前記下プレートモジュールは、
基板と、
上面の周縁近傍に複数の電極を有する、前記基板の上面に積層される下導電層と、
一端が前記下導電層の電極と接続される柔軟性を有するリボンケーブルと、
下部に位置する粘着層により、前記下導電層の上面に張り付けられるハーフトーン層とを有し、
前記上プレートモジュールは、
保護薄膜と、
前記底面に印加される図案層と、前記柔軟性を有するリボンケーブルと電気接続するために該図案層の底面の周縁近傍に設けられるインク電極とを有する、前記保護薄膜の底面に設けられる上導電層と、
前記インク電極を被覆して隔離するために前記上導電層の底面に設けられる絶縁インク層とを有することを特徴とする抵抗式タッチパネル、を提供する。
前記絶縁インク層に形成される上貫通孔と、
前記下貫通孔及び上貫通孔に挿入され、前記上プレートモジュールのインク電極と下プレートモジュールの電極とを電気接続させるための電気接続手段である導電部材とを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1項に記載の抵抗式タッチパネル、を提供する。

Claims (5)
- 下プレートモジュールと、上プレートモジュールとを有し、
前記下プレートモジュールは、
基板と、
上面の周縁近傍に複数の電極を有する、前記基板の上面に積層される下導電層と、
一端が前記下導電層の電極と接続される柔軟性を有するリボンケーブルと、
下部に位置する粘着層により、前記下導電層の上面に張り付けられるハーフトーン層とを有し、
前記上プレートモジュールは、
保護薄膜と、
前記底面に印加される図案層と、前記柔軟性を有するリボンケーブルと電気接続するために該図案層の底面の周縁近傍に設けられるインク電極とを有する、前記保護薄膜の底面に設けられる上導電層と、
前記インク電極を被覆して隔離するために前記上導電層の底面に設けられる絶縁インク層とを有することを特徴とする抵抗式タッチパネル。 - 前記基板がガラス板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抵抗式タッチパネル。
- 前記インク電極がインクとナノスケール金属粒子とを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の抵抗式タッチパネル。
- 前記上導電層が透明電極からなり、前記下導電層が透明電極からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の抵抗式タッチパネル。
- さらに前記粘着層に形成される下貫通孔と、
前記絶縁インク層に形成される上貫通孔と、
前記下貫通孔及び上貫通孔に挿入され、前記上プレートモジュールのインク電極と下プレートモジュールの電極とを電気接続させるための電気接続手段である導電部材とを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1項に記載の抵抗式タッチパネル。
