【従来の技術】
近年、室内の悪臭を除去するための消臭剤が数多く販売されている。これらの消臭剤は、一般に専用の容器に収められており、使用者はこの専用の容器を室内に載置したり室内の壁に掛けたりして室内の消臭を行っている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これらの消臭剤を収めた専用の容器を室内に設置する場合には、その容器を設置するためのスペースが必要となる。また、一般に市販されている専用の容器を室内に設置した場合には、既存のインテリアと不調和を来たすようなこともあった。

本考案の目的は、室内の壁に掛けることを目的として長年に亘って使用されてきたという歴史を持ち、その結果として室内の他の物品と調和する洗練されたデザインを有しているタペストリーや布製カレンダー等の壁掛用布製品に消臭効果を付加するという構成にすることによって、室内の他の物品とデザイン上の不調和を来たさず、且つ消臭剤の容器を設置するための専用のスペースを要すことなく室内の悪臭を消臭することができる壁掛用布製品を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の目的を達成するために本考案は、布地により構成される壁掛用布製品において、前記布地を構成する織糸の少なくとも一部の織糸が、過酸化水素と二価鉄塩とを含む水溶液中においてセルロース繊維にメタクリル酸をグラフト共重合させることによって分子中にカルボキシル基が導入された消臭セルロース繊維を紡糸して得られる織糸であることを特徴とするものである。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、図面を用いて本考案の実施形態について説明する。

この消臭作用を有する糸は、特開平６−１８４９４１号公報に開示されている消臭作用を有する消臭セルロース繊維を紡糸することによって製造された糸である。

すなわち、この消臭作用を有する糸は、過酸化水素と二価鉄塩とを含む水溶液中においてセルロース繊維にメタクリル酸をグラフト共重合させることによって分子中にカルボキシル基が導入された消臭セルロース繊維を紡糸して得られる糸である。なお、この消臭作用を有する糸の素材としては、綿等の天然繊維の他、レーヨン等も用いることができる。

このような消臭セルロース繊維を紡糸して得られる糸の消臭能力は、既に行われた実験により、同じ重量の活性炭の５倍であることが確認されている。さらに、この消臭セルロース繊維の消臭能力は、通常の洗濯や乾燥させたり日光に当てたりすることにより何度でも回復することができる。

この消臭セルロース繊維からなる糸は、その長さに比例して消臭能力が増すので、本実施形態においては、緯糸１０に比して使用量の多い経糸２０にこの消臭セルロース繊維からなる糸を使用している。

本実施形態で経糸２０として使用している織糸は、消臭セルロース繊維を紡糸して得られる６０番手の糸を３本撚ったもの（６０／３）で、そのデニール（ｄ）は２５６ｄである。この織糸を２４５ｍ使用すれば、縦３．６ｍ、横２．７ｍ、高さ２．５ｍである６畳部屋内の２ｐｐｍの濃度のアンモニアによる悪臭を消臭できることが既に行われた実験により確認されている。本実施形態においては、緯糸１０の長さ方向３．３ｃｍあたり経糸２０を１２０本配設しているので、経糸２０の長さ方向の本体１の幅を３０ｃｍとした場合、その緯糸の長さ方向の本体１の長さが、

なお、本実施形態においては、経糸２０に消臭セルロース繊維からなる織糸を使用しているが、緯糸１０にも消臭セルロース繊維からなる織糸を使用した場合には、より小さい周辺寸法で同様の消臭効果を発揮させることができる。

以上説明した実施形態は、壁掛用の布製のカレンダーであるが、本考案は、本体が布地で構成されている壁掛用布製品であればどのような布製品にでも適用することができる。例えば、壁面の装飾を目的とするタペストリーにも本考案は好適である。

以上説明したように、本考案によれば、室内の他の物品とデザイン上の不調和を来たさず、且つ消臭剤の容器を設置するための専用のスペースを要すことなく室内の悪臭を消臭することができる壁掛用布製品を提供することができる。
