In other words, when the object to be processed is mixed using the mixing device having the first characteristic configuration, the object to be processed in the casing is rotated by driving the cylindrical body in the casing. In addition to the mere stirring action,
It will be subject to the combined effects described below. That is, based on the centrifugal force generated by driving and rotating the cylinder, the object to be processed in the cylinder moves outward and is pressed against the receiving surface (that is, the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder). The object to be processed is subjected to an assembling action, and a layer of the object to be processed in a compacted state is generated on the receiving surface. In addition, the object layer is subjected to a mixing action of being scraped off from the receiving surface by the scraping member and stirred or dispersed. Then, the object to be processed repeatedly receives the above-described action for each rotation of the cylindrical body, and receives a precise mixing action at the level of solids. Further, the first
The processing object scraped from the processing object layer of the receiving surface by the scraping member, a part thereof sequentially moves downward below the cylindrical body, and the processing objects are, by the stirring blade, The processing object moves to the gap between the cylindrical body and the casing side wall surface, so that the object to be processed is also subjected to a rough mixing action (that is, an action of mixing groups of the processing objects). And it is supplied again to the said downward passage part, and comes to receive the above-mentioned precise mixing action and coarse mixing action repeatedly.

According to the second feature, as described above, the object layer generated on the receiving surface by the centrifugal force is:
By being pressed by the pressing member and being subjected to the squeezing action, the object group in the inner portion of the object layer is forcibly pushed into the outer portion side, for example, the object has a specific gravity difference. There are things and things with different particle sizes mixed,
Even if segregation is likely to occur, the object to be processed is more strongly subjected to the mixing / kneading action, and the object to be processed is more uniformly mixed / kneaded.

Also, when the height of the cylindrical body 4 is high or the liquid is added, the object tends to adhere to the inner peripheral surface of the casing 3 with respect to the amount of the object. Although it is expected that the convection movement cannot be performed smoothly, under such conditions, the second scraping member 7 for scraping the processing object adhered to the inner peripheral surface of the casing 3 is shown in FIG. As shown, a mixing device provided rotatably relative to the inner peripheral surface of the casing 3 is useful as the device of the present invention. That is,
The second scraping member 7 is supported at the distal end of a connecting rod 10B extending outward from the cylinder 4, and the second scraping member 7 is configured to be driven and rotated by the cylinder 4. It is useful to use a mixing device in which the second scraping member 7 is rotatably provided relative to the inner peripheral surface of the casing 3. According to the apparatus of the present invention having such a configuration, the object moved to the gap B by the stirring blade 9 tends to adhere to the inner peripheral surface of the casing 3. Therefore, even when the height of the cylindrical body 4 is high and the object is likely to adhere to the inner peripheral surface of the casing 3, the object is prevented from adhering. Thus, the movement of the object is smoothly performed. In addition, even when the height of the cylindrical body 4 is not particularly high, the movement of the object to be processed can be performed more smoothly. The first scraping member 6 and the pressing member 8 are, as shown in FIG. 3, a supporting rod 11 (a non-rotating supporting rod 11) suspended from the top of the casing 3.
May be fixed. Further, the support rod 11 is driven and rotated by a motor 12 different from the motor 1A (that is, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the motor 12 provided on the top of the casing 3), and The taking member 6 and the pressing member 8 may be rotatable relative to the cylinder 4.

[Third Embodiment] As shown in FIG. 5, the inner peripheral surface of the casing 3, the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 4, and An embodiment is also conceivable in which each shape of the stirring blade 9 is formed into a streamlined curved shape.

When the pressing member 8 and the scraping member 6 are cooled or heated as required, it is easy to secure a heat medium passage (not shown) through, for example, the support rod 11 shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. Cooling or heating of the cylindrical body 4 can be performed by introducing a heat medium from outside the machine, for example, through the cylindrical rotating body 2A shown in FIG. When the material to be treated is weakly heat, it is effective to cool as described above in order to avoid inconvenience due to deterioration and welding due to overheating, and to mix and knead the material to be treated having high viscosity properties by heating. If effective, heating as described above will effectively mix and
It is effective in performing kneading.

[Fourth Embodiment] As shown in FIG. 6, the drive source for the cylinder 4 and the drive source for the stirring blade 9 may be formed separately. In this case, for example, since the cylindrical body 4 can be rotated at a high speed and the stirring blade 9 can be rotated at a low speed, it is effective for enhancing the effect of mixing and kneading the objects to be processed.
