Abstract

【課題】従来のオートバイのハンドルスイッチの標識記号の夜間における視認性を向上させる。
【解決手段】スイッチカバー本体１は透明なプラスチック製であり、表側の標識記号２以外の部分を塗装やクロームメッキ等で表面処理をし、ＬＥＤを点灯させた際に標識記号の部分から内側に取り付けたＬＥＤの光が透けて見えるようにする。この本体１の内側にＬＥＤの付いた基板を取り付ける。そして基板に雨水等が侵入しないように適宜防水加工をする。

Description

オートバイのハンドルスイッチに取り付けるハンドルスイッチカバーに関する。
自動車の操作ボタンは車幅灯と連動しており、夜間の視認性が高く操作がしやすい。
しかしながら、従来のオートバイのハンドルスイッチの標識記号（ウィンカーボタン、ヘッドライトＨＩＧＨ／ＬＯＷ切り替えボタン、エンジンキルスイッチボタン、パッシングボタン、ハザードＯＮ／ＯＦＦボタン）が夜間において視認性が悪かった。
 考案が解決するための手段
そこで本考案は、ハンドルスイッチに図１のようにＬＥＤを取り付けたカバーを装着し夜間の視認性を高め上記課題を解決するものである。
図１のスイッチカバー本体１は透明なプラスチック製であり、表側の標識記号以外の部分を塗装やクロームメッキ等で表面処理をし、ＬＥＤを点灯させた際に標識記号の部分から内側に取り付けたＬＥＤの光が透けて見えるようにする。
この本体１の内側に図２のＬＥＤの付いた基板を取り付ける。そして基板に雨水等が侵入しないように適宜防水加工をする。
図３のように純正のハンドルスイッチにこのカバーを取り付ける。
 考案の効果
この考案により完成したスイッチカバーのＬＥＤを点灯させると、標識記号の部分のみが光り、夜間の視認性を高め、安全にかつ確実に操作することができる。

Claims (2)

  1. オートバイのハンドルスイッチの標識記号を光らせることにより、夜間の認識性を良くするためのハンドルスイッチカバー。
  2. 前記ハンドルスイッチカバー、は本体内側にＬＥＤライト（青色、赤色）を装着した基盤を両面テープ、シリロンを使って取り付け、オートバイ本体に取り付けてある左右ハンドルスイッチの上側、下側から両面テープ、ネジを使って固定し、ハンドルスイッチ（ウィンカーボタン、ヘッドライトＨＩＧＨ／ＬＯＷ切り替えボタン、エンジンキルスイッチボタン、パッシングボタン、ハザードＯＮ／ＯＦＦボタン）の標識記号をＬＥＤライト（青色、赤色）で光らせることを特徴とする請求項１記載のハンドルスイッチカバー。
