Abstract

【課題】水中抵抗運動において適用部位に適切な抵抗力がかかる構造を有した、膝関節強化水中運動具を提供する。
【解決手段】膝関節強化水中運動具は、左右の筒体１、２、と、両者を連結する連結材３と、その両端に取り付けたゴムベルト４とより構成されている。筒体１、２は、ゴムベルト４を下肢に巻きつけて節着布５で接合して下肢に固定される。また、下肢頚部前面に連結材３がくるように装着し、ゴムベルト４で固定する。使用に当たっては、両足に膝関節強化水中運動具をつけて水中に入り歩行する。上記により、水中歩行をすると上体が前のめりにならず、抵抗のついた足が先行する。
