Description

The present invention relates to a retaining wall, and more particularly to a retaining wall that can be used as a substitute for a concrete block.

Conventionally, in the embankment structure, using a wall material of a plate-like block, providing a joint fitting and a slide joint between the upper and lower blocks, and connecting the anchor member embedded in the reinforcing soil and the slide joint. It is known (see Patent Document 1).

In addition, expanded metal (net-like steel member) is used as the wall material for the retaining wall of the site development site such as a parking lot or factory, the retaining wall of a dumping site, and the reinforcing soil retaining wall used for various other purposes. There is known a configuration for performing the construction (see Patent Document 2).
JP-A-11-256580 (paragraph 0004, FIGS. 1 and 2) JP 08-284173 A (paragraph 0013, FIGS. 1 and 4)

A conventional earth retaining wall using concrete as a wall material looks good if it can be constructed, but concrete retaining walls are heavy and heavy equipment is required for their transport and construction work. However, there is a problem that the work is difficult when the work is carried out by using the above method.

Reinforced earth retaining walls that use expanded metal as a conventional wall material are lighter than concrete retaining walls, but expanded metal is manufactured by cutting steel plates with a cutter, so the corners are sharp, like scissor blades. The expanded metal has a diamond-shaped point on the end. As a result, there is a problem that injuries are likely to occur during transportation and construction of the retaining wall, and handling is not easy.

In addition, in the construction of a reinforced soil retaining wall using expanded metal, when stacking multiple wall materials, the wall material of the upper stage contacts the wall material of the lower stage, and If the weight of the embankment is applied to the lower wall material, the amount of expansion and contraction of the wall material with respect to the settlement of the embankment is small, and the settlement weight of the upper embankment is applied to the lower wall material where the settlement of the embankment is concentrated, The wall material is damaged by deformation or buckling.

The present invention aims at realizing an earth retaining wall which does not cause the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and is particularly simple as a substitute for a concrete block that can be constructed even on a narrow land such as an urban area. It is an object of the present invention to realize a retaining wall that can be constructed safely in a short-term process and that does not require heavy equipment or the like to transport materials.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is an earth retaining wall formed by stacking a plurality of embankment structures on a bottom ground, each of the plurality of embankment structures being an intersection of a horizontal line and a vertical line. Characterized by comprising a rice cake L-shaped unit formed from a rice cake net formed by welding and having a wall surface portion and a bottom portion, and embankment is laid on the rice cake L-type unit. Provide a wall.

No horizontal line is arranged at the upper end of the wall portion, and the vertical line at the upper end of the wall portion may be arranged inside the horizontal line at the lower end of the rice cake L-shaped unit of the upper embankment structure. Good.

The wall portion is preferably angled so that the upper end of the wall portion enters the inside of the rice cake net on the upper wall portion of the wall portion.

The height of the wall surface from the bottom surface is preferably 0.2 to 0.3 m.

It is preferable that the width of the rice cake L-shaped unit is 0.6 to 2.0 m.

The earth retaining wall according to the present invention has the following effects.
(1) The mochi net L-type unit used in the present invention has a width of 1 to 2 m and a height (height of a wall portion) of about 0.3 m, as compared with a reinforcing member used for a conventional reinforcing soil retaining wall. Because of its compact structure, no heavy equipment or the like is required for its transportation, handling in construction and the like is extremely easy, and the construction site can be small. And because it is not as heavy as a concrete block, no foundation is needed.

(2) In particular, the height of the one-stage embankment structure is about 0.3 m, which is considerably lower than the height of the conventional embankment structure (0.6 m or more). , The earth pressure applied to the wall portion becomes 1/4 or less, so that the wall portion is not displaced or deformed even if the strength of the L-shaped unit is not so large. Therefore, a structure in which the wall surface and the bottom surface used in the conventional reinforcing soil retaining wall and the like are joined by an oblique tie material is not required, and the entire structure and process are simplified, and the cost can be reduced.

(3) Laying net material (layed on the embankment of each step, strengthening the shearing force between the embankments, and pulling the wall material, etc. with a tie material, which was necessary for the conventional retaining wall ) Is unnecessary, construction is simple, and the construction period can be shortened.

(4) In the earth retaining wall of the present invention, since no horizontal line is provided at the upper end of the rice cake L-shaped unit, the upper rice cake net L-shaped unit is placed together with the embankment when the embankment is laid thereon. Even if it sinks, it does not come in contact with the horizontal line of the lower rice cake net L-type unit, so that it is possible to prevent damage to the rice cake net L-type unit, especially the lowermost rice cake net L-type unit, and to improve durability. improves.

(5) The rice cake net of the L-shaped unit is rounded at the intersection of the vertical and horizontal lines, and has an acute angle like an expander metal conventionally used for reinforcing a retaining wall. Since there is no broken part, there is no danger of injuries and the like even if people come into contact.

The best mode for carrying out the earth retaining wall according to the present invention will be described based on an embodiment with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a cross-sectional structure of the earth retaining wall 1 according to the present invention. This retaining wall 1 is composed of a plurality of stacked rice cake L-shaped units 2 (also referred to as “wire mesh L-shaped units”), a vegetation mat 3 disposed on the inner surface thereof, and an embankment 4 piled on each step. It is a structure consisting of In other words, the structure is formed by stacking a plurality of embankment structures 5 each having the embankment 4 laid on the rice cake net L-shaped unit 2. In addition, you may arrange | position a suction prevention material with the vegetation mat 3 or in place of the vegetation mat 3.

2A and 2B are diagrams illustrating the configuration of the rice cake L-shaped unit 2, and FIGS. 2A, 2B, and 2C are a front view, a side view, and a plan view, respectively. As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) to 2 (c), the rice cake net L-shaped unit 2 puts a slightly thick number line vertically and horizontally at right angles (hereinafter, a number line placed vertically is referred to as a “vertical line”, and The placed line is called a "horizontal line"), and is formed from a rice cake net formed by welding intersections (a net for baking rice cake, also called a "wire mesh").

The rice cake L-shaped unit 2 is composed of a front wall surface portion 6 and a bottom surface portion 7, and is substantially L-shaped when viewed from the side. The turning angle θ of the wall surface portion 6 with respect to the bottom surface portion 7 of the rice cake net L-type unit 2 may be appropriately determined in consideration of the height of the retaining wall 1 and the environment. The angle θ may be vertical or almost vertical (about 5 minutes with respect to the vertical plane). As a rice cake net material of the rice cake net L-type unit 2, a steel wire rod that is resistant to corrosion as in the case of hot dip galvanization is used.

The height of the wall portion 6 of the rice cake net L-type unit 2, that is, the height h of the one-stage embankment structure 5, is considerably lower than that of the conventional wall portion 6 and has several different heights. For example, about 0.2 to 0.3 m may be prepared and appropriately selected according to the purpose and installation environment of the earth retaining wall 1 to be constructed. In this embodiment, the height h of the embankment structure 5 is 0.3 m. The thickness (cross-sectional diameter) of the vertical line 8 of the rice cake net L-type unit 2 may be about φ10 mm, and the thickness of the horizontal line 9 may be about φ6 mm.

The breadth of the rice cake L-shaped unit 2 is preferably 0.6 to 2.0 m when viewed from the front. When the width is reduced, there is a merit that the wall portion can be easily formed into a curved shape when viewed in plan view as a whole. The pitch of the vertical lines 8 (the interval between adjacent vertical lines 8) is about 10 lines / m. The pitch of the horizontal line 9 differs between the wall surface portion 6 and the bottom surface portion 7. That is, since the vegetation mat 3 and the suction-preventing material are arranged and supported on the wall surface 6, the pitch of the horizontal lines 9 is reduced. In addition, the rice cake L-shaped unit 2 of the present invention is characterized in that the upper end 10 of the wall 6 has no horizontal line 9.

The horizontal length of the bottom portion 7 of the rice cake L-shaped unit 2 depends on the height of the wall portion 6 and is prepared in several lengths, and the scale of the retaining wall 1 to be constructed. It may be selected and used in consideration of the environment and environment. Incidentally, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a structure in which long and short bottom portions 7 are alternately stacked. They may be stacked using the same length.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a rice cake net stacking structure 11 in which rice cake net L-type units 2 having the above structure are stacked. FIG. 3A shows the entire structure of the rice cake stacking structure 11. In each stage, a plurality of rice cake L-shaped units 2 are arranged in the width direction according to the width (length in the horizontal direction when viewed from the front) of the retaining wall 1.

No horizontal line 9 is provided at the upper end of the wall portion 6 of the rice cake net L-shaped unit 2. In other words, the uppermost horizontal line 9 of the wall portion 6 is provided at a position relatively lower than the upper end of the vertical line 8. As shown in the partial enlarged view of FIG. 3B, the horizontal line 9 has the upper end of the vertical line 8 of the lower rice cake net L-type unit 2 (the upper end of the vertical line 8 is bent slightly inward if necessary. ), Placed so as to be located inside the horizontal line 9 at the lower end of the upper rice cake net L-type unit 2 and pressed down by the horizontal line 9 at the lower end of the upper rice cake net L-type unit 2 so as not to jump outside. Configuration.

As described above, since the horizontal line 9 is not provided at the upper end of the wall portion 6 of the lower rice cake net L-type unit 2, the upper rice cake net L-type unit 2 sinks when the embankment 4 is laid thereon. It can be freely lowered together with the embankment 4 even if it is put into contact with the horizontal line 9 of the wall portion 6 of the lower rice cake net L-type unit 2 and is not blocked. Each damage can be prevented.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the structure of the earth retaining wall 1 according to the present invention, in particular, a state in which the vegetation mat 3 is arranged on the inner surface of the wall portion 6 in the rice cake stacking structure 11. . The vegetation mat 3 is attached to the inner surface of the wall 6 of the rice cake L-shaped unit 2 of each paragraph, and is tied to the wall 6 by a number line. In addition. In FIG. 4A, the embankment 4 is embedded between the rice cake L-shaped units 2 of each paragraph, but the embankment 4 is omitted.

When constructing the earth retaining wall 1 according to the present invention, first, a plurality of lowermost rice cake net L-type units 2 are formed on the ground 12 at a place to be constructed so as to have a desired lateral length when viewed from the front. Arrange them side by side. In this case, there is no need to provide a configuration in which the wall surface portion 6 and the bottom surface portion 7 are joined by oblique tie members. Then, the vegetation mat 3 is attached to the inner surface of the wall surface portion 6 of the rice cake net L-shaped unit 2 as shown in FIG. Thereafter, the embankment 4 is embanked and compacted to construct the lowermost embankment structure 5.

On the upper surface of the lowermost embankment structure 5, a plurality of second-stage mochi net L-shaped units 2 are arranged side by side in the width direction of the earth retaining wall 1 in the same manner as in the lowermost stage. The vegetation mat 3 is attached to the inner surface of the second wall 6 as shown in FIG. Thereafter, the embankment 4 is embanked and compacted to form a second-stage embankment structure 5. Hereinafter, similarly, the embankment structure 5 of the upper stage is sequentially formed.

As described above, the best mode for carrying out the earth retaining wall according to the present invention has been described based on the embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and is described in the claims of the utility model registration. It goes without saying that there are various embodiments within the scope of the described technical matters.

As described above, the earth retaining wall according to the present invention can be easily constructed by stacking a plurality of mochi net L-shaped units made of mochi net while embedding the embankment, so that it can be applied even in a place where the construction site is relatively narrow, such as an urban area. It is possible and suitable as a substitute for a concrete block retaining wall found in the city. Further, the earth retaining wall according to the present invention can be applied as a reinforced earth retaining wall to be built in mountainous areas as well as in a parking lot, a factory or the like.
