2. Description of the Related Art
In the tunnel construction, as shown in FIG. 4, a primary lining concrete b is cast on the ground a of the tunnel, a waterproof sheet is stretched on the primary lining concrete b, and a secondary lining is applied from above. Concrete d is poured to prevent spring water from the primary lining concrete side (spring from the ground into the tunnel) from leaking to the secondary lining concrete side. However, in cold regions such as Hokkaido, when such waterproofing is performed, spring water freezes between the primary lining concrete b and the waterproofing sheet c to press the secondary lining concrete d, and the secondary lining concrete d is pressed. Cracks, cracks, etc. may occur in the concrete d. Therefore, in such a cold region, as shown in FIG. 5, before the secondary lining concrete d is cast, a foamed resin material such as a foamed resin, for example, a foamed urethane resin, a foamed vinyl chloride resin, etc. is placed on the waterproof sheet a. Is injected and foamed to form a heat insulating layer e to prevent spring water from freezing.

[0003] However, the foamed resin forming the heat insulating layer has no adhesiveness to the synthetic resin of the waterproof sheet, and cannot be integrally bonded to the waterproof sheet surface. For this reason, the operation of forming the heat insulating layer and the operation of placing the secondary lining concrete are extremely difficult.

According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a waterproof sheet provided with a water-impermeable sheet is stretched on a primary lining concrete wall, and the water-impermeable sheet surface of the waterproof sheet is provided. A waterproof sheet used for a thermal insulation waterproofing method in which a heat insulating layer made of a foamed resin is formed and a secondary lining concrete is cast on the heat insulating layer, the surface of the water impermeable sheet on the heat insulating layer forming side has flexibility. While a large number of synthetic resin-made linear bodies having irregular cross-sections are arranged irregularly in the surface direction and the thickness direction of the water-impermeable sheet to form a three-dimensional wave, and at the intersection of these many linear bodies At least a part of the three-dimensional mesh body having undulating irregularities bonded to each other and having a mesh size of 1 to 30 mm is bonded and laminated, and when the heat insulating layer is formed, the heat insulating layer The inner surface invades the three-dimensional mesh And TakashiHiroshi its internal communication space and,
A waterproof sheet for thermal insulation and waterproofing, wherein a heat insulating layer is supported by the net by wrapping a lattice of the net.

Further, according to the present invention, a waterproof sheet having a water-impermeable sheet is stretched on the primary lining concrete wall surface, and a heat insulating layer made of a foamed resin is formed on the water-impermeable sheet surface of the waterproof sheet. In the thermal insulation waterproofing method in which secondary lining concrete is cast on the thermal insulation layer, a large number of flexible synthetic resin linear bodies are formed on the surface of the water-impermeable sheet on the side where the thermal insulation layer is formed as a waterproof sheet. Undulating irregularities that are randomly arranged in the plane direction and thickness direction of the water-impermeable sheet while intersecting with each other and arranged in a three-dimensional wave shape, and at least some of the intersections of these many linear bodies are bonded to each other. The three-dimensional net having a mesh size of 1 to 30 mm is used by bonding and laminating, a foamed resin material is supplied to the three-dimensional net, and a part of the raw material is placed in the three-dimensional net. Infiltrating and foaming The inner surface of the heat insulating layer made of the foamed resin fills the internal communication space of the mesh, and the heat insulating layer is supported by the mesh by wrapping the grid of the mesh. Provide a way.

According to the heat insulating and waterproofing construction method of the present invention, a sheet-like three-dimensional net having the above-mentioned undulating irregularities on the primary lining concrete and having a mesh size of 1 to 30 mm is formed on the heat insulating layer forming side. A three-dimensional mesh having a mesh size of 1 to 30 mm is formed by stretching a bonded waterproof sheet, supplying a foamed resin material to the surface of the mesh, and foaming the foam. By supplying a foamed resin raw material to the body, a part of which is penetrated into the three-dimensional mesh body and foamed, the inner surface portion of the heat insulating layer made of the foamed resin fills the internal communication space of the mesh body, The heat insulating layer is supported by the net by wrapping the grid of the net.

For this reason, the effect of the heat insulating layer is favorably exhibited over a long period of time, and the heat insulating layer can be formed simply by supplying and foaming the foamed resin raw material. Construction is performed efficiently, and in-situ foaming of a foamed resin material for forming a heat insulating layer is easy.

In this case, it is possible to control the thickness of the heat insulating layer by partially forming the height of the undulating irregularities of the mesh body to be equal to the thickness of the heat insulating layer. Accidents can be prevented. Also,
If the waterproof sheet is formed by laminating a water-permeable sheet on the surface opposite to the heat-insulating layer forming side of the water-impermeable sheet, the water-permeable sheet abuts the construction wall when the waterproof sheet is stretched on the construction wall. Then, if it is fixed with concrete nails or the like, the waterproof sheet can be stretched on the construction wall.

In this case, as described above, the three-dimensional net is irregular in the plane direction and the thickness direction of the water-impermeable sheet while a number of flexible synthetic resin linear bodies cross each other. Are arranged in a three-dimensional wave shape by changing the direction, at least a part of the intersections of these many linear bodies has undulating irregularities bonded to each other, and the size of the mesh is 1 to 30 m.
m, so that by supplying the foamed resin raw material onto the three-dimensional net, a part of the foam enters and foams into the three-dimensional net, and a heat insulating layer made of the foamed resin is formed. When formed, the heat insulating layer is supported by the mesh by the inner surface of the heat insulating layer being present in the three-dimensional mesh to fill the internal communication space and wrapping the grid of the mesh. . Therefore, the heat insulating layer is integrated with the net, and the net is adhered to the water-impermeable sheet. Therefore, the heat insulating layer is held with good adhesiveness to the water-impermeable sheet via the net.

While irregularly changing the directions in the plane direction and the thickness direction of the water-impermeable sheet, the water-impermeable sheet is arranged in a three-dimensional wave shape, and at least a part of the intersections of these many linear bodies has undulating irregularities. Then, a three-dimensional mesh having a mesh size of 1 to 30 mm is bonded and laminated, and when the heat insulating layer is formed, the inner surface of the heat insulating layer penetrates into the three-dimensional net and communicates therewith. Fill the space,

4. A waterproof sheet provided with a water-impermeable sheet is stretched on the primary lining concrete wall, and a heat-insulating layer made of foamed resin is formed on the water-impermeable sheet surface of the waterproof sheet. In a method for heat-insulating and waterproofing in which secondary lining concrete is cast, a large number of flexible synthetic resin linear bodies intersect with each other on a surface on a heat-insulating layer forming side of a water-impermeable sheet as a waterproof sheet. The water-impermeable sheet is arranged in a three-dimensional wave by changing the direction irregularly in the surface direction and the thickness direction, and at least a part of the intersections of these many linear bodies has undulating irregularities bonded to each other, The size of the mesh is 1
A foamed resin material is supplied to the three-dimensional network, and a part of the foamed resin material is introduced into the three-dimensional network to form a foam. A heat insulating and waterproofing construction method, wherein an inner surface of a heat insulating layer made of resin fills an internal communication space of the mesh, and the heat insulating layer is supported by the mesh by wrapping a lattice of the mesh.
