2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a core yarn in which a staple fiber constitutes a sheath portion and a filament fiber constitutes a core portion as a covering yarn provided for a woven or knitted fabric for clothing, but the covering property of the sheath portion fiber is insufficient. When the core fiber is visible, the irritability due to the difference in physical properties with the core fiber is conspicuous. It has a drawback that it easily comes off. Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-1
Utilizing a ring spinning frame as seen in 04236
Using one roving and one long-fiber yarn, firstly, a short-fleece fleece is used to coat in a twisted form, and this is further covered with another short-fleece in a twisted form. Proposed. Although the coated yarn is improved in abrasion resistance,
Due to the tension balance that the long fiber yarn receives from the two short fiber fleeces, the twist point constantly fluctuates, making it difficult to obtain a uniform yarn. In addition, there is a fatal drawback that stable covering properties cannot be obtained even when the twisting point fluctuates.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The drawings are for illustrative purposes only, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In FIG. 1, fiber bundle A
Is a filament group, the sheath is made of short fibers SA, and the fiber bundle B is made of short fibers SB. The two fiber bundles A and B are actually twisted and bundled. The twist coefficient K is calculated by using the English cotton count Ne and the number of twists T (per inch) as follows: T = K · Ne
Represented by 1/2, K is 2.0 or less. 2.0
In order to obtain the following, two rovings a and b are simultaneously supplied to the same back roller 1 of the ring spinning machine in FIG. 4 mm ≦ D where D is the distance from the center of b to the center
It can be obtained by adjusting so as to be ≦ 12 mm. If the distance D between the two rovings is less than 4 mm, the twist coefficient K does not become 2.0 or less, and a composite yarn having a fluff index of 200 to 500 cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the distance D between the two fiber bundles exceeds 12 mm, the operability is remarkably reduced, which is not preferable. The filament group F is supplied so as to be overlapped with the center of the fleece corresponding to the fiber bundle A. In the present invention, when twisting in the same direction as the twisting direction of the fiber bundles A and B, the twist coefficient K is preferably 2.0 to 7.0. In addition, the composition ratio A / B (weight ratio) of the fiber bundles A and B needs to be 0.4 or more and 2.3 or less. Composition ratio A / B (weight ratio) of fibers A and B
If it is less than 0.4, it is difficult to coat the filament stably with short fibers, and if it exceeds 2.3, the operability is remarkably reduced and the short fibers are not entangled with respect to the abrasion resistance. The effect of complement will not be exhibited. In this connection, A / B (weight ratio) is preferably 0.5 to 2.0.

As the filament fibers used in the present invention, in addition to synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide and polyacrylic fibers, filament fibers generally used for clothing such as semi-synthetic fibers such as promix are used. It is preferable to use a polyester fiber in order to obtain a yarn having the same. It is desirable that the number of filaments is 6 or more in order to strengthen the entanglement with the short fibers. On the other hand, the short fiber is not particularly limited as long as it is subjected to a usual spinning process. The short fibers in the fiber bundle A and the fiber bundle B are preferably the same, but may be different.

Example 1, Comparative Example 1 A multifilament yarn 30d-18f made of polyethylene terephthalate was used as a filament group, and a cotton fiber mainly composed of rice cotton was used as a staple fiber.
The composite spun yarn Ne30'S was obtained by the method shown in (1). At this time, the composition ratio A / B (weight ratio) of the fiber bundles A and B is 1.4.
It is. Further, the distance between the fiber bundles A and B was adjusted to be 6 mm, and the filament group was superimposed on the center of the cotton fleece of the roving yarn a drafted before the front roller 2,
An actual twist was applied at a twist number of 20.3 T / in by ring spinning and wound around a bobbin. The obtained multilayer composite yarn is composed of a fiber bundle A having a core-sheath structure in which the core is a filament group F, a sheath made of short fibers SA, and a fiber bundle B consisting of only short fibers SB,
The fluff index of the multilayer composite yarn was 310 (1 mm or more). Using the multilayer composite yarn, knitting was performed on a mill with a 19 gauge circular knitting machine, and then dyed on the cotton side. The surface touch of the knitted fabric showed the refreshing touch of the cotton yarn, and the filament group was coated stably. Thus, a fabric having an appearance with excellent uniformity was obtained. In addition, it exhibited excellent wear resistance. In order to compare the characteristics of the multilayer composite yarn of the present invention with a conventional filament group and a core yarn in which staple fibers are arranged in a core-sheath structure, a material similar to that of the above-described embodiment, that is, a polyester multifilament yarn 30 was used.
Table 1 shows the results obtained by preparing core yarn Ne30's of d-18f and cotton fiber, forming a similar knitted fabric, and comparing the properties of the dyed cloth and yarn.

In Table 1, the strength (g) of the single yarn is tensilon, and the degree of uniformity (u%) is the value of Evenness Tester UT-III.
The mold and the number of fluffs (1 mm or more) were measured with an F-index tester, and the number of tying forces was measured with a warp tying force tester (manufactured by Hiruda Riken).
A circular drum having a surface of titanium having a diameter of 2 cm is rotated at 80 times / minute, one end of the yarn is fixed, a load of 70 g is applied to the other end, and the drum is brought into contact with the drum to indicate the number of rotations until the yarn is cut. The degree of embracing power. The texture (tactile sensation), the uniformity of the knitted fabric, and the covering property are based on the sensory evaluation.
It was evaluated by humans and indicated by the most evaluated rating. As shown in Table 1, the multilayer composite yarn according to the present invention has excellent uniformity,
The coating performance and abrasion resistance were excellent, and the performance was low. In addition, the knitting yarn according to the present invention is a cotton yarn touch, texture,
Excellent uniformity.
