[Background Art] In general, a decorative sheet on which a wood grain pattern or the like is printed is laminated and dyed on a wooden substrate such as a plywood, a particle board, or a hard board, and is used as a decorative board for interior doors, general furniture, and the like. Usually, this decorative board is bent and formed so that the end face of the decorative board does not appear as it is outside the assembled product. Usually, this bending process is generally performed by performing a V-cut process.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, conventionally, the decorative sheet is likely to be cracked or cut at the bent portion due to wear of the cutting tool at the time of the V-cut processing, thickness variation of the wooden base material to be bonded, and the like. There was a problem that stable V-cut processing could not be performed. In addition, since the conventional decorative sheet has a film-like base material, the decorative sheet is liable to crack or whiten due to a sharp bend at the V-cut portion when bent and formed after the V-cut processing. Was.

In addition, the backing layer 7 is provided in advance on the natural wood board as the transfer substrate 1. The backing basis weight 10 to 50 g / m 2
A certain amount of Japanese paper, nonwoven fabric, cloth or the like can be used, and in the case of nonwoven fabric, materials such as vinylon, rayon, and polyester can be used. This is bonded to the back of the natural wood veneer with an emulsion adhesive by a hot-press or a cold-press, and then subjected to a softening treatment by a compression process in order to increase the softness of the present decorative material. In this treatment, it is possible to impart flexibility in the direction perpendicular to the fiber direction by compressing the backed natural wood decorative sheet in parallel with the fiber direction using two metal rolls. In addition, this treatment can be performed after transfer, undercoating, and after sanding, so that not only the flexibility of the present decorative material but also curl,
Prevention of warpage and the like is also possible.

On the other hand, examples of the base film 6 include synthetic resin films such as polyester, polypropylene, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride cellulose, nylon, and vinylon, composite sheets obtained by laminating these films with paper, urethane resin, and amino alkyd resin. For example, paper coated with the like is used. Further, it is necessary that the material has heat resistance enough to withstand a hot press at the time of transfer.

First, a release layer 4 is provided on the base film 6 as a transfer layer 5 for the purpose of recoating after transfer, surface protection up to recoating, and assisting separation from the base film 6. For this, a transparent resin having a recoating property such as an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, a polyester resin, and an amino alkyd resin can be used. Also, considering the workability of removing the base film after transfer, the peel strength is 30 to 500 g.
Adjust to about / 25mm (180 ° peeling). Next, a pattern printing layer 3 having transparency utilizing the texture of the natural wood board as the transfer object is provided thereon. The ink used for the pattern printing layer can be a binder containing vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, acrylic resin, nitrocellulose resin, butyral resin, etc.
In the present ink type, adhesion to the uncured adhesive layer 2 is taken into consideration. The transfer layer obtained in this manner is subjected to backing treatment via the uncured adhesive layer 2 or is pressed at the same time as the backing treatment on a natural wood board as a transfer base material by a hot-press press,
The cosmetic material of the present invention is formed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the decorative material of the present invention is bonded to a wood substrate 8 such as a plywood, a particle board, or a hard board via an adhesive, and a V-cut having an appropriate angle and size from the wood substrate 8 is made. Perform processing 9 and bend the core material 10
And wrapped with an adhesive. After bending, the base film 6 on the surface is removed, and a finished top coat layer 11 is provided (see FIGS. 3 and 4). In other words, for the purpose of protecting the surface and obtaining a high-grade design, a curable paint such as an acrylic, urethane, polyester, or aminoalkyd is used, and a roll coater, a reverse coater, a flow coater, A coat layer of about 10 to 40 g / m 2 in terms of solid content is provided by a method such as a curtain coater or spray.

The decorative material of the present invention, by using a backed natural wood veneer as the transfer base material, even if there is abrasion of the cutting tool at the time of the V-cut processing, or a variation in the thickness of the wood base material to be bonded, etc. Stable secondary processing is performed without cracking or cutting of the cosmetic material. Also, at the time of V-cut bending,
Since the transfer layer is folded together with the backed natural wood veneer, the veneer serves as a cushioning material to relieve sudden bending at the V-cut portion and to eliminate cracks and whitening of the transfer layer, which were apt to occur in the past. Can be.

The uncured adhesive layer 2 uses a thermosetting, ultraviolet curable, or electron beam curable adhesive as an adhesive for the adhesive layer, and has a certain degree of fluidity when the adhesive layer is uncured. While having, V-cut processing is performed, heating after bending processing, or ultraviolet or electron beam irradiation (in the case of ultraviolet irradiation, the transparency of the transfer layer can be used),
More preferably, the adhesive layer is cured in a folded shape.

An untreated, unstretched polypropylene film having a thickness of 50 µm was used as a base film, and an acrylic / urethane resin was further applied thereon so as to have a thickness of 10 µm to form a release layer. Next, a pattern printing layer having transparency was formed on the layer using an ink containing a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin as a binder, and a pattern of a straight oak board was formed thereon to obtain a transfer sheet. The peel strength of this sheet was adjusted to 100 g / 25 mm (180 ° peeling). Then, sliced to 0.20 m / m thickness, using a laminating wood veneer, in advance on the back of this veneer, manufactured by Shoei Chemical Co., Ltd., via a modified urethane adhesive KH-1050, basis weight 30 g / m 2 vinylon nonwoven fabric was hot-pressed (press temperature 130 ° C., press time 180 seconds, press pressure 4 kg / cm 2 ) and fixed to a 2.5 m / m thick plywood. Then
On the surface of this backing-treated wood board, UV made by Takeda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

[Effects of the Invention] As described in detail above, the decorative material of the present invention is provided with a transfer layer having a pattern printing layer via an adhesive layer on one surface of a transfer substrate made of a natural wood veneer layer. At the same time, the backing layer is provided on the other side, so that even if there is wear of the cutting tool during V-cut processing or variation in the thickness of the wood base material to be bonded, cracking of the decorative material at the bent part Stable secondary processing can be performed without causing any cutting or cutting. In addition, during the V-cut bending process, the transfer layer is bent together with the backed natural wood veneer, so that sudden bending at the V-cut portion is relieved, and cracks and whitening of the transfer layer, which are conventionally likely to occur, are eliminated. be able to. Further, the decorative material of the present invention can obtain a high-quality natural wood or precious wood design feeling by using a relatively inexpensive and easily available natural wood veneer plate and using only a few painting steps.
