Abstract
【解決手段】 本考案の微小流路チップでは、基板上に並列若しくは直列に接続される複数の溝が形成され、互いに異なる化学修飾が施されたキャピラリーが前記複数の溝にそれぞれ埋設され、これらの埋設された複数の前記キャピラリーに流体を供給し検出データを取得することができる。当該微小流路チップにより多項目の化学・生化学機能が同時に測定される。

Claims (7)
- 基板上に並列若しくは直列に接続される複数の溝が形成され、互いに異なる化学修飾が施されたキャピラリーが前記複数の溝にそれぞれ埋設され、これらの埋設された複数の前記キャピラリーに流体を供給し検出データを取得することを特徴とする微小流路チップ。
- 前記キャピラリーは抗体を当該キャピラリーの内壁に固定した抗体固定キャピラリーであり、前記流体は抗原溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微小流路チップ。
- 前記キャピラリーは抗原を当該キャピラリーの内壁に固定した抗原固定キャピラリーであり、前記流体は抗体溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微小流路チップ。
- 溶液を前記キャピラリーに導入した後、前記キャピラリーの両端はシリコンオイルで封止されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微小流路チップ。
- 基板上に並列若しくは直列に接続される複数の溝が形成され、抗体を固定したキャピラリーが前記複数の溝にそれぞれ埋設され、これらの埋設された複数の前記キャピラリーに抗原溶液を供給し検出データを取得することを特徴する微小流路チップ。
- 基板上に並列若しくは直列に接続される複数の溝が形成され、抗原を固定したキャピラリーが前記複数の溝にそれぞれ埋設され、これらの埋設された複数の前記キャピラリーに抗体溶液を供給し検出データを取得することを特徴する微小流路チップ。
- ELISA法により前記キャピラリーに発色反応を生じさせ、その発色濃度から検出データを取得することを特徴とする請求項1、請求項5、若しくは請求項6記載の微小流路チップ。
