Abstract

(57)【要約】 【 目的 】本考案はテープカセットのラベル貼り付け
部位を改良して、ラベルと透明保護窓板を収容出来る様
に改良し、ラベルの交換が従来の接着剤使用のものを貼
り付ける事が出来ると共に、普通紙にて私作し変化に富
むラベルが何回でも簡単に取り替えが出来、透明保護窓
により外気との接触が皆無に等しく、ラベルの変色を防
ぎ、長期の保存の場合役にたつ。 【 構成 】本考案は、テープカセット本体、図面３の
ラベル収納室６を設け、其の上部に図面２のスライド式
開閉自在の透明保護窓板３を設置し、ラベルを交換する
場合、図４の通り透明窓板を引き開け、ラベルの交換を
して透明保護窓を閉めることにより何回もラベルの交換
が簡単にできると共に変色を防ぎ長期保存にも役立つ。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、従来のテープカセットにラベル収納空間場所を設けたテープカセット に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
テープカセットに接着剤使用のラベルを貼り付け、テープの内容が変わった場合 、元のラベルを剥がして貼り替えることになるが、元のラベルの接着剤の粘着力 が強い場合、完全に剥がすことは困難である。また、粘着力の弱いものは諸要素 （湿度・熱・日光等）によりラベルの上下の部分が剥がれ、復元が困難である。 また交換用の新しいラベルの入手が困難でもある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
交換のラベルの入手が困難なうえに、その張り替えの負担も大きく、ラベルは自 作した物を使用することによって、簡単に趣味に富んだものとの交換が数回にい たり可能なうえ、前述の欠点を解決しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は従来のテープカセットのラベル張り付け部分を３ｍｍ程度深くし、ラベ ル収納空間を１ｍｍ程度設け、其の上部位の透明保護窓板挿入口を除く、側面３ 方に高さ０．６ｍｍ〜深さ０．８ｍｍの溝を作り、厚み０．５ｍｍのスライド式 開閉自在な透明窓板を挿入して保護窓を設置する。

【作用】
カセットテープのラベル収納部の透明窓は、溝を滑らしながら引き開け、ラベル を設置位置に貼るか又は自作のラベルを元のラベルの上に設置し、透明窓を閉め る事により簡単に作業が出来、外気との接触防止となり変色を防ぐ。

【実施例】
以下添付図面に従って、一実施例を説明する。図面１はラベル取り替え完了テー プカセット本体。図１−１は透明窓板の引出し部。
【０００７】 図１−１の引出し部により、図２の透明窓板を図４の通り引き開ける。図３−６ ラベル張り付け及び収納部にラベルを貼り付けるか、又は自作のラベルを元のラ ベルの上に重ね指で軽く押しながら、図２−２と図３−５が噛み合う迄図２の透 明窓板を閉めラベルの収納取り替えを完了とする。

【考案の効果】
上述の様に、本考案の簡易ラベル交換テープカセットは、従来通り接着剤付ラベ ルを貼り付ける事は勿論の事、接着力の弱いラベルのはがれを、透明窓板を閉め る事により防止する事が出来る。同時に、元の貼り付けてあるラベルの接着剤が 強度で、はがす事が困難である場合は、はがさずその上に自作のラベルを重ねて 収める事により、何回でもラベルの交換が簡単に出来、変色防止似役立つ。

  1. 【請求項１】 現在使用されているテープカセット本体
    のラベル張付部分にラベル収納空間場所を設け、スライ
    ド式開閉自在の窓を作る。その空間部に普通紙で自作の
    接着剤無使用のラベルを挿入し、透明窓を閉めることに
    より簡単で何度でも書替えたラベルを交換することが出
    来る。従来のラベル交換は、粘着テープを剥がさねばな
    らず、困難であった。
