"Prior Art" Conventionally, dispensing containers have been proposed in which rod-shaped cosmetics in the dispensing container are detachably connected and can be replaced in a cartridge type manner. The purpose of this is to use the same dispensing container again by replacing it with another cosmetic bar, and for users, it is an easy way to use the relatively expensive container repeatedly without disposing of it as waste. In addition, for manufacturers, even if cosmetics are damaged during filling, there is no need to dispose of the entire container as a defective product, and the rate of defective products can be reduced. It has advantages such as:

FIG. 14 shows an example of the structure of such a conventional dispensing container (see Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-46571, etc.). This has a helical tube 2 having a helical groove 1 on its inner circumferential surface, a cylindrical portion 3 rotatably supported within the helical tube 2, and a long hole 4 extending along the axial direction on the peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion 3. A cylindrical body 7 that covers the outer periphery of a bar-shaped cosmetic 6 such as a lipstick is formed by the guide cylinder 5 having a guide tube 5 formed therein, and the elongated hole 4 is inserted into the cylindrical body 7 and engaged with the spiral groove 1. A saucer 10 having a protrusion 9 is provided,
The base end of the bar-shaped cosmetic 6 is screwed into the saucer 10 via a holder 11, and the bar-shaped cosmetic 6 is fed out by relative rotation between the spiral tube 2 and the guide tube 5.

"Problems to be solved by the invention" However, in such a conventional dispensing container, the holder 11 is rotated to place the bar-shaped cosmetic 6 into the saucer 10.
On the other hand, since the amount of protrusion T of the holder 11 from the saucer 10 (that is, the length of the upper part of the holder 11 than the male thread 11a) is small, it is difficult to turn the holder 11 when replacing the cosmetic bar 6. Due to these problems, it was difficult to securely tighten the holder 11 to the end. In addition, in order to solve such problems, increasing the protrusion amount T of the holder 11 makes it easier to turn the holder 11, but it has been said that as the protrusion amount T increases, the beauty of the entire dispensing container is impaired. Dissatisfaction arises.

On the other hand, apart from such problems, the holder 11
When using a dispensing container that has a structure in which the cosmetic bar 6 is screwed into the saucer 10, there is a risk that the screw connection may loosen due to the force of pressing the cosmetic bar 6 against the application surface or vibrations when carrying the cosmetic product. At this time, there was a risk that the cosmetic bar 6 would be difficult to use, or that the cosmetic bar 6 would come into contact with the top plate of the cap (not shown) and be damaged.

This invention was made in view of the above circumstances,
The purpose of this is to prevent the holder from detracting from its aesthetic appearance during use due to its large protrusion, to improve operability when replacing bar-shaped cosmetics, and to securely place the holder in the saucer. It is an object of the present invention to provide a dispensing container that can be attached, has an effect of preventing loosening, and can prevent a bar-shaped cosmetic from being damaged.

When replacing the holder, move the saucer to its highest position so that the holder protrudes outward, hold the holder in this state, unscrew it from the saucer, and separate the holder from the saucer. Then, when a holder holding a new bar-shaped cosmetic is inserted into the saucer and screwed together, the locking protrusion and the locking groove are engaged at the end point of the screw, and the bar-shaped cosmetic becomes freely retractable. In addition, when the holder is screwed with the saucer, the locking protrusion and the locking groove are engaged, so there is no risk that the screwing between the holder and the saucer will loosen. .

When the spiral tube 20 is rotated clockwise in the assembled state as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4,
The spiral groove 20a rotates clockwise and the protrusion 22a of the saucer 22
is pressed, and the saucer 22 is moved upward. By this operation, the holder 23 and the cosmetic bar 6 attached to the saucer 22 are moved upward together with the saucer 22, the cosmetic bar 6 protrudes from the upper end of the spiral tube 20, and the protrusion 22a of the saucer 22 is moved upward. The state inserted into the engagement groove 25, that is, the spiral tube 20
The resistance force against the rotational operation of the tray 22 increases, and the tray 22 is used in a state where its upward movement is restricted.

Next, to explain the case where the bar-shaped cosmetic 6 is replaced, the protrusion 22a of the saucer 22 is inserted into the engagement groove 25.
The helical tube 20 is further rotated clockwise against the resistance force against the rotation operation of the helical tube 20. By this operation, the protrusion 22a is moved into the engagement groove 25.
It rises by a length L along the upper peripheral edge 25a as shown by the arrow in FIG. 2, and is inserted into the horizontal groove 26 at the upper end of the elongated hole 24, so that the upper half of the holder 23 is held in a protruding state.

Then, hold the protruding part of the holder 23 between your fingers and turn it to separate the holder 23 from the saucer 22. In this state, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, another bar-shaped cosmetic 6 is inserted into the capsule 30. If the bar-shaped cosmetic 6 is taken out from the container and placed in the tray 22 along with the holder 23, the bar-shaped cosmetic 6 can be retracted and retracted. In addition,
Adding an explanation to the operation of mounting the holder 23, this operation involves inserting the holder 23 into the saucer 22 and turning it in the tightening direction. By this operation, the saucer 22 is screwed forward, and at the end of the screw movement, the locking protrusion 28 and the locking groove 27 engage with each other, and the upward movement of the holder 23 is held in a restricted state. Ru. Further, during this operation, since the locking protrusion 28 and the locking groove 27 are located above the male thread 23a and the female thread 22b, respectively, the holder 2 can be visually inspected.
3 can be confirmed, and the engagement between the locking protrusion 28 and the locking groove 27 can be performed reliably. That is, the locking protrusion 28 is connected to the external thread 23a of the holder 23.
Since the locking protrusion 28 is located above the saucer 22
When the locking protrusion 28 is screwed into the male thread 23a,
Since the holder 23 will be inserted into and engaged with the tray 22 later than the above, while watching the progress of the holder 23,
The engagement of the engagement protrusion 28 can be confirmed. Therefore, in addition to feeling a sense of resistance when the locking protrusion 28 engages with the locking groove 27, the engagement can be confirmed, making it easier to use.

FIG. 9 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the saucer 22 is improved. That is,
This is a split groove 3 that starts from the upper end of the saucer 22.
A locking protrusion 28 is provided on the upper part of the peripheral wall of the saucer 22 divided by the groove 35, and the saucer 2
A locking groove 27 is formed on the outer periphery of a holder 23 that is screwed into the holder 2. In addition, in this way, the saucer 22
When the groove 35 is formed in the groove 35, the tray 22 itself is set so as to protrude outward together with the holder 23 at its highest position. In the dispensing container configured as described above, when replacing the bar-shaped cosmetic 6, the saucer 22 can be made to protrude and its peripheral wall can be made elastic, so that the holder 23 can be easily attached and detached. In addition, during normal use, the receiving tray 22 is prevented from elastically deforming outward by the inner circumferential wall of the guide tube 21, so that the engagement between the locking groove 27 and the locking protrusion 28 is firmly maintained. This allows the locking effect to be exerted.

(1) In a dispensing container that has a structure in which a holder that holds the base end of a bar-shaped cosmetic product is screwed into a saucer, a locking mechanism is provided between the saucer and the holder to prevent the holder from loosening due to vibrations during transportation. This prevents the stick from becoming loose and prevents the bar-shaped cosmetic from being damaged. Moreover, since the holder does not loosen even when using the bar-shaped cosmetic, the usability can be improved. Furthermore, since the locking protrusion is set to be located above the male thread of the holder, in addition to the feeling of resistance due to the engagement between the locking protrusion and the locking groove, you can also check the progress of the holder while locking. It has the advantage that the engagement of the mating protrusions can be confirmed, and the operation when exchanging the holder is easy.
