り返しの取っ手を付け、さらに、下肢を支えるため、ま
た、様々な体格、リハビリ・機能訓練の目的に合わせベ
ルトの位置を変えることにも対応できる様に、６個所の
ベルト通しを付け、ワンタッチで着脱可能で、長さ調節
のできる丈夫なベルトを装着した。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来、高齢者、身体障害者、疾病の回復期のリハビリ・機能訓練時に、腰に着 ける力帯び、ベルトは、存在したが上体の不安定さ、下肢の安定性に問題があり 、転倒等のリスクに対する不安があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の問題点を解決するため、丈夫な武道着を利用し、袖に上肢を支えるため の折り返しによる取っ手、さらに、下肢を支えるため、また、様々な体格、リハ ビリ・機能訓練の目的により、ベルトの位置を変えることにも、対応できるよう に、６箇所のベルト通しを付け、ワンタッチで着脱可能で、長さ調節のできる丈 夫なベルトを装着した。

【考案の効果】
高齢者、身体障害者、疾病の回復期のリハビリ・機能訓練に用いてみると従来 の物と異なり、体全体を包んでくれるような安定感があり、また、腰と、上袖を しっかりと保持しているので、様々なリハビリ・機能訓練の内容にも対応でき、 転倒防止等の問題に対しても解決でき、介護者、被介護者ともに、心身の負担を 軽減することができると、考えられる。
