本考案は車椅子に乗っている人や、椅子に座って作業したりする人の脚を保温するカバーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、気温の低い季節に、車椅子に乗っている人が外出する場合、膝から足まで冷気にさらされるため膝掛けなどを掛けて保温している。しかしながら、単に膝の上に掛けて前側だけ保温しても、後側は冷気にさらされるため十分な保温ができない問題があった。また室内の暖房が十分でない工場で、椅子に座って作業している場合も、脚が冷える問題がある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は上記問題点を改善し、足から膝上まで覆うソックス状に形成し、しかも着脱が容易な脚保温カバーを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案の請求項１記載の脚保温カバーは、キルティングなどの保温性生地で、足から膝上まで覆うソックス状に形成したカバー本体の、前面側を縦方向に開口し、この開口部の両側の前面カバーに面ファスナーを取付け、両前面カバーを重ねて面ファスナーにより開閉自在に形成したことを特徴とするものである。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下本考案の実施の一形態を図１ないし図３を参照して詳細に説明する。図において１は脚保温カバーで、キルティングなどの保温性生地２で、足から膝上まで覆うソックス状にカバー本体３が形成されている。このソックス状カバー本体３の前面側を縦方向に開口し、この開口部４の一方の前面カバー５Ａの前面上下にに、ル−プ面を形成した面ファスナー６Ａ、６Ａを縦方向に取付けると共に、側面の上部と中段に面ファスナー６Ａ、６Ａを段違いに取付けてある。また他方の前面カバー５Ｂの平面に上下にフック面を形成した面ファスナー６Ｂ、６Ｂを縦方向に取り付けると共に、側面に２本の紐７、７を上部と中段に段違いに取付け、この紐７、７の先端側に面ファスナー６Ｂ、６Ｂを取付けたものである。またソックス状カバー本体３の足底部８には補強布９が取付けられている。

上記構成の脚保温カバー１を車椅子に乗った人に使用する時には、前面カバー５Ｂ、５Ａを左右に広げて開口部４から脚１０をソックス状カバー本体３内に入れる。この後、前面カバー５Ｂを前面カバー５Ａの上に重ねて面ファスナー６Ａ、６Ｂを係合させてから、前面カバー５Ｂに取付けた紐７の先端の面ファスナー６Ｂを、前面カバー５Ａに取付けた面ファスナー６Ａに係合させて固定する。

このように左右２個の脚保温カバー１に片脚ずつ入れて、足から膝上までを覆うと、脚保温カバー１は大きなソックス状に形成されているので、脚全体をキルティングなどの保温性生地２で囲って保温することができる。また足底部８には補強布９が取付けられているので、体重が掛かって擦れても耐久性がある。また脚保温カバー１を脱ぐ場合、前面カバー５Ｂを外して面ファスナー６Ｂを剥すだけで、ワンタッチで脱ぐことができる。

また室内の暖房が十分でない工場で、椅子に座って長い時間作業する人にも、本考案の脚保温カバー１を使用すれば、脚全体を保温することができる。また机に向かって勉強している学生なども、本考案の脚保温カバー１を使用すれば、部屋の温度を高くしないで下半身を暖めることができるので、頭寒足熱の状態で勉強の能率を上げることができる。また脚保温カバー１は片脚ずつ取付けるので、多少の不自由はあるが、履いたまま歩行することができ、膝掛けなどのように取り外す不便がない。また寒い季節に屋外でスポーツ観戦する時に使用すれば足腰の冷えを防止することができる。

なお上記説明では脚保温カバー１を片脚ずつ取付ける構造のものについて説明したが、両脚が入るように大きく形成しても良い。また保温性生地２はキルティングなどの綿を生地に挟んだものに限らず、毛布地で形成しても良い。

【考案の効果】
以上説明した如く本考案に係る脚保温カバーによれば、足から膝上まで覆うソックス状に形成し、ワンタッチで着脱できるので、車椅子に乗っている人が外出する場合や、室内の暖房が十分でない部屋で椅子に座って長い時間作業する人や勉強する学生にとって、脚全体を効果的に保温することができる。また片脚ずつ取付ける構造のものでは、履いたまま歩行することができ、膝掛けに比べて便利である。
