【解決手段】室内で長時間車椅子に座っているときなどフットレストカバーをかけておくことにより冷えの防止に役立つ。介護者が利用者を車椅子に移乗するときはカバーがクッションとなりけがを防ぐことが出来る。また面ファスナー着脱で、利用者の用途に応じて取り外しは自由で洗濯可能なため清潔も保つ事が出来る。利用者の好みでカラフルな布でカバーを作って取り付ける事で従来の移動手段としてのハードなイメージから車椅子とは利用者の個性ととらえファッションの１部として明るいおしゃれなイメージに一新させることが期待できる。
