グラムを実行する制御手段と、前記鍋の温度を検知する
第一の温度検知手段と、前記蓋の温度を検知する第二の
温度検知手段とを備え、炊飯開始後の経過時間を計時し
所定の炊飯行程(炊き上げ行程)を開始した時点で出力
する第一のタイマ手段と、前記第一の温度検知手段が沸
騰維持行程終了温度付近の所定温度に達したことを検知
した時点から所定の時間を計時する第二のタイマ手段
と、前記第二のタイマ手段による計時開始時から計時終
了時までの間前記加熱手段に停止信号を出力する加熱停
止手段とを設け、前記第二のタイマ手段は、前記第一の
タイマ手段による出力時から前記第二の温度検知手段が
所定の温度を検知するまでの間何回でも作動するように
構成した炊飯器。
