脱自在に係止し、該中筒の中に、中皿の中心部には螺旋
溝を有する穴を有するとともに中皿の外側にガイド溝を
上下方向に有する中皿を、挿入して設けて、該中皿の螺
旋溝に前記螺旋軸の螺旋状の雄ネジを螺合させるととも
に該中皿のガイド溝に前記中筒のガイド突条を挿入させ
て、中筒の上端部に蓋を被せたことを特徴とする固形の
