【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shoe sole for an exercise shoe, and more particularly to a shoe sole for an exercise shoe that is excellent in promoting metabolism, recovering its function, and having a diet effect and is suitable for these exercises.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an aging society, the number of elderly people is increasing, but in recent years, elderly people have started various exercises such as joking, walking, and obesity elimination in order to spend their daily lives comfortably. Speaking of exercise suitable for many elderly people in particular, the diet method by walking is obsessed. On the other hand, various diet methods are gaining popularity due to the desire of young people, especially women. Under such circumstances, there are BM stretches and garden walks that have been attracting attention recently. Of these, garden walks are: (1) walking straight on a straight line, (2 ) This is a way of walking that consists of widening the stride “half foot to one foot” than usual, (3) always landing on the entire sole of the foot, and (4) kicking so that the knee stretches backward firmly. By walking, the muscles work better than usual, improving metabolism and improving function, excelling in tightening the calf, tightening the thigh, tightening the lower abdomen, improving distortion, gaining turnover to walk faster, etc. The function is improved (see, for example, Non-Patent Document 1).
On the other hand, some inventions related to athletic shoes suitable for various exercises such as joking, walking, and dieting are also disclosed. One of them is reverse heel shoes. This is used to correct the walking posture, etc. The width of the toe box is at least larger than the width of the ball joint, the height of the toe spring is at least 2 cm, and the inclination of the heel of the shoe is in the vertical direction. On the other hand, a reverse heel shoe having a structure inclined at least 10 ° or more in the toe direction is disclosed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Also, when practicing various sporting events such as joking, running or tennis as solid lines, wear them for stretching and balance training together with strengthening the muscles of the lower leg muscles, and also for walking The bottom part of the latter half of the sole body of the shoe sole is removed, and when the removed part reaches the ground, the bottom surface that is not removed is tilted from the ground in a predetermined angle oblique direction. In the state where the shoe sole is attached to the removed portion of the shoe sole main body through a coupling means so as to be able to be coupled / separated and coupled to the removed portion of the shoe sole main body, the removal is performed. There is disclosed a shoe sole including a heel member that can reach the ground at substantially the same angle as a bottom surface that has not been formed (see, for example, Patent Document 2). Furthermore, the present invention relates to a shoe sole for increasing strength, which is suitable for preventing lowering of the muscles of the lower limbs. In the shoe for increasing strength, wherein at least a part of the front foot portion of the shoe sole is made higher than the heel portion, The thing which made the inner part the bottom height rather than the outer part in the approximate center part of the front-back direction of a part is disclosed (for example, refer patent document 3).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned athletic shoe sole, in Patent Document 1, it is used for correcting the walking posture and not for general walking. Cannot be obtained. In other words, general walking is a way of landing from the heel with the knee extended. (1) Since the knee and hip joint are impacted, the knee and hip joint are easily damaged. (2) The angle of the foot when landing is easy to get tired because it is easy to brake against walking. (3) The operating range of the hip joint is narrow, that is, the general kicking angle is 30 degrees. Therefore, even if the legs are extended back and forth, it is limited to a regular triangle of 60 degrees. As the muscle strength declines, the stride becomes narrow, leading to aging. (4) Because the movement is knee extension, the front of the thigh develops and the legs look thicker when viewed from the front. (5) Basically, it is “how to walk in a race”, and it is the same way of walking as the rule that one foot must be on the ground. There is a problem that it is unsuitable. In Patent Document 2, it is used for stretching and balance training as well as muscle strengthening of the lower leg muscles in that it is worn when practicing various sports events such as joking, running or tennis as shown by the solid line. In other cases, it is used for walking, and when worn for walking in the garden, there is a problem in that the cage will land, and sufficient walking in the garden cannot be performed. Further, the shoe sole disclosed in Patent Document 3 also has a structure of landing from the heel, similarly to Patent Document 2, and therefore cannot perform a sufficient garden walk. Therefore, the inventors of the present invention studied various shoe soles suitable for stretch and comfortable walking, and the soles of the structure suitable for walking in the non- patent document 1 described above are: bottom front of the front landing surface is inclined upward with respect to the longitudinal direction of the sole, further the bottom surface of the convex front attachment ground and convex rear landing surface, a bottom surface comprising a heel portion, said With respect to the rear landing, the height of the front landing is formed higher than the height of the rear landing, and the bottom surface of the buttock is formed lower than the rear landing , Even if at least a part of the rear landing surface is landed at the same time, the buttocks are not suitable for landing , and are extremely suitable for garden walking, and have excellent metabolism promotion and functional recovery / diet effects (described in Table 1). And here's the present invention It came to be. Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a shoe sole for an exercise shoe that is extremely suitable for garden-style walking and has excellent metabolism promotion, functional recovery and diet effects.
[0008]

It is formed lower than the landing surface , and even if at least a part of the front landing surface and the rear landing surface land at the same time, the collar portion does not land, and at least the bottom surface in front of the front landing surface is a shoe. The outer bottom surface is formed higher than the inner bottom surface with respect to the center line in the longitudinal direction of the bottom. FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a shoe sole of the present invention, in which a in FIG. 1 is a sectional view thereof and b in FIG. 1 is a plan view thereof. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a cross-section in the width direction of the shoe sole of the present invention. In FIG. 1, a shoe sole 1 has a front landing 3 in the vicinity of the center thereof, and a rear landing 4 in the rear thereof, and the bottom surfaces of these landings 3 and 4 have a width of The thickness is the same in the direction. Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the bottom surfaces of the front landing and the rear landing are both flat, and the height of the front landing with respect to the rear landing is the height of the rear landing. The height difference is 1 to 10 mm, preferably 5 to 8 mm in consideration of being able to land on the ground at the same time as walking motion. With this configuration, these landing surfaces 3 and 4 can land on the ground at the same time with respect to the walking motion, and the buttocks surface 5 does not contact the ground when landing.
Thus, in the configuration of the shoe sole of the present invention, the back landing surface is formed lower than the front landing surface, so that the soleus and gastrocnemius muscles are stretched more sufficiently than normal walking, and the muscles are stretched. Restores the flexibility of these muscles. In addition, the blood circulation can be supplemented by calf contraction. Furthermore, because the tip (bottom of the front) is located lower than the front landing surface, the weight shifts forward and the muscles relax after the soleus and gastrocnemius muscles are stretched. As a result, oxygen and nutrients are supplied, and as a result, excellent effects such as relieving cooling, relieving fatigue, relieving swelling, and the like are exhibited. In addition, by simultaneously landing on the ground in response to walking motion, that is, landing from the sole and moving weight to the lower tip, the major and middle gluteal muscles using the buttocks muscles kicked behind the hip joint In addition, the thigh shape-up effect is achieved when the kicked foot leaves the ground later.
In the present invention, at least the bottom surface 2 (for example, 13 or A 1 , A 2 , B 1 , B 2 ) in front of the front landing surface 3 is outside the bottom surface (A 2 , A 1 , A 2 , B 1 , B 2 ) from the longitudinal center line of the shoe sole. B 2 ) is formed higher than the inner bottom surface (A 1 , B 1 ). That is, in the shoe sole, the B 1 and B 2 surfaces, which are the same as the A 1 and A 2 surfaces of the bottom surface 2 in front of the front landing surface 3, are outside (right side) the height of A 1 and B 1 on the inside (left side). ) Of the A 2 surface and B 2 surface are formed higher. As the specific example, (see FIG. 2) which is inclined high continuously from A 1 side to the A 2 side in the width direction is preferred, A 2 side is a step in a stepped manner with respect to A 1 side You may have. Similarly to the A 1 and A 2 surfaces, the B 1 and B 2 surfaces of the front bottom surface 2 have steps or inclinations from the inside to the outside, and are inclined high from the B 1 surface to the B 2 surface in the width direction. However, the B 2 surface may have a stepped shape with respect to the B 1 surface. In FIG. 2, when viewing the state of the cross-section in the width direction of the shoe sole 1, in A, the insole 12 has an outer bottom 13, which is divided into an A 1 surface and an A 2 surface. These A 1 and A 2 surfaces are highly inclined from the inside toward the outside. Similarly to A, B has an outer bottom 13 on the midsole 12 and is divided into a B 1 surface and a B 2 surface. However, the A 1 surface and the A 2 surface, and the B 1 surface and the B 2 surface are not necessarily divided, and may be continuous. These B 1 and B 2 surfaces are highly inclined from the inside to the outside. In this way, at least the bottom surface in front of the front landing is formed such that the outer bottom surface is higher than the inner bottom surface from the center line in the longitudinal direction of the shoe sole (the tip of the toe is inclined inward). It is easy to walk in a straight line, and with this movement, the legs are carried back and forth with the upper body facing forward, causing a twist in the abdomen and training the oblique, lateral and abdominal muscles. C is the front landing surface 3, and has an outer bottom 13 on the midsole 12. The outer bottom 13 is divided to form a C surface and a C surface. D is the rear landing surface 4, and similarly has an outer bottom 13 on the midsole 12, and the outer bottom 13 is divided to form a D surface and a D surface. E, F, and G are eaves parts, and an E surface, an E surface, and a G surface are formed on the inner bottom 11. Further, the position of the front landing c is located in front of the substantially center part of the shoe sole, but the vertical width may be a part of the front bottom surface as indicated by reference numeral 3. Good. In the present invention, at least one of the front landing 3 and the rear landing 4 is a flat surface or a curved surface, and in this example, the front landing 3 and the rear landing 4 are both flat. However, a curved surface may be used instead of the flat surface. This curved surface preferably forms a curved surface in the front-rear direction. The collar surface 5 includes symbols E, F, and G, and these bottom surfaces are formed to be flat with respect to the front landing 3 or the rear landing 4 . The heel surface 5 is lower than the height of the rear landing surface 4 and should not adhere to the ground when the front landing surface 3 and the rear landing surface 4 land simultaneously. For that purpose, it is preferable to form the rear end of the flange surface 5 in a round shape. In addition, each division surface of C, D, E, F, and G is an example of a preferable example, Comprising: It does not need to be divided | segmented like these.
In the present invention, the bottom surface 2 (A surface, B surface) in front of the front landing surface 3 preferably has an angle with respect to the ground, and this angle is 7 to 30 ° with respect to the ground. It is preferable that the tip of the shoe sole rises at an angle. The angle is more preferably 8 to 25 °, and further preferably 10 to 25 °. When this angle is smaller than 7 °, it is not only difficult to walk due to excessive burden on walking, but also not suitable for garden-style walking. Further, if the angle exceeds 30 °, the function as a shoe is lost in relation to the foot, which is not preferable. The normal angle is preferably 15 to 20 °. In addition to this, the shoe sole of the present invention may have a groove 6 at an arbitrary position in the width direction so as to bend in the front-rear direction when walking while wearing shoes. The depth of the groove 6 has an appropriate depth in the same manner as a normal shoe.
The exercise shoe adopting the shoe sole of the present invention is an operation in which the front landing surface and the rear landing surface of the shoe sole are simultaneously landed and kicked so that the knee extends backward on the bottom surface in front of the front landing surface of the shoe sole. Is the most suitable for walking in a way that repeats alternately with both feet, and this walking method is the above-mentioned garden-style walking, and more specifically as follows. In other words, walking in the garden style is: (1) straighten the back and walk on a straight line, (2) increase the stride “half foot to one foot” more than usual, (3) always on the entire sole of the foot. Landing, (4) Kicking with the knees firmly stretched backwards, this way of walking improves metabolism and improves function, calf tightening, thigh tightening, lower abdominal Excellent functional improvements such as tightening, distortion improvement, and gaining turnover for fast walking. That is, just by walking with the shoes that use the soles of the exercise shoes, the metabolic efficiency increases, and the following effects can be obtained.

【The invention's effect】
The sole of the exercise shoe of the present invention has a bottom surface inclined forward with respect to the longitudinal direction of the shoe sole from the front landing surface, a convex front landing surface and a convex rear landing surface bottom surface, a shoe sole having a bottom surface comprising a heel portion, with respect to the rear portion landing surface, the height of the front landing surface is formed higher than the height of the rear landing surface and the bottom surface of the heel portion and the rear portion It is formed lower than the landing, and even if at least a part of the front landing and the rear landing land at the same time, the heel portion does not land, and at least the bottom surface in front of the front landing is a shoe. The outer bottom surface is formed higher than the inner bottom surface along the center line in the longitudinal direction of the bottom, making it extremely suitable for garden walking, learning turnover for fast walking, promoting metabolism, function recovery and diet effects (Table 1). ) It is intended to achieve the particular remarkable effect. Further, the shoe sole of the exercise shoe of the present invention is such that at least the bottom surface in front of the front landing surface is formed such that the outer bottom surface is higher than the inner bottom surface from the center line in the longitudinal direction of the shoe sole, and the shoe sole width direction is outside. The effects described in Table 1 can be achieved by being highly inclined toward. Further, the shoe sole of the exercise shoe of the present invention has at least the bottom surface in front of the front landing surface and the effects described in Table 1 above because the bottom surface is highly inclined from the inside toward the outside in the width direction of the shoe sole. It is what you play. Further, the shoe sole of the exercise shoe of the present invention is configured to land on the front landing surface and the rear landing surface of the shoe sole at the same time, with the thighs first extending backward on the bottom surface in front of the front landing surface of the shoe sole, and then the knees. The effects described in Table 1 can be achieved by using the method of kicking so as to extend by inertia in a manner of alternately walking with both feet.
