An object of the present invention is to make it difficult for an ordinary person to judge the timing of watering in growing a houseplant. For this reason, there has been a problem that the water is withered due to insufficient water, and root rot or the like is caused by excessive water. For this reason, what simply informs the time of watering is provided.
[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In order to make the judgment of watering related to the “watering” work important for growing plants more accurate and simple, the soil water conducts electricity and the electric resistance value decreases as the water content decreases. It is possible to change the value of soil moisture (soil humidity) according to each environment by adjusting the variable resistance to adjust the sensitivity according to the difference in soil (land medium), taking advantage of the fact that the soil rises. You can also create your own water style.

Description

The present invention relates to a simple display device, i.e., a watering sensor, which flashes when the amount of water is low by an LED lamp having a built-in character or the like in the indoor growing of houseplants to notify the time of watering.

Most conventional sensors of this type generally measure soil humidity (moisture in soil), and rarely are made for plants. Also, it is a large-scale device even for plants, and it is not sufficient for “watering” for growing houseplants for home use in the following points (a), (b), and (c). It is.
(A) Due to the structure, sensitivity cannot be easily adjusted depending on the type of soil or plant.
(B) It is necessary to apply measured values of water content individually to plant types and convert them.
It differs depending on the type of plant such as dryness, and the amount of moisture is not known. (C) The humidity of soil (land medium) for fostering houseplants differs in each household.
Conventionally, the soil moisture content cannot be measured.

The present invention is an important guideline for "watering" work for growing plants. To make the judgment of watering time more accurate and simple, the soil water conducts electricity and the water content is small. Taking advantage of the fact that the electric resistance value increases as it becomes available, the sensitivity is adjusted by changing the soil (land medium) by changing the variable resistance, and the soil moisture (soil humidity) value that differs for each plant is changed according to each environment. It allows you to do your own water style.

An example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(A) The basic structure is that two electrodes, electrode 2 and electrode 3, are installed in parallel, and the interval between the electrodes is adjusted to the optimum electrode spacing according to the type of energization depending on the type of soil (land medium) 1, and direct energization is performed. To the power supply unit (battery) 6 via the electric cord 10 so as not to be connected.
(B) The electrode shall be easy to insert into soil such as a rod pipe shape.
(C) The electric cord 10 is attached to each of the electrodes 2 and 3 and connected to the electric resistance measuring circuit 7, which is integrally accommodated in a case such as a character doll.
(D) The electrodes 2 and 3 are inserted into the soil, and the variable resistance of the resistance measuring circuit 7 is adjusted so that the LED 5 does not light until the soil moisture content reaches a target predetermined value.
The present invention provides a watering sensor in which (a), (b), and (c) are organically combined.

Since the present invention has the above structure, when it is used, as shown in FIG. 3, the electrodes 2 and 3 of the present apparatus are simply inserted into the soil (media) in which the target plant 8 is planted. Then, a voltage is applied to the soil from the battery 6 built in the device through both the electrodes, and the current-carrying resistance is detected by the electric resistance circuit 7. Since the LED lamp 5 is turned on or blinks when this resistance becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined value, it is possible to more easily and reliably determine the timing of “watering” which is important for plant growth.

In implementing the present invention, the following can be performed.
As shown in Fig. 3, an LED lamp is installed in the eyes of the character doll, and the device of the present invention is installed near houseplants. The eye portion of the character blinks and emits light when it exceeds. Alternatively, it can also be achieved by sounding using a sounding body at the same time.
