Description of the Related Art In recent years, rubber crawlers have been widely used instead of iron crawlers as running parts of agricultural machines and construction machines. Since the rubber crawler is entirely formed of a rubber elastic body, it has a great advantage in that it does not damage the pavement road surface and can reduce the vibration to the operator, as compared with the iron scroll.

That is, the gist of the present invention is a rubber crawler in which sprocket engagement holes are continuously provided at a constant pitch and a rubber lug is formed on an outer peripheral surface, and the rubber lug is formed of a rubber crawler with the sprocket engagement hole interposed therebetween. With a structure extending in the longitudinal direction, and
The extended rubber lug has a tip portion formed as an inclined surface in the longitudinal direction of the rubber crawler, and has a height lower than the height of the center portion of the rubber lug.

In particular, the extended portion of the rubber lug in the running direction of the rubber crawler forms an inclined surface more than the central portion of the rubber lug to reduce the height. It has been lowered. For example, rubber rugs of rubber crawlers provided for traveling parts of construction machines often have so-called vertical rugs formed in places where a load is particularly applied due to the heavy weight of the body, and the rubber crawlers are composed of sprockets and idlers. At the time of wrapping around and grounding, first, the tip portion of the vertical lug is hit against the ground, and then the center portion (lateral lug) of the rubber lug comes into contact with the ground. However,
The rubber lug in a conventional rubber crawler generally has a central portion (horizontal lug) and a tip portion (vertical lug) which are uniformly flush with each other. Therefore, when the rubber crawler comes into contact with the ground while being given a curvature, as described above, the tip portion (longitudinal lug) of the rubber lug always hits the road surface.

Gomukuro - the distal end portion 22 0 of Gomuragu 22 toward the running direction of La 21, with the noise caused by hitting the ground 23 is generated, and also cause a vibration due to this. Moreover, the degree is large, the wear and tear of the tip section 22 0 was also large this fatigue of the distal end portion 22 0 of Gomuragu 22 compared to the central portion 22 1 of Gomuragu 22.

When the rubber lug touches the ground, not only the vertical lug portion of the rubber lug hits the ground, but almost the entire top surface of the rubber lug touches the ground at the same time, reducing the sound of hitting the ground and running The vibration at the time is also reduced. The difference in height between the center and the tip of the rubber lug is a maximum of 2-5m
It is sufficient to set it to about m.

FIG. 1 is an outer plan view of a rubber lug formed on an outer peripheral surface of a rubber roller A showing a first example of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes an endless rubber elastic body which forms a base of the rubber roller A and is continuous over the top and bottom of the paper. Reference numeral 2 denotes a rubber lug formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rubber elastic body 1,
The rubber lug 2 has a lug center portion (lateral lug) 21 extending in the width direction of the rubber elastic body 1 and a sprocket engagement hole 6.
The sandwich more becomes vertical lug 2 0 which is extended toward the longitudinal running direction of the rubber elastic body 1 is, and has a key-shaped planar shape as a whole. In the figure, reference numeral 3 denotes a metal core, 4 denotes a corner portion extending from the metal core 3, and 5 denotes a steel code surrounding the metal core 3.

Than tall portions of the lateral lug 2 1 chamfered obliquely is obtained by low stature. The present invention is for the chamfered surface of the vertical lugs 2 0 As this, conventional Gomukuro only small portion of Gomuragu 2 during ground contact with the earliest - unlike La, ground Sum -'s Thus, the tapping sound of the ground at this time is reduced, and the accompanying vibration is also effectively reduced.

In this example, the rubber elastic body 11 is endlessly continuous above and below the plane of the paper, and the outer peripheral surface thereof has a lateral lug 1 extending in the width direction divided into right and left in the width direction.
2 11 , 12 21 are formed facing the sprocket engagement hole 13 at positions slightly shifted left and right. Small extension portions (vertical lugs) 12 10 , 12 20 are formed in the respective lateral lugs 12 11 , 12 21 in the opposite direction across the sprocket engagement hole 13 in the longitudinal direction of the rubber crawler D. Thus, a pair of rubber lugs 12 1 and 12 2 are formed. The overall planar shape of the rubber lug is substantially L-shaped.
