Description

The present invention is a reinforced soil retaining wall that is applied to many places including road retaining walls, retaining walls of site preparation sites such as parking lots and factories, retaining walls of earth dumping sites, forests, sabo dams, etc. The present invention relates to a reinforced earth retaining wall devised to prevent the operator from falling during the construction.

Conventionally, the wall material is expanded metal (net-like) for road retaining walls, retaining walls for site preparation sites such as parking lots and factories, retaining walls for dumping grounds, reinforced soil retaining walls applied to forestry dams, sabo dams, etc. A construction using a steel member is known (see Patent Document 1).

Furthermore, in the embankment structure, a plate-shaped block wall surface material is used, a joint metal fitting and a sliding joint are provided between the upper and lower blocks, and the anchor member embedded in the reinforcing soil and the sliding joint are connected to each other. (See Patent Document 2).

特開平08−284173号公報(段落0013、図1、4)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 08-284173 (paragraph 0013, FIGS. 1 and 4) 特開平11−256580号公報(段落0004、図1、2)JP-A-11-256580 (paragraph 0004, FIGS. 1 and 2)

Each of the conventional techniques has the following problems. In the construction of the reinforced soil retaining wall, wall surface material installation and compaction work will be performed near the wall side (valley side) of the reinforced soil retaining wall, thus preventing falling to ensure safe and reliable work. It is necessary to plan.

Conventionally, in many cases, construction work has been carried out without taking sufficient countermeasures, because safety measures are left to the independence of the contractor in spite of work at high places. When measures are taken, it will be necessary to remove the pipes after the work is completed, since the safety pipe will be constructed by connecting single pipes from below. In addition, there are problems that many single pipes are used and that it takes too much time to assemble and remove, which is too expensive.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and has a structure in which a safety fence column support pipe capable of building a safety fence on a wall material is attached. A reinforced earth retaining wall that can be easily constructed with a safety fence at the construction stage is realized.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a reinforcing soil retaining wall formed by stacking a plurality of embankment structures on a bottom ground, each of the plurality of embankment structures being a bottom ground or a lower layer An L-shaped wall material consisting of a bottom surface portion, a bent portion and a front erection portion is installed on the stepped embankment structure with the front erection portion facing the wall surface side of the reinforcing earth retaining wall, and is connected to the wall surface material. A safety fence column support pipe is attached to the inner surface of the front standing part of the wall surface material in the vertical direction, and embankment is embedded on the wall material and the bed material to support the safety fence column. The pipe is configured by being fixed by embankment, and the safety fence column support pipe of the multi-stage embankment structure is constructed from the lower stage to the upper stage embankment structure in the construction of the multi-stage embankment structure, respectively. Support the safety fence post of the safety fence Be used to provide a reinforced soil retaining wall, characterized in that the member is left after the use.

It is preferable that the safety fence column support pipe is configured such that the upper part thereof is attached to the inner surface of the front standing part of the wall material with a binding band or a wire.

The safety fence is preferably configured to include the safety fence post and a handrail attached horizontally to the safety fence post.

According to the structure of the reinforced earth retaining wall according to the present invention as described above, the following effects are produced.
(1) Since the safety fence support tube is attached to the wall material of the reinforcing soil retaining wall of the embankment structure of each step, the safety fence can be easily replaced when constructing the embankment structure from the lower level to the upper level. This will prevent the workers from falling, and can work with peace of mind.In particular, the work can be done with confidence in the vicinity of the wall surface of the embankment structure. Deformation and settlement problems can be solved.

(2) Since the same safety fence can be installed in order from the lower level bank structure to the upper level bank structure, the safety fence to be used can be minimized, and many safety fences can be installed. Since removal work is not necessary, not only the safety is improved, but also labor and cost are reduced. This is particularly effective for construction work in mountainous areas where the cost of carrying materials is high. In addition, after the completion of the construction, the uppermost safety fence can be left as it is and used as a fall protection fence.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The best mode for carrying out a reinforced earth retaining wall according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings based on the embodiments.

The reinforced soil retaining wall according to the present invention has a structure that allows the worker to safely construct without falling down in the process of constructing the reinforced soil retaining wall by stacking multiple embankment structures on the bottom ground. .

This reinforced soil retaining wall is applied to the construction of reinforced soil retaining walls in many places including road retaining walls, retaining walls in site preparation areas such as parking lots and factories, retaining walls in soil dumping grounds, restoration mountains dams, and sabo dams. Although it is possible, here, the configuration of the reinforcing soil retaining wall of the front standing part of the inclined surface (slope surface) of the natural ground will be described in detail in an embodiment.

First, the structure of the reinforced soil retaining wall, which is the premise of the reinforced soil retaining wall according to the present invention, will be described along with its construction process. The slope 2 of the natural ground where the reinforced soil retaining wall 1 according to the present invention is constructed is cut at a constant slope angle to reveal the back cut, and the bottom ground 4 is formed forward from the bottom of the slope 2. Yes. The reinforced soil retaining wall 1 of the present invention is constructed by sequentially stacking a plurality of embankment structures 3 on a bottom ground 4.

The embankment structures 3 stacked in a plurality of stages in the reinforced soil retaining wall according to the present invention are basically configured in common, and are constructed by a common process. The configuration and construction process will be described.

On the wall surface side (the valley side of the natural mountain) of the embankment structure 3 in the bottom ground 4, the L-shaped wall surface material 5 is installed on the end portion (front end portion corresponding to the left position in FIG. The As shown in FIG. 1B, the wall surface material 5 includes a bottom surface portion (horizontal portion) 6, a bent portion 7, and a front surface rising portion (standing portion) 8. The bottom surface portion 6 is placed on the bottom surface ground 4, and the front standing portion 8 is substantially perpendicular to the bottom surface ground 4 or toward the rear surface side (“mountain mountain side”, right side in FIG. 1 (a)). Are formed so as to be slightly inclined.

As the wall material 5, a rigid expanded metal, a wire mesh, or the like is used. In this embodiment, an example in which a rigid expanded metal is used is shown. An oblique tie material 5 ′ is stretched between the front standing portion 8 and the bottom surface portion 6 of the wall surface material 5, and the wall surface material 5 is reinforced. A plurality of wall materials 5 are juxtaposed in the horizontal direction of the natural ground (in the horizontal direction when the natural mountain is seen from the front) according to the horizontal width of the reinforced earth retaining wall 1.

The connecting material 10 such as a reinforcing bar is inserted alternately into the meshes of the bottom surface 6 of the wall surface material 5 and the connecting material 10 such as reinforcing bars is connected to each other. The laying net material 9 is laid from the bottom ground 4 to the inclined surface 2. The floor netting 9 is made of a geotextile, such as a tensor (trade name).

A first-stage embankment structure 3 is constructed by embedding the embankment 11 while compacting the embankment 11 in a space surrounded by the wall surface material 5, the bottom ground 4, and the netting material 9 laid on the inclined surface 2. The reinforced soil retaining wall 1 is formed by stacking the second and higher levels of the embankment structures 3 one after another on the first level of the embankment structure 3.

The second and higher levels of the embankment structure 3 are constructed in substantially the same process as the first level of the embankment structure 3. That is, the wall material 5 disposed on the lower level banking structure 3 is installed, and the floor material 9 is connected to the wall material 5, and the wall material 5 is placed on the lower level banking structure 3. The embankment 11 is embedded while being compacted in a space surrounded by the laid netting material 9 and the laying net material 9 disposed on the inclined surface 2.

In addition, the mountain side end part of the horizontal laying net material 9 laid on the lower level embankment structure 3 is connected to the laying net material 9 laid on the inclined surface 2 alternately like a rebar. The material 12 is inserted and connected.

The characteristics of the reinforced soil retaining wall 1 as described above are as follows. In constructing the embankment structure 3 at each stage, before embedding the embankment 11, the safety fence column support pipe 13 is attached to the back side of the wall material 5 at that stage. And when embedding the embankment 11 of the step, this safety fence support | pillar support pipe 13 is also embedded simultaneously, and is compacted.

Thus, after the safety fence column support pipe 13 is embedded and compacted to a certain depth (the depth to which the safety fence column support pipe 13 is fixed), the safety fence column support pipe 13 is secured to the safety fence column support pipe 13. 14 is attached to form a safety fence 14. By this safety fence 14, safety such as prevention of falling of an operator during construction work of the embankment structure 3 of the step and the step immediately above can be achieved.

The characteristic structure of the reinforced earth retaining wall 1 according to the present invention will be described in more detail. The safety fence 14 may be attached from the time of constructing the lowermost embankment structure 3, or the safety fence 14 may be installed from the time of constructing the embankment structure 3 of a level that is dangerous to work. Good.

FIG. 2 shows an example in which a safety fence 14 is attached when the second-stage embankment structure 3 is constructed. In short, before embedding the second-stage embankment 11, the safety fence column support pipe 13 is attached to the back surface side (mountain side, right side in FIG. 2A) of the wall material 5 at that stage. They are attached with an interval (for example, an interval of 2 m) in the width direction.

For example, a hollow pipe such as a resin pipe or a steel pipe is used as the safety fence column support pipe 13, and the length thereof is approximately the same as the height of the wall surface material 5. Alternatively, the length may be slightly higher than the height of the wall surface material 5. In the latter case, even if the step is completely buried with the embankment 11, it protrudes slightly upward from the embankment, so that the safety fence column 15 can be easily pulled out from the safety fence column support pipe 13 as described later.

As shown in FIG. 3, the mounting structure of the safety fence post support pipe 13 to the wall surface material 5 is formed by binding the upper part of the safety fence post support pipe 13 with a binding band 16 or a wire and opening the lower end of the safety fence post support pipe 13. The support bolt 17 is inserted and attached for positioning from below in the inside, and a simple attachment structure such as temporary fixing may be used. The reason is that the safety fence column support pipe 13 is firmly fixed in the soil by the embankment 11 embedded in the step.

The support bolt 17 is placed on the lower level embankment structure 3 so as to extend upward through the bottom surface portion 6 of the wall surface material 5, and the safety fence column support tube 13 is placed in the lower end opening thereof. Position the support bolt 17 so that it is inserted.

After the safety fence support column 13 is attached to the back side of the wall surface material 5, as shown in FIG. Then, after the embedding is compacted to the depth that the safety fence column support tube 13 is firmly fixed by the embankment 11 (for example, about half the depth of the embankment structure 3 at that stage), The safety fence column 15 is inserted into the safety fence column support tube 13.

A safety fence cross member 18 is horizontally attached to the safety fence column 15 so as to cross the horizontal direction (lateral width direction) when viewed from the front side of the embankment structure 3 to the mountain side. The safety fence cross member 18 (handrail) may be a steel pipe or the like, but is attached in the vertical direction by one row or two or more rows at intervals. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a configuration in which two rows of safety fence cross members 18 are attached in the vertical direction is shown.

FIG. 2 (b) shows that the construction of the second-stage embankment structure 3 is completed in a state where the safety fence 15 is installed on the second-stage embankment structure 3, and the third-stage embankment in the upper level. In the structure, the safety fence column support tube 13 is similarly attached, and the embedding 11 is embedded while being compacted.

Once the safety fence cross member 18 is attached to the safety fence column 15 to form the safety fence 14, the safety fence 14 used in the lower level embankment structure 3 as shown by the arrow in FIG. Are pulled out from the safety fence column support pipe 13 and inserted into the safety fence column support pipe 13 buried in the embankment structure 3 of the upper level, thereby being sequentially transferred and attached. And after the safety fence support | pillar 15 is moved, the safety fence support | pillar support pipe 13 is left in the state buried. The remaining safety fence column 15 also functions as a reinforcing member for the wall surface material 5.

In short, as in the present invention, when each of the embankment structures 3 is provided with the safety fence column support pipes 13, the common safety fence 14 is changed from the construction work of the lower embankment structure 3 to the lower embankment structure. In the construction work of the body 3, it can be transferred and attached sequentially. Therefore, since it is not necessary to attach the safety fence 14 to the multi-level embankment structure 3, neither the work nor the material for attaching the cross member 18 to each step is necessary. This is a very unique feature of the structure of the reinforced earth retaining wall of the present invention, and has a very large utility.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the safety fence 14 for preventing falling formed as described above. FIG. 6 shows that when a banking structure 3 of a certain level is constructed, a safety fence column support pipe 13 is attached to the wall surface material 5 and the bank 11 is filled while being compacted to the middle of the level, and then the safety fence column support pipe 13 is filled. The state which inserted the safety fence support | pillar 15 in the inside and attached the safety fence 14 is shown.

In addition, although the horizontal laying net material 9 appears to be exposed at a part on the right side in FIG. 6, this is for the sake of easy understanding of the structure of the embankment structure 3, and the safety fence 14 is attached. Then, since the embankment 11 has already been incorporated, the horizontal bed material 9 is not actually exposed.

Thus, when the safety fence 14 is attached to the wall surface side (valley side) of the reinforcing soil retaining wall 1 of the embankment structure 3 under construction, the worker can be prevented from falling, and the worker can work with peace of mind. Since the compaction work in the vicinity of the wall surface side of the embankment structure 3 can be performed with peace of mind, problems of deformation and settlement of the wall surface of the reinforced soil retaining wall 1 due to lack of compaction, which have occurred in the past, are solved.

Furthermore, according to the structure of the reinforced soil retaining wall of the present invention, the material used is minimal, and the dismantling and removal work of the safety fence 14 in the embankment structure of each step is eliminated, so that not only the safety is improved but also the cost is reduced. Reduction can also be expected. Further, after the construction is completed, the uppermost safety fence 14 can be left as it is and used as a fall protection fence if necessary.

The embodiment of the reinforced soil retaining wall according to the present invention has been described based on the examples. However, the present invention is not particularly limited to such examples, and the technical specifications described in the claims of the utility model registration are not limited thereto.
