【考案が解決しようとする課題】
図２に示したようなトレーニングウエアＷは、使用後に、ロッカー内やバッグ内に収納されることが多く、このような場合にはトレーニングウエアＷに付いた汗等により、収納してあるロッカー内やバッグ内に悪臭が籠もってしまうことがある。

本考案の目的は、配設されているトレーニングウエアやバッグ等の物品が発生させる臭いのみならず、その物品が収納されている空間内に既に存在している臭いをも消臭することができるパイピングテープを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の目的を達成するために本考案は、布製のテープの一側端部にパイプ部が形成されているパイピングテープにおいて、前記パイプ部の内部に配設されている芯糸として、過酸化水素と二価鉄塩とを含む水溶液中においてセルロース繊維にメタクリル酸をグラフト共重合させることによって分子中にカルボキシル基が導入された消臭セルロース繊維を紡糸して得られる糸が使用されていることを特徴とするものである。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、図面を用いて本考案の実施形態について説明する。

このような消臭セルロース繊維を紡糸して得られる糸の消臭能力は、既に行われた実験により、同じ重量の活性炭の５倍であることが確認されている。さらに、この消臭セルロース繊維の消臭能力は、通常の洗濯や乾燥させたり日光に当てたりすることにより何度でも回復することができる。
