をスタートする第一のタイマ手段と、第二のタイマ手
段とを備え、前記第一のタイマ手段の計時スタート後
で、かつ前記第二の温度検知手段が沸騰維持行程開始を
示す所定温度φ1を検知するまでの間に、前記第一の温
度検知手段が沸騰維持行程終了温度を含む付近の所定温
を検知すると、第二のタイマ手段が計時をスタートす
るとともに前記加熱手段の加熱を停止し、前記第二のタ
イマ手段が所定時間T1を計時すると前記加熱手段によ
り、加熱停止前と同程度の加熱を再開し、前記第二の温
度検知手段が前記所定温度φ1を検知するまでに前記第
一の温度検知手段が沸騰維持行程終了温度付近の所定温
度を検知すると、前記加熱手段の加熱停止と再開を繰り
返し、前記第二の温度検知手段が前記所定温度φ1を検
討した後に、沸騰維持行程と蒸らし行程を行う炊飯器。
