Abstract
【課題】衝撃吸収層を有する強化ガラスカバー液晶画面やスマートフォンおよびタブレット、音楽プレイヤーにおいてキズ防止に有効であると共に、外部からの衝撃を受けても、保護する対象の液晶画面の破損を防ぐだけでなく、外側のガラス破損を防ぐ効果を持ち、外部の強化ガラスによって保護する対象である液晶画面のキズを防止する効果を持つ強化ガラスカバーを提供する。【解決手段】強化ガラス１と粘着層３の間に衝撃吸収層２を貼り合わせる事で保護する対象となる液晶画面の破損をより一層防ぐことができる。【選択図】図１
Description
本考案は、衝撃吸収層を有する強化ガラスカバー液晶画面やスマートフォンおよびタブレット、音楽プレイヤーにおいてキズ防止に有効であると共に、外部からの衝撃を受けても、保護する対象の液晶画面の破損を防ぐだけでなく、外側のガラス破損を防ぐ効果を持ち、外部の強化ガラスによって保護する対象である液晶画面のキズを防止する効果を持つ。
従来、液晶画面を保護するためにフィルムを液晶画面にはり画面のキズや汚れを防止していた。
フィルムでは、カバンの出し入れ衣類のポケットの出し入れでフィルムの端に汚れが入る等の理由で気泡が入り、はがれる。そこで強化ガラスに粘着層を貼り付けた強化ガラスカバーが開発された。
ところが、強化ガラスカバーは少しの衝撃で割れてしまうという課題があった。
従来の強化ガラスカバーは、少しの衝撃で液晶画面が割れてしまう
強化ガラスと粘着層の間に衝撃を吸収する層を設ける
本考案により、守るべき対象の液晶画面をより一層守る事ができる。
本考案は、液晶画面の保護を目的とする。カバーだけではなく、スマートフォンおよびタブレット、音楽プレイヤー等の背面、側面に貼り付けキズや汚れを防止することができる。
本考案の衝撃吸収強化ガラスに覗き見防止の機能や、ブルーライトカット機能、反射防止機能、汚れ防止、抗菌機能を付属させることができる。
本考案の衝撃吸収強化ガラスに印刷をすることで、キャラクターやデザインを付与した商品にすることができる。

- 強化ガラスに衝撃吸収層と粘着層を貼り合わせた衝撃吸収層を有する強化ガラスカバー
- 請求項１と化学強化したガラスとウレタン製を用いた衝撃吸収層とシリコン製の粘着層を有した強化ガラスカバー
