本考案は、竹繊維を含有する糸及びこれを織り又は編成した布地に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
竹の繊維を含有する糸（以下「竹繊維含有糸」という）は、抗菌性や防臭性にすぐれるため、肌着や下着用の布地への適用が提案されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
竹繊維を含有する糸は、綿糸に比べて伸縮性が十分でないので、竹繊維を含有する糸で織った布地は、肌着や下着に要求される伸縮性を具備できない。このため、肌着や下着の布地を製造する場合には、縦糸のみに竹繊維含有糸を用い、横糸には、伸縮性にすぐれる綿糸が用いられている。

しかしながら、綿糸を加えると、竹繊維含有糸のみを用いた場合に比べて抗菌性や防臭性が低下したり、竹繊維の特性が十分に発揮できないおそれがある。また、２種の糸を用いると布地の製造工程が煩雑となる。
そこで、考案者は、竹繊維の伸縮性を向上させて、竹繊維含有糸だけでも伸縮性にすぐれた布地を製造できないか鋭意研究し、通常１０００Ｔ／ｍ（Ｔは撚りの回数）程度である撚りの回数を多くすることで、従来よりもはるかに伸縮性にすぐれる竹繊維含有糸の考案に至った。

本考案の目的は、張りや腰にすぐれるだけでなく、伸縮性にもすぐれる竹繊維含有強撚糸及びこれを織り又は編成してなる布地を提供することである。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本考案の竹繊維含有強撚糸は、撚り回数を１５５０Ｔ／ｍ以上且つ２０００Ｔ／ｍ以下（但しＴは撚りの回数であり、Ｔ／ｍは１メートル当りの撚りの回数を表わす）とした。
また、本考案の布地は、上記竹繊維含有強撚糸を織り又は編成して製造される。

【作用及び効果】
本考案の竹繊維含有強撚糸は、１ｍ当り１５５０回を越える撚りを加えることにより、極めてすぐれた伸縮性を呈し、さらに、張りや腰を強くすることができる。
撚りの回数の上限は、２０００Ｔ／ｍとすることが望ましい。撚りが２０００Ｔ／ｍを越えると、伸縮性にはすぐれるが、逆に糸自体の撚りの戻り力が強くなり、布地の生産が困難となり、また、製造された布地に多くの皺が付いてしまうことがある。

本考案の竹繊維含有強撚糸は、撚りの回数を上記のように規定したことにより、従来の竹繊維含有糸では達成できなかったすぐれた伸縮性と張り、腰を具備しつつ、良好な風合いを具えるソフトな肌ざわりを具えることができるから、この竹繊維含有強撚糸を用いて織り又は編んだ布地は、すぐれた伸縮性と、張り及び腰を具備しつつ、ソフトな肌ざわりを具えているから、肌着や下着の布地として好適である。また、外衣、内衣等の幅広い被服、シーツ、ベッドカバー等の寝装具などの布地としても好適である。

竹繊維含有強撚糸は、竹繊維を含有する糸のみからなる原糸を撚って製造することが望ましいが、竹繊維と、綿、麻、絹、ウール等の材料を混紡した原糸を撚って製造してもよい。また、竹繊維含有糸と、綿糸、麻糸、絹糸、ウール糸等の糸との合撚糸を用いてもよい。

原糸中の竹繊維の含有量を変えることにより、竹繊維含有強撚糸の硬さを変えることができるので、撚りの回数と合わせて、原糸中の竹繊維含有量を変えること、伸縮性を具備したまま、張りの異なる布地を作ることができる。これにより、使用者の感触の好みに合わせた肌着、下着等を作ることができる。

【考案の実施の形態】
原糸となる竹繊維含有糸は、竹を細かく裁断又は削り取って得られた竹繊維を、溶剤で溶かして紡糸することにより得ることができる。
原糸に、１５５０Ｔ／ｍ以上且つ２０００Ｔ／ｍ以下、望ましくは１７００Ｔ／ｍ以上且つ１９００Ｔ／ｍ以下、より望ましくは１７５０Ｔ／ｍ以上且つ１８５０Ｔ／ｍ以下の撚りを加えることにより、竹繊維含有強撚糸が製造される
撚りの回数を１５５０Ｔ／ｍを越える回数とすることにより、すぐれた伸縮性を呈し、張りや腰を強くすることができる。撚りの回数を１７００Ｔ／ｍ以上、望ましくは１７５０Ｔ／ｍ以上とすることにより、竹繊維含有強撚糸は、極めてすぐれた伸縮性を呈し、張りや腰も強くなる。
なお、撚りの回数が２０００Ｔ／ｍを越えると、伸縮性は高まり、張りや腰は強くなるが、撚りが強すぎて、糸の撚り戻りが強く、布地の生産が困難となる。また、製造できたとしても布地に皺が多くなり、裁断、縫製等が困難である。このため、撚りの回数の上限は２０００Ｔ／ｍ以下とする。撚りの回数は、１９００Ｔ／ｍ以下、望ましくは１８５０Ｔ／ｍ以下とすることにより、すぐれた伸縮性を具備しつつ、肌着や下着等に最適な張りや腰を有することができる。

撚りは、原糸に一度に加えてもよいし、予め８００〜１０００Ｔ／ｍ程度の撚りを加えた糸に、追撚を行なって、上記撚り回数にするようにしてもよい。

竹繊維含有強撚糸の抗菌効果、防臭効果及び清涼感を高めるために、原糸に含まれる竹繊維は、約４０％以上とすることが望ましく、約６０％以上とすることがより望ましい。
また、竹繊維含有糸の太さは、５０〜３００デニールが望ましい。

竹繊維含有強撚糸を用い、織ったり編んだりすることにより、布地が製造される。織り方として平織りを例示でき、編み方としてメリヤス編みを例示できる。平織りの場合、本考案の竹繊維含有強撚糸は、伸縮性にすぐれるから、縦糸と横糸の両方に本発明の竹繊維含有強撚糸を用いることが望ましい。縦糸と横糸の両方に用いることにより、抗菌効果や防臭効果も高まる。竹繊維含有強撚糸を縦糸又は横糸の一方に用いる場合、他方の糸には、綿糸、麻糸、シルク糸等の天然繊維、レーヨン糸、ポリエステル糸等の化学繊維を用いることができる。
製造された布地に、エンボス加工を施し、表面に凹凸を形成し、クレープ布地としてもよい。エンボス加工を施すことにより、伸縮性をさらに高めることができる。また、布地の凹凸が形成されているから、被着時に肌に直接触れる面積が小さくなり、清涼感をさらに高めることができる。

なお、竹繊維含有強撚糸は、竹繊維により、すぐれた抗菌性及び防臭性を具備しているが、抗菌性及び防臭性をさらに高めるために、クレープ布地に抗菌加工を施してもよい。なお、抗菌加工は公知の方法により施すことができる。

本考案の布地は、特に伸縮性にすぐれ、強い張りや腰を具備しつつ、ソフトな肌ざわりを具え、さらに、すぐれた抗菌性、防臭性及び清涼感を具備する。また、光沢感も高まる。従って、本考案の布地は、特に肌着や下着に好適である。製造される肌着や下着として、アンダーシャツ、パンツ、ズボン下、股引、パジャマ等を例示できる。
竹繊維含有強撚糸から製造された布地は、上記肌着や下着の他、外衣、内衣等の幅広い被服、シーツ、ベッドカバー等の寝装具などに適用できる。

【実施例】
竹繊維を含有する原糸に、表１に示す撚り回数を加えた竹繊維含有糸を準備し、これらを縦糸（２）及び横糸（３）の両方に用いて、図１及び断面図２に示すように平織りした布地（１）を裁断、縫製して、半袖肌着を製造した（考案例１乃至７及び比較例１乃至２）。作製された各半袖肌着を５人の被験者に試着してもらい、伸縮性と、張り及び腰、肌ざわりを１〜５の５段階で評価してもらった。なお、５段階評価は数字が大きい程すぐれることを意味する。
なお、比較実験に際して、撚り回数２２００Ｔ／ｍの竹繊維含有強撚糸を作成したが、糸の撚り戻りが大きく、布地を作成することができなかった。

＜試着による伸縮性の比較＞
被験者全員から、考案例１乃至７の肌着の方が、比較例１及び２の肌着よりも、かなり動きやすく、伸縮性にすぐれるとの感想を得た。また、考案例肌着どうしを比較した場合、撚りの回数が多い程、伸縮性にすぐれるとの感想を得た。

＜試着による張り及び腰の比較＞
被験者全員から、比較例１及び２肌着は、張り及び腰が不十分であるとの感想を得た。一方、考案例１乃至７の竹繊維含有強撚糸から製造した考案例肌着は、張りや腰がよく、着心地がよいとの感想を得た。
考案例肌着どうしを比較した場合、撚りの回数が多いほど、張り及び腰が強くなるが、考案例６及び７を用いた考案例肌着は少しごわごわする感じを受けたとの感想を得た。従って、考案例６及び７の肌着は、考案例１乃至５の肌着よりも低い評価となった。

＜試着による肌ざわりの比較＞
肌ざわりについて、考案例１乃至４については、被験者全員が他の考案例及び比較例に比べてソフトで良好な風合いの肌ざわりであるとの感想を得た。一方、考案例５乃至７については、少し硬い感じを受けたとの感想を得た。また、比較例１及び２については、ソフトではあるが、柔らかすぎるとの感想を得た。

＜試着による総合評価＞
上記試着による伸縮性と、張り及び腰、肌ざわりについて、被験者の５段階評価の平均により、総合評価とした。
表１を参照すると、総合評価は、撚り回数が撚り回数が１８００Ｔ／ｍである考案例４の竹繊維強撚糸を用いた肌着が、伸縮性と、張り及び腰、肌ざわりのバランスがよくて最も着心地がよいことがわかった。また、考案例３の肌着、考案例２及び５の肌着、考案例１の肌着、考案例６の肌着、考案例７の肌着、比較例２の肌着、比較例１の肌着の順に着心地がよいとの評価となった。
竹繊維含有強撚糸の撚り回数を本考案の範囲で規定することにより、伸縮性と、張り及び腰、肌ざわりとのバランスの採れたすぐれた着心地の布地を製造できることがわかる。
