(57)【要約】 【目 的】 プラスチック金型において、温調穴が取付
ボルト、エジェクターピン等と直交するとき、水（油）
漏れします。このような時本案（図１）により温調穴と
エジェクターピン穴等をふさぎ水、油等が漏れないよう
にしたものです。 【構 成】 モールドベース内でエジェクターピン等が
温調穴と直交するとき、エジェクターピン穴等と同軸上
に本案（図１）が入る挿入穴を開ける。その際に本案の
中央（溝部）と温調穴中心とを合わし、溝部より油等が
流れるようにする。又、挿入穴の側面に本案を密着させ
て、エジェクターピン穴等に油等が流入しないようにし
た構造

【考案の詳細な説明】 この実用新案はプラスチック金型用温調穴のパッキンです。 金型設計において、エジェクターピン、取付ボルト等と温調穴との設定に要する 時間を省略出来る物です。 この本案によりエジェクターピン等の位置に関係なく理想の位置に温調穴が設定 出来ます。 本案の外径を挿入穴より小さくすることにより簡単に挿入出来、又高さの調整と 弾力で穴を密閉出来ます。
