図4は、本考案の輸送用箱1の内面側から見た展開図である。同図に示したように輸送用箱1は、波形の中芯を上下方向に向けた一枚の段ボール紙で形成されているのであって、その段ボール紙に形成された押罫15a,15bによって箱部材4と、蓋部材6と、封緘手段7が一連に形成され、また、連接板6bに切り込まれたカット用ミシン目8a,8aによって開封手段8が形成されている。
なお、押罫15a,15bによる折り曲げ方向を明確にするため、図2の内面側から見た展開図を基準にして、谷折りする押罫15aを一点鎖線で示し、山折りする押罫15bを二点鎖線で示した。また、図2において符合16は、側板3aの横に連接した糊付け片であり、この糊付け片16を側板3dの貼付領域17に接着して側板3a〜3dを角筒状に連結する。

また、実施形態では、蓋部材6を蓋板6aと連接板6bで形成したが、蓋板6aの縁に封緘手段7を形成すると共にその蓋板6aに開封手段8を形成するようにしてもよい。この場合、蓋部材6と蓋板6aは同義である。
また、実施形態では、開封手段8を直線状の平行なカット用ミシン目8a,8aで形成したが、カット用ミシン目8a,8aは例えばギザギザにする、というように直線でなくてもよく、また、二本のカット用ミシン目8a,8a同士も平行でなくてもよい。

その箱部材の前記側板の上縁の一部に揺動可能に連結部で連結されて前記箱部材の上面開口を塞ぎ得る蓋部材と、
前記蓋部材の前記連結部の反対側に設けられていて前記箱部材に逆進不能な状態に差し込み得る封緘手段と、
前記連結部と前記封緘手段との間を横断する状態に設けられていてその連結部と封緘手段とを切り離し得る帯状の開封手段と、を備えた輸送用箱において、
前記開封手段を、前記連結部と平行な直線に対して非平行な状態に設けてなることを特徴とする輸送用箱。
