``Prior Art'' Conventionally, as a container for storing bar-shaped solid cosmetics, such as lipstick and blush, a saucer to which the base end of the bar-shaped cosmetic is attached is moved back and forth (up and down) inside a cylinder.
These cosmetics have the advantage of being able to be used until the end, even if they are relatively expensive, since they can be used by rolling out the bar-shaped solid cosmetics when using them. Ta. On the other hand, since most of the cosmetic is exposed, great care must be taken to prevent damage when storing the cosmetic-filled tray in a container. For this reason, when assembling the container, the container with the cosmetic is often housed manually, resulting in poor work efficiency.

On the other hand, in order to prevent cosmetics from being damaged and to improve workability, a method is used in which a mold cylinder is fitted in advance to a tray in the inner cylinder, the cosmetics are filled through a window hole in the bottom plate of the tray, and the cosmetics are solidified and supported in the tray. However, most containers do not have a means to replace the bar-shaped cosmetic itself, so if the filled cosmetic is defective, the entire container has to be rejected. There is.

Therefore, in order to load cosmetics into a dispensing container with such a structure, first, as shown in FIG. , fit the cosmetic filling mold cylinder 7 into the holder 5, and insert the mold cylinder 7 into the inner cylinder 3 while elastically deforming the inner cylinder 3 outward in the radial direction, as shown in FIG. Push it into. Next, turn the container upside down and remove the inner cylinder 3 and saucer 4.
The cosmetic material in a molten state is injected into the mold tube 7 through each of the window holes 3a and 4a to be pseudo-solidified, and the mold tube 7 is removed. Note that this mold cylinder 7 is removed as follows. That is, from the state shown in FIG. 4A, the spiral tube 1 is rotated clockwise and raised until the protrusion 14 of the saucer 4 is engaged with the protrusion 15 of the horizontal groove 12. Next, when the protrusion 14 is locked to the convex portion 15, push the mold tube 7 downward once to remove the spiral tube 1.
Rotate clockwise. As a result of this operation, the protrusion 14 locked to the protrusion 15 is lowered, guided under the protrusion 15 by the inclined part 16a of the protrusion 16, and inserted into the guide groove 13 as shown in FIG. 4B. It is locked at its upper end. In this state, the mold cylinder 7
The lower end of is located above the upper end of the inner cylinder 3, and the inner cylinder 3 has been restored to its original state.

In this way, when the projection 14 of the tray 4 is inserted to the upper end of the guide groove 13, the spiral cylinder 1 is then rotated in the reverse direction to lower the tray 4 as shown in FIG.
Air is introduced into the mold tube 7 from 2, and the mold tube 7 is detached from the holder 5. During the downward movement of the tray 4, the projection 14 is pushed downward by the spiral groove 2 and advances, so that it is inserted into the long hole 9 without being stopped by the convex portion 15. Therefore, the fingers rotating the spiral tube 1 do not experience any resistance when the projection 14 gets over the convex portion 15,
The spiral cylinder 1 can be rotated smoothly.

In addition, the operation of normally using this dispensing container is the same as that of a general dispensing container, and when the spiral tube 1 is rotated clockwise in the assembled state as shown in Fig. 4 D, the spiral groove 2 rotates clockwise. Then, the protrusion 14 of the saucer 4 is pushed, and the saucer 4 is moved toward the distal end. By this operation, the holder 5 and the cosmetic bar 6 attached to the saucer 4 are moved toward the tip of the cosmetic bar 6 together with the saucer 4.
protrudes from the tip of the inner cylinder 3. Then, the protrusion 14 is engaged with the convex portion 15 of the horizontal groove 12, and the tray 4 is used in a state where its movement is stopped.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which a lateral groove 30 extending along the circumferential direction from the tip (upper end) of the guide groove 13 is formed to communicate with the guide groove 13. With such a structure, the protrusion 14 of the receiving tray 4 is inserted into the horizontal groove 30 at the highest position, so the holder 5 is inserted into the horizontal groove 4.
When inserting the holder 5 into the holder, the tray 4 does not descend due to the insertion of the holder 5, and therefore, relative rotation between the helical cylinder 1 and the inner cylinder 3 does not occur, so the holder can be inserted without fixing them. Fitting can be performed.

In the horizontal groove 12 portion communicating with the upper end of the long hole 9,
Convex portion 15 that limits movement of protrusion 14 of saucer 4
Since the lower end of the mold tube 7 is located at the upper end of the inner tube 7 when the protrusion 14 is positioned at the upper end of the guide groove, the cosmetic material 6 may be larger than necessary in a normal cosmetic dispensing operation. This prevents the holder from falling out, which not only prevents erroneous operations such as accidentally pulling out cosmetics or releasing the mating state between the saucer 4 and the holder 5, but also prevents the holder 6 from being inserted into the inner cylinder. Since it is located and is not exposed to the outside, it is possible to improve the appearance in normal use.
