Description
この発明は、炭酸飲料容器用キャップに加圧のための空気注入口を設けた、炭酸飲料容器用加圧キャップに関するものである。
従来、炭酸飲料容器用キャップの役割は、容器からの炭酸ガス及び飲料の漏れを防ぐものであった。
従来、炭酸飲料は、一度開封してしまうと数時間で炭酸ガスが抜けてしまう。これまでの炭酸飲料容器のキャップはキャップ口から炭酸ガスを抜けさせない効果は充分あるが、炭酸ガスの抜け防止に関するほかの効果はない。炭酸ガスが炭酸飲料から抜けてしまう最大の原因は、飲むたびに容器内の空きスペースが大きくなり、開封後の保存時に残りの炭酸飲料から炭酸ガスが容器内に抜けてしまうからである。
本発明は、以上のような欠点をなくすためになされたものである。

開封後キャップを閉めるたびに、このキャップの空気注入口から空気を注入し、容器内を加圧しておくことにより、保存時に炭酸飲料から炭酸ガスが容器内に抜け出すのを抑制することができる。ペットボトルなどの開封後の炭酸ガス抜けの最大の要因である、残った炭酸飲料からの容器内への炭酸ガスの拡散を空気圧で抑制することにより、炭酸飲料の清涼感を長持ちさせることができる。
以下、本発明を実施するための最良の形態について説明する。
炭酸飲料容器用キャップ（１）に、空気注入口（２）をはめ込み固定する。あらかじめ炭酸飲料用キャップ（１）に空気注入口（２）の直径よりもやや小さい取り付け穴をあけておきそこにはめ込む。空気注入口（２）は、ゴムなどの伸縮性のある素材を使用しているのではめ込みに問題はない。
