FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view showing the relationship among the frame, the rear wheel fixing member, the rear wheel and the like of the traveling vehicle capable of moving up and down stairs according to the embodiment of the present invention.

In these drawings, the traveling vehicle 1 capable of moving up and down the stairs is roughly divided into a base frame 3, front wheel fixing members 5R and 5L having special shapes, rear wheel fixing members 7R and 7L,
The front wheels 9R and 9L, the rear wheels 11R and 11L, and the elastic members 13R and 13L are provided and configured as follows.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the base frame 3 is arranged such that the axles of the front wheel 9R on one side and the front wheel 9L on the other side are different from each other by a predetermined length D, and The axles of the wheel 11R and the rear wheel 11L on the other side are arranged differently by a predetermined length d. The length D on the front wheel side and the length d on the rear wheel side may be the same or different.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, 4, and 5, the front wheel fixing members 5R and 5L are formed in an inverted L shape with a predetermined length. The front wheel fixing members 5R and 5L are fixed to the mounting portion of the base frame 3 by fixing members 17 so that opposite L-shaped ends 5La and 5Ra can be rotated. The front wheel fixing members 5R and 5L have one side on the other end 5Lb and 5Rb side of the inverted L shape positioned on the upper side of the base frame 3, and one side of the other end 5Lb and 5Rb side of the inverted L shape. Is arranged with the front end thereof facing forward (left side in the figure). Front wheels 9R and 9L are rotatably fixed to the other ends 5Lb and 5Rb of the front wheel fixing members 5R and 5L, respectively, and the front wheel fixing members 5R and 5L are disposed so as to be rotatable around the fixing member 17. ing. Accordingly, when the vehicle abuts against an obstacle during traveling, the entire front wheels 9R and 9L rotate upward including the axle.

The rear wheel fixing members 7R and 7L are formed in a substantially inverted L shape as shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 6, the rear wheel fixing members 7 </ b> R and 7 </ b> L are fixed to the base frame 3 with fixing members 19 and 19 on one side of the one end 7 </ b> Ra and 7 </ b> La side having a substantially inverted L shape. In addition, rear wheels 11R and 11L are fixed to the front ends of the rear ends 5Rb and 5Lb of the rear wheel fixing members 7R and 7L, respectively, so as to be rotatable around the axle.

Further, the elastic members 13R, 13L are interposed between predetermined mounting portions 21R, 21L on the other end 5Rb, 5Lb side of the front wheel fixing members 5R, 5L and mounting portions 23R, 23L of the base frame 3. Yes.
The structure in which the front wheels 9R and 9L are fixed to the front wheel fixing members 5R and 5L and the structure in which the rear wheels 11R and 11L are fixed to the rear wheel fixing members 7R and 7L are not limited to those shown in the drawing. Any structure may be used as long as the wheel is securely fixed and the wheel can freely rotate. For example, as a modified embodiment structure, as shown in FIG. 7, the same structure as that shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, that is, the rear wheel fixing members 7R and 7L can be rotated about the fixing member 19. In addition, the same rear elastic members 13R and 13L as shown in the front wheel portion may be interposed so that the entire rear wheel including the axle can be pivoted upward.

The elastic members 13L and 13R may have any structure as long as the spring has a predetermined restoring force.
The stair ascending / descending operation of the traveling vehicle 1 capable of ascending / descending stairs will be described with reference to FIG. 8 based on FIGS. Here, FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining an operation when the stairs are raised and lowered by the traveling vehicle capable of raising and lowering the stairs according to the embodiment of the present invention.
When traveling on a horizontal plane, the vehicle travels with the front wheels 9R, 9L and the rear wheels 11R, 11L.

Next, as shown in FIG. 8A, the front wheel 9R of the traveling vehicle 1 capable of moving up and down the stairs according to the present invention comes into contact with the vertical surface of the stairs and further advances straight ahead to move the front wheel fixing member 5R to the base frame 3. As a result, the front wheel 9R is equivalently retracted, and as a result, the front wheel 9R rises along the vertical plane of the stairs. . At this time, the posture of the base frame 3 can be kept horizontal between the front wheel 9L and the rear wheels 11R and 11L. This is because the positions of the rotation centers of the front wheels 9R and 9L are shifted by a predetermined length D and the rotation centers of the rear wheels 11R and 11L are shifted by a predetermined length d.

Further, when the base frame 3 is advanced as it is, the front wheel fixing member 5R is further rotated around the rotation shaft (fixing member) 17 of the base frame 3, and the front wheel 9R is further retracted. As shown in FIG. 8 (b), the shape is equivalently raised along the vertical plane of the staircase.
When the front wheel 9R goes up the vertical plane of the stairs, as shown in FIG. 8 (c), the front wheel 9R is positioned on the horizontal plane one step above the stairs, and the base frame 3 is restored by the restoring force of the elastic member 13R. Is kept horizontal between the front wheel 9R and the rear wheels 11R, 11L. At this time, since the vehicle further moves forward, this time, the front wheel 9L comes into contact with the vertical surface of the stairs as shown in FIG. 8C.

Then, when the front wheel 9L comes into contact with the vertical surface of the stairs and further advances to advance straight, the front wheel fixing member 5L rotates about the rotation axis of the front mounting position 3Lf of the base frame 3, The front wheel 9L moves backward, and as a result, the front wheel 9R is equivalently raised along the vertical plane of the staircase. At this time, the posture of the base frame 3 is kept horizontal between the front wheels 9R and the rear wheels 11R and 11L for the reasons described above.

Further, when the base frame 3 is moved forward as it is, the front wheel 9L rises further along the vertical plane of the stairs.
Then, when the front wheel 9L goes up the vertical plane of the stairs, the front wheel 9L comes to be positioned on the horizontal plane one step above the stairs, and the restoring force of the elastic member 13R changes the posture of the base frame 3 to the front wheels 9L and the rear wheels 11R, It will be kept horizontal at 11L. At this time, since the vehicle further moves forward, the front wheel 9R again comes into contact with the second vertical surface of the stairs.
By repeating such an operation, the traveling vehicle 1 capable of moving up and down the stairs according to the embodiment of the present invention can move up the stairs.

As described above, according to the traveling vehicle 1 capable of moving up and down the stairs according to the embodiment of the present invention, the stairs can be reliably raised with a simple mechanism, and one wheel, for example, Even if one of the front wheels is moving up against the vertical surface of the stairs, the other three wheels are always instructed on other horizontal planes, and can always run stably. The structure is maintenance-free and can be reduced in weight.
In the above embodiment, the front wheel fixing members 5R and 5L have been described as having an inverted L shape. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be formed in, for example, a substantially half moon shape or a straight line. In this case, in the case of the straight front wheel fixing members 5R and 5L, it is necessary to devise the state of attachment to the base frame 3.

In the above embodiment, the rear wheel fixing members 7R and 7L are fixed to the base frame 3. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the rear wheel fixing members 7R and 7L are connected to the base frame 3. One end of the rear frame is fixed to the base frame 3 so as to be rotatable, and the other end is disposed rearward. The rear wheel fixing members 7R and 7L and the base An elastic buffer member may be disposed between the frame 3 and the frame 3. If it does in this way, riding comfort will become good by the effect | action of an elastic buffer member.

As described above, according to the traveling vehicle capable of ascending and descending stairs according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to ascend the stairs reliably with a simple mechanism, and one wheel such as a front wheel can be used even when the stairs are elevated. However, even if the vehicle is moving up against the vertical surface of the stairs, the other three wheels are always instructed on other horizontal planes, and can always run stably. The structure is maintenance-free and can be reduced in weight.
