식물별로 성장에 필요한 토양의 적정 수분이 다르고 이를 화분에서 키우고자 할 때는 이에 맞춰 물을 공급해 주어야한다. 그러나 우리는 모든 식물의 적정 수분량을 정확히 알지 못하고 또한 물을 주더라도 정확하게 주지는 못한다. 이에 마이컴을 이용하여 식물별로 필요한 수분량과 주기를 미리 메모리 시켜 식물이름만 입력시켰을 때 자동으로 최적의 물을 공급해주고, 토양의 수분을 센서로 측정하여 자동으로 적정량의 물을 공급하거나 또는 사용자가 원하는 주기에 맞춰 원하는 양의 물을 자동으로 공급해 준다면 식물재배에 있어서 효율적이라고 생각한다. 본 <화분물자동공급기>는 마이컴의 제어부와 물의 저장부, 그리고 토양의 수분 정도를 측정할 수 있는 센서부, 실질적으로 물을 공급시키는 순환부 등으로 구성된다.Different plants need different soil moisture for growth, and if you want to grow them in pots, you need to supply water accordingly.
