With increasing health consciousness, the population aiming to maintain and improve physical condition through walking or running exercise tends to increase, but continuous exercise for a long time is required to secure a sufficient amount of exercise. Many of the shoes for health promotion that are currently on the market use hard, raised-up soles, which have hindered toe movement, which is important for walking. Many diseases such as hallux valgus have been caused by the movement of the toes. A fall caused by a stumbling while the elderly cannot raise the toes sufficiently is also due to weakening of the muscles that exercise the toes. Even in athletes, when the tip of the ankle is used strongly, stress often acts on the Achilles tendon and suffers from an injury such as a tear. By strengthening the muscles connected to the toes, the load applied to the Achilles tendon is shared, and in running scenes, the forward movement is given by the movement of the toes at the moment when the soles move away from the ground. In addition, the improvement of recording can be expected by using toes.

An intermediate with a slippery structure is sandwiched between the sole and the sole, and the muscles connected to the toes that are difficult to use in walking and running with conventional shoes are actively exercised to enhance the activity.

The soles and soles are difficult to slip, and the shape that suppresses the movement of the toes from front to back and left and right inside the shoes is suitable for walking and running. By creating a structure that slides between them, the stability of walking and running is slightly impaired, and the toes will be used to resist, and not only the connecting muscles but also the muscles of the whole body are strained to stabilize the posture and short The consumption of heat in the body over time can be promoted. In addition, the increase in muscle strength can improve health and improve the record for athletes.

When making a shoe sole to which the present invention is applied, it is preferably applied to an insole that can be attached and detached, and when used continuously for a long time, it is desirable to use it in a form in which the original sole and the sole are not slippery. Also,
When the shape of the shoe sole is also intended to improve the hallux valgus or the like, the improvement is quick when used in combination with a shoe having a shape with a margin in the lateral direction at the toes. Although the present invention has a great effect of toe movement and muscle strength increase, many muscles are tense for maintaining walking and running postures, so long-time use should be avoided. Athletes should avoid using in trials and games, and should be used effectively in muscular strengthening situations.

The structure and operation of the sole having the above-mentioned purpose will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Reference numeral 1 in FIG. 1 indicates an arrangement in the shoe of the present invention, and the main body has a structure in which two or one unfolded material are bonded together. The reference numeral 1a has a structure in which the materials are firmly bonded so that they are not easily separated when walking or running. Although the code | symbol 1b part is the same shape up and down, it has isolate | separated. The contact surfaces of each other are slippery and have high wear resistance and air permeability.
The upper and lower materials are connected by reference numeral 1c, but they are connected in a manner that does not prevent the two materials from phasing.

FIG. 2 shows the relationship between shoes and feet in an upright state. Reference numeral 2a indicates that the weight of the entire foot is applied and the two materials of the present invention are in close contact. The toes are pushed from the left and right as indicated by reference numeral 2b in accordance with the shape of the shoe tip.

FIG. 3 shows the relationship between the foot and the shoe sole in the state of starting walking or running. As the weight moves from the heel to the toes, the two slippery shoe soles begin to phase, creating a space of sign 3a. When the sole of the foot feels slipping, the user unconsciously acts to open the toes and secure the ground, as shown by reference numeral 3b, and tension occurs around the toes. As a result, the symptoms of hallux valgus are reduced, the toes muscles are activated and strengthened, and the momentum increases due to the tension of the whole body.

FIG. 4 is a side view of the operation state of the sole and the sole in a state where walking or running is started. When the heel is raised and the ground is kicked in the direction of 4a by the tip of the foot, a slip occurs between the two free shoe soles, the part of 4b moves in the heel direction, and the space of 4c is created. FIG. 5 is a view of the state of the muscles connected to the toes and the shoe sole when the shoe leaves the ground, as viewed from the side. When the toes leave the ground (3)
The action of securing the ground continues until the toes leave the ground, and the action of kicking the ground of the sign 5a is performed at the tip of the toes, activating and strengthening the muscles connected to the toes of the reference numeral 3. Further, the space generated by the reference numeral 4c is contracted as indicated by the reference numeral 5b along with the deformation of the shoe sole, and the circulation of air in the shoe sole occurs as a secondary. Even when the present invention is used on hard shoes soles that are currently on the market, the same movement occurs inside, maintaining and improving the strength of the toes, and consuming more heat than the usual exercise.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing improved recording to athletes and reduction of obstacles such as muscle rupture by muscles activated and strengthened by the present invention. By strengthening the toe muscle of reference numeral 3, it is possible to reduce the burden on the Achilles tendon during the operation of extending the ankle, thereby complementing the muscle strength.
Reference numeral 6a increases the jumping power by consciously using the toes during the jumping operation. Reference numeral 6b increases the stride by consciously scratching the ground with the toes when running and increases the distance traveled at the same number of steps, thereby improving the record of the athlete.
