Abstract

【課題】スパークリングワイン、いわゆる炭酸ガスを含む発泡性飲料は飲み残しを保存する場合、抜栓による減圧と時間経過から含まれる炭酸ガスは数分の１まで減少する。結果、品質は抜栓直後と比して著しく低下してしまう。
【解決手段】栓４に加圧弁を設け高圧炭酸ガスを抜栓前の圧力まで加圧充填する。

スパークリングワイン、いわゆる炭酸ガスを含む発泡性飲料は飲み残しを保存する場合、抜栓による減圧と時間経過から含まれる炭酸ガスは数分の１まで減少する。結果、品質は抜栓直後と比して著しく低下してしまう。

上記の品質低下を防ぎ長時間維持するために、栓に加圧弁を設け、高圧炭酸ガスを抜栓前の圧力まで加圧充填する。

抜栓前の容器内圧力を維持するため品質低下を招かず、何度でも繰り返しが可能である。
他に食品、薬品等の酸化防止の為に容器内へノズルを挿入し酸素を含まない気体を満たすことにより容器中の空気の大部分の排除が可能である。その後直ちに蓋をし密閉することで品質保持期間を数倍にも増大させ得る考案である。
