Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a multi-layer composite yarn for clothing comprising a fiber bundle having a core-sheath structure and a fiber bundle comprising only short fibers. The present invention relates to a multilayer composite yarn having a filament stably coated with short fibers and having a soft and bulky texture. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a covering yarn to be used for a woven or knitted fabric for clothing, there is a core yarn in which a filament of a core is covered with short fibers of a sheath, so-called staples. This core yarn has a shortcoming in that the sheath short fiber is insufficiently coated, and irritability due to a difference in physical properties between the core filament and the sheath short fiber is conspicuous, and the commercial value is rather reduced. As for abrasion, the entanglement between the filament and the staple fiber is poor, so that the filament and the staple fiber are separated from each other, that is, the sheath is liable to come off. [0003] Further, using a ring spinning machine, two roving yarns and one long fiber yarn are used, and one long fiber yarn is formed into a twisted yarn by a roving yarn after drafting, that is, a short fiber group. A coated yarn which is coated and further twist-coated with another short fiber group has also been proposed (JP-A-58-104236). Although the coated yarn is improved in durability, the long yarn is 2
By tension balance received from short fiber group of book,
The twisting point constantly fluctuates, making it difficult to obtain a uniform yarn.Furthermore, due to the yarn structure coated on the twisting yarn, the covering property is insufficient.
In addition, there is a fatal drawback that stable coating properties cannot be obtained because the twist point fluctuates. As described above, the performance that the long fiber yarn is stably covered and has a soft feeling has not been obtained with the composite yarns so far. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, stably coats the core fiber, and has a soft and bulky texture, less fuzz and uniformity. It is an object of the present invention to provide a multi-layer composite yarn. [0005] The present invention adopts the following means in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. That is,
The present invention relates to a composite in which a fiber bundle A having a core-sheath structure in which a filament is disposed in a core and a short fiber is disposed in a sheath, and a fiber bundle B composed of only short fibers are real-twisted so as to be wound around each other. A filament having a hot water shrinkage of 10% or more is used as a filament constituting the core of the fiber bundle A;
A multi-layer composite yarn having a soft and bulky texture, wherein the twist coefficient of the real twist is 1.5 to 3.0. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The drawings are for illustrative purposes only, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In Figure 1, the fiber bundle A is present as filaments F are groups on the core, the short fibers S A is present around the other, the fiber bundle B is composed of short fibers S B. It is necessary that the filament F has a hot water shrinkage of 10% or more. This is to give a bulky texture, and if it is less than 10%, such an effect cannot be obtained. As the filament, in addition to synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide and polyacryl, filaments generally used for clothing such as semi-synthetic fibers such as promix are used. On the other hand, the short fibers S A and S B are not particularly limited as long as they are subjected to a normal spinning process, but it is preferable to use a suitable combination of rayon, polynosic, cotton, polyester cotton, and the like. . It is preferable that the short fiber S A and the short fiber S B are the same, but they may be different. For example, short fibers S A, those cotton mixing as S B (eg ... polynosic and cotton mixing with cotton) and as short fibers S A or S B, is also mentioned that one uses cotton, use polynosic the other . The filament is a fiber bundle A
It is preferably present in an amount of 2 to 80% by weight, more preferably 30 to 70% by weight. The weight ratio A / F of the fiber bundle A and the fiber bundle B is
B is preferably 0.4 to 2.3. If it is less than 0.4, it is difficult to coat the filament stably with short fibers, and if it exceeds 2.3, the operability is remarkably lowered, which is not preferable. Next, the twist coefficient K of the actual twist applied in the same direction as the twist direction of the fiber bundle A and the fiber bundle B needs to be 1.5 to 3.0. When the twisting coefficient is less than 1.5, the strength is lowered, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when the twisting coefficient is more than 3.0, a soft texture cannot be obtained. This is not preferable because a bulky texture cannot be obtained.
In addition, the twist coefficient is preferably 1.8 to 2.8. Here, the twist coefficient K is represented by T = K · Ne 1/2 . T is the number of twists (t / inch), and Ne is the English cotton count. The multilayer composite yarn of the present invention has such a structure, and the number of fluffs of 1 mm or more is 500 or less, and the uniformity (u%) is excellent. Next, the manufacturing method will be described. In FIG. 2, two roving yarns a and b are simultaneously supplied to the back roller 1 of the ring spinning machine. At this time, when the distance from the center of the roving yarn a to the center of the roving yarn b is D, 3 mm ≦ D ≦ 12m
Adopt D in the range of m. When the distance D is less than 3 mm, the twist coefficient cannot be reduced, and the yarn has more fluff and the yarn uniformity is lowered. On the other hand, when D exceeds 12 mm, operability is remarkably reduced, which is not preferable. Then two rovings a,
b is supplied to the front roller 2 after receiving a predetermined draft. At this time, the multifilament yarn M is supplied to the middle of the drafted roving a while applying tension to the guides 4 and 5. I do. The fiber bundles A and B that have passed through the front roller 2 are subjected to actual twisting with a twist coefficient K (1.5 ≦ K ≦ 3.0), and wound around a bobbin 8 via a snare wire 7. 3 is a second roller. Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 As a filament group, a multifilament yarn (37d / 24f) made of polyethylene terephthalate, hot water (1
00 ° C.) shrinkage rate of 50%) was converted to roving a (90 gelen / 15
yds) and staples of polynosic fiber (1.0 d × 38 mm) as roving b (90 gelens / 15 yds), and a multilayer composite yarn 30 ′s (English cotton count) was produced by the method shown in FIG. At this time, the interval between the fiber bundle A and the fiber bundle B is 6
mm, the multifilament yarn is superimposed on the center of the fleece of the roving yarn a drafted before the front roller 2, and the twist coefficient is 1.2, 2.0, 2.4,
The actual twist was changed to 2.8 and 3.6, and the bobbin was wound. The resulting multilayer composite yarn, there filament F as a group in the core consists of a fiber bundle A core-sheath structure sheath is made of short fibers S A, the fiber bundle B comprising only short fibers S B, yarn It was excellent in uniformity and had few fluff. Using the multilayer composite yarn, knitting is performed on a sheet of jersey with a 28 gauge circular knitting machine, and then the short fiber side is dyed and finished. The surface touch of the knitted fabric gives a refreshing tactile sensation of polynosic fiber, A fabric was obtained in which the group was stably coated and had an appearance with excellent uniformity. Furthermore, the resulting fabric had a very soft and bulky texture (Examples 1-3). On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1, the actual twist was too sweet, the strength was reduced, and thread cutting occurred frequently, and spinning could not be performed. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 2, the actual twist was too much, and a soft feeling could not be obtained. Was. Conventional Example 1 Polyester multifilament yarn (37d / 24f,
Polynosic fiber (1.0d
× 38 mm) was produced as a core yarn 30 ′S (twist number: 19.7 T / in). Then, a knitted fabric similar to that of the example was prepared, and a dyed fabric was evaluated. Table 1 shows the yarn characteristics and fabric characteristics of Examples 1 to 3, Comparative Examples 1 and 2, and the conventional example. This yarn has poor coverage,
It lacked softness and bulkiness. [Table 1] In Table 1, the single yarn strength (g) is Tensora pit, and the uniformity (u%) is Evenness Tester UT-III.
Type, number of fluff (1mm or more) is F index tester,
The abrasion resistance of the knitted fabric is shown by a result of 5 hours of abrasion with a pilling tester in a pilling grade (grade 5 indicates that the abrasion resistance is excellent). The texture (soft, bulky), the uniformity of the knitted fabric, and the coverage were determined by sensory evaluation. Very good: :, good: 、, normal: △, bad: × Evaluations were made and indicated by the most evaluated rating scale. The multilayer composite yarn of the present invention has excellent covering properties,
The yarn has a uniform performance with less fluff, and has a soft and bulky texture with staple touch even after being made into a fabric.
