Abstract
【課題】食品容器のトップシールの熱処理等による変形を防止する簡易で効果
あるリブ付き食品容器を提供する。
【解決手段】豆腐の容器１のトップシール用鍔２の側面にリブ４を取りつけ、平面強度を立面応力で補強し鍔の補強による変形防止等に効果ある方策であり、商品力向上に貢献する。

Description
豆腐・煮豆、その他の総菜類等の食品を
に示す容器に充填し、ポリプロピレン，ポリエチレン，ポリエステル等の無公害で安全なプラスチック、フィルムの単層或いは多層のフィルムでトップシールし、滅菌可能な消費者の便宜と衛生的貯蔵が可能な食品包装技術に関するものである。
トップシール方式の食品容器の場合、トップシール用鍔は一般に肉薄のため熱処理等により反ったり変形する弊害があり、商品価値を損ねる場合が多かった。
鍔が熱により反らない様にするには、鍔を厚くするか、材質を変えるか、何れかの対策が必要となるが、省資源及び安全性の面で問題があり、現状の厚さと材質のまま撓みを防ぐ簡易な力学的補強方法を考えて見る。
リブ（ｒｉｂ）とは肋材の事で水平強度の弱さを縦方向の肋材で補強するもので力学的にも理論的裏付けがあり、
に示す仕様のリブの取付により
に記載した問題点を解決することが出来た。
当考案は食品容器の包装に巾広く利用可能であるが、特に豆腐について当社では、従来容器をリブ付容器のトップシール方式に切り替えつつあり、品質保証並びに商品力向上に大きく貢献している。

Claims (2)
- 食品容器の上部のトップシール用鍔の側面にリブを取りつけ、特に食品のトップシール後に行われる熱処理滅菌等によるトップシール面の変形、フィルムの剥がれ等を防止することを特徴とするトップシール包装。
- 容器の材質は安全で、産業廃棄物対策として燃焼時有害ガスを発生しないポリプロピレン（ＰＰ），硬質ポリエチレン，紙類，天然物繊維類等を含むものとする。
