Description
The present invention relates to a seamless glove having a double wrist portion.
There is provided a seamless glove that has a rubber part knitted with rubber yarn on the wrist side and is integrally knitted from a fingertip by flat knitting. One type of such seamless gloves is a part of the rubber part that is folded inward to give the glove a high-class feel, to prevent the wrist end from being caught when worn, and to improve the touch of the wrist. Some have a wrist part with a double part formed by sewing the back part on the back (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
However, in the seamless gloves as described above, the edge of the rubber part tends to wind from the back side to the front side (to the outside in the case of a knitted glove) due to the flat knitting. In addition, it is difficult to avoid a reduction in the efficiency of the sewing work because it is necessary to sew while winding the edge of the folded rubber part as much as possible.
In addition, the edge after sewing is likely to be bulky or poor in appearance due to the winding of the rubber edge, and if it is sewn with a large amount of winding, it will become even more bulky and look worse. There was also a problem that it was damaged. This becomes more pronounced as the fabric becomes thicker.
Even though the rubber edge is located inside the seamless glove, it is close to the wrist opening and easily visible to the public. It is important to ensure.
Further, since the loop of the knitting yarn of the seamless glove is relatively large and loose, there has been a problem that the knitting yarn at the edge portion of the rubber portion is easily frayed.
The present invention has been made in the background of the above circumstances, and its purpose is that a part of the rubber part on the wrist side is folded back inward and the edge part is sewn on the back surface. In a flat knitted seamless glove with a double part, it is possible to improve the sewing work efficiency of the end part of the rubber part and to ensure the appearance and feel of the end part of the rubber part, and to fray the end part. It is in providing the seamless glove which can suppress suitably.
In order to achieve the above object, the seamless glove according to claim 1 has a rubber part in which a rubber thread is knitted on the wrist side, and is knitted integrally from a fingertip by a flat knitting, and a part of the rubber part is formed. In a seamless glove provided with a double part which is folded back inward and the edge part is sewn on the back surface, the rubber thread is knitted into at least four courses of the edge part of the rubber part for each course, The edge where the rubber yarn is knitted for each course is narrower than the previous knitting yarn with polyurethane elastic yarn and covering yarn, and the edge is adjacent to the edge even in a contracted state after knitting The knitted fabric is knitted with a covered polyurethane elastic yarn that is thinner than the knitted fabric.
The seamless glove according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in the seamless glove according to claim 1, the thickness of the knitting yarn is 50 tex or more.
A seamless glove according to claim 3 is the seamless glove according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the polyurethane elastic yarn has a thickness of 40 to 200 denier.
The seamless glove according to claim 4 is the seamless glove according to claims 1 to 3, wherein the covered polyurethane elastic yarn is a spun yarn, and the polyurethane elastic yarn is inserted into the core of the spun yarn. It is characterized by being a core span yarn.
A seamless glove according to claim 5 is characterized in that, in the seamless glove according to claims 1 to 4, the covering yarn is non-thermally weldable.
In this way, while the rubber yarn is knitted for every course in at least four courses of the rubber edge, which is the final knitted part of the seamless glove, the edge where the rubber thread is knitted for each course is It is knitted with a covered polyurethane elastic yarn that has polyurethane elastic yarn and covering yarn and is thinner than the knitting yarn so far, and even when the covered polyurethane elastic yarn contracts after knitting, the rubber edge is the edge Since the knitted fabric is thinner than the adjacent knitted fabric, the rubber yarn at the edge of the rubber part is closely connected to ensure relatively flatness, and the edge is thinned so that Bulkiness can be suitably suppressed, and it is easy to return even if there is a winding. Thereby, while the efficiency of the sewing operation | work of a rubber part edge part improves, the appearance and the touch of the edge part after sewing can be ensured suitably.
Further, since the loop of the covered polyurethane elastic yarn is relatively small and tightened due to the elastic contraction after knitting, fraying of the edge portion of the rubber portion can be suitably suppressed.
Further, in a seamless glove having a relatively thick fabric composed of knitting yarns of 50 tex or more, the step when the end of the rubber part is sewn on the back surface can be suitably suppressed by thinning the end of the rubber part. Therefore, the appearance and the touch can be ensured more suitably from this point.
Further, the polyurethane elastic yarn of the covered polyurethane elastic yarn is preferably 40 to 200 denier, thereby ensuring a fraying preventing effect and ensuring that the elastic force of the polyurethane elastic yarn is too strong. It can avoid suitably that sewing workability | operativity and appearance are impaired.
In addition, if a core spun yarn in which a polyurethane elastic yarn is inserted into the core of a spun yarn is used as a covered polyurethane elastic yarn, the covered polyurethane elastic yarn is covered in comparison with a covered polyurethane elastic yarn in which a covering yarn is wound around the polyurethane elastic yarn. Since the polyurethane elastic yarn has little elongation, the bulk of the covered polyurethane elastic yarn due to the elastic shrinkage after knitting, and hence the bulkiness of the rubber edge, can be more suitably suppressed, and it is preferable to cause troubles during knitting. Can be avoided.
Further, the covering yarn of the covered polyurethane elastic yarn may be so-called heat-welding, but if it is non-heat-welding, the covering yarn does not harden even if heat treatment is performed. The present invention can also be suitably applied to a work glove in which a rubber or resin film or the like is formed at a high temperature at a predetermined portion.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described based on examples.
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
The
In FIG. 1, the
Here, in this embodiment, since the
Further, according to the present embodiment, the present invention is applied to the
Further, according to the present embodiment, the
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the loop of the
In addition, according to the present embodiment, since the
Further, according to the present embodiment, when the
In addition, in the said Example, although the
Moreover, in the said Example, although the rubber thread |
In the above-described embodiment, the core spun
If it is thinner than 40 denier, it becomes difficult to obtain the desired fraying prevention effect because the elastic shrinkage force is too weak, and the final loop is likely to be disturbed by a large disturbance, whereas if it is thicker than 200 denier, the elastic shrinkage force is strong. This is because the sewing workability and the appearance may be impaired due to passing too much.
In the above-described embodiment, the core spun
In the above embodiment, the
In addition, it is needless to say that the present invention can be implemented in variously modified and improved modes based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
