"Prior Art" Conventionally, dispensing containers have been proposed in which rod-shaped cosmetics in the dispensing container are detachably connected and can be replaced in a cartridge type manner. The purpose of this is to use the same dispensing container again by replacing it with another cosmetic bar, and for users, it is an easy way to use the relatively expensive container repeatedly without disposing of it as waste. In addition, for manufacturers, even if cosmetics are damaged during filling, there is no need to dispose of the entire container as a defective product, and the rate of defective products can be reduced. It has advantages such as:

"Operation" To attach the bar-shaped cosmetic to the tray inside the cylinder, move the tray to the highest position of the cylinder, insert the holder that holds the base end of the bar-shaped cosmetic into the tray, and tighten the holder. All you have to do is rotate it. By this operation, the holder advances into the saucer, and during its spiral movement, the retaining portion of the holder comes into elastic contact with the locking portion of the saucer, and the resistance force against the rotational operation begins to increase. When the holder is further rotated against this resistance, the bullet plate part is elastically deformed in accordance with the rotation operation, and the retaining part overcomes the locking part and engages with the holder at the end of the spiral movement.

Next, hold the protruding part of the holder 22 between your fingers and turn it strongly against the resistance force when the retaining part 30 rides on the locking part 27, and if you continue to rotate it, the holder 22 will be separated from the saucer 21. Therefore, in this state, as shown in FIG. 3, if another bar-shaped cosmetic 6 is taken out from the capsule 35 and attached to the saucer 21 along with the holder 22 according to the following procedure, this bar-shaped cosmetic 6 will disappear. Become free. In order to attach the holder 22 to the tray 21, the holder 22 is inserted into the tray 21 and rotated in a direction to tighten it. By this operation, the holder 22 enters into the saucer 21, and in the middle of its screwing, the retaining part 30 of the holder 22
comes into elastic contact with the locking part 27 of the saucer 21, and the holder 2
In accordance with the rotation operation in step 2, the bullet plate portion 29 is elastically deformed, and the bullet plate portion 29 is overcome and engaged at the end point of the spiral movement. Note that the cut-off bar-shaped cosmetic 6 is stored in a capsule 35 as shown in FIG.

In addition, the rod-shaped cosmetic 6 is manufactured by separating the holder 22 from the saucer 21.
For example, as shown in another embodiment of FIG. 6, through holes 45a and 45b are formed in the bottoms of the guide tube 24 and the outer tube 47, respectively. Then, a so-called back-filling method may be used in which a nozzle is inserted through these through-holes 45a and 45b to fill the filling capsule 46 attached to the holder 22 with the cosmetic stock solution. In this case, a seal or the like is pasted on the bottom of the outer cylinder 47 fitted on the outer periphery of the guide cylinder 24 to close the through holes 45a and 45b.
Also, a decorated cap is attached via the connecting tube 48.

Further, another embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. 8. This is basically the same as the above-mentioned embodiment, but is the first embodiment in that the shapes of the spiral tube, guide tube, and saucer are changed. This example is different from that of the previous example. That is, the dispensing container of this embodiment includes a spiral tube 55 having a bottomed cylindrical shape having a spiral groove 55a, and a long hole 25 in the lower half, which is longer than the spiral tube 55.
A long cylindrical body 54 is formed with a guide cylinder 56 having a handle, and a protrusion 57a that is operated by the cylindrical body 54 is formed inside the cylindrical body 54, and a locking portion 27 is formed on the inner peripheral surface. The bar-shaped cosmetic 6 is attached to the tray 57 via the holder 22. Note that even with such a configuration, the same effects as those of the above-mentioned embodiment can be achieved.

The inclination angle θ is determined by the inclination angle θ when the bar-shaped cosmetic 6 is normally used (that is, when the protrusion 21a of the saucer 21 is reciprocated between the lower end of the elongated hole 25 and the engaging part 60). Protrusion 21a of tray 21
is set at an angle such that it will not rise unless a certain amount of force is applied, and the engagement groove 60 and relief groove 2
The distance L between the holders 5a and 5a is set to approximately half the length of the holder 22, and when the saucer 21 rises through this distance L, the upper half of the holder 22 protrudes.

"Effects of the Invention" As explained above, according to the present invention, in a dispensing container in which a holder for holding the base end of a bar-shaped cosmetic product is screwed into a saucer, a locking mechanism is provided between the saucer and the holder. With this provision, the holder does not come loose due to vibrations during transportation, and the bar-shaped cosmetic can be prevented from being damaged. Moreover, since the holder does not loosen even when using the bar-shaped cosmetic, the usability can be improved.
Furthermore, since at least one of the retaining part and the locking part constituting the locking part of the holder is provided on the elastically deformable elastic plate part, the engagement of the retaining part and the locking part can be made elastic. Another advantage is that it can be carried out while the holder is being held, and the rotational operation of the holder is not impaired.
