culturing the mold, the mold on the surface was removed by washing with water. As a result of examining the remaining state of the mold on the surface in comparison with the blank before the test, no change was found. In addition, the decorative plate 20 was very deep, had a high texture, and had good surface smoothness.

g / m 2 base paper was produced. Next, a resin was prepared by mixing 1% by weight of initiator benzoyl peroxide (BPO), 74% by weight of diallyl phthalate resin, and 25% by weight of acetone. After taking up 200 parts by weight of this resin and impregnating the entire amount into base paper, the acetone solvent was evaporated at 80 ° C. for 30 minutes to obtain a resin-impregnated paper. Similarly, 50 g of the above resin was impregnated into 1 m 2 of titanium paper having a thickness of 0.1 mm to obtain a concealing paper in which acetone was evaporated. Next, the resin-impregnated paper was placed on the aluminum mirror plate coated with the release agent, and the concealment paper and the water-resistant plywood as a base material having a thickness of 12 mm were set in the press in this order, and pressed at 10 kg / cm 2 , After heating to 140 ° C. and standing for 10 minutes, the pressure was released to obtain a decorative board. The mold was subjected to the mold resistance test used in the above examples, and as a result, black mold was observed on the surface of the decorative board after washing with water.
