と被塗物受け渡し部とにわたる無端回動経路(l1,l2)
で移送具(2)を循環移動させて、この移送具(2)に
より吹き付け塗装対象の被塗物(A)を前記被塗物受け
取り部から前記被塗物受け渡し部へかけて搬送する被塗
物搬送装置(4)を設けてある塗装設備であって、 前記無端回動経路(l1,l2)うち前記被塗物受け渡し部
から前記被塗物受け取り部にわたる移送具空移動部分
(l2)の途中箇所に、 前記移送具(2)の付着塗料を除去する回転ブラシ
(6)と、この回転ブラシ(6)を洗浄液(W)により
洗浄するブラシ洗浄手段(7,9)と、前記回転ブラシ
(6)に対し洗浄作用した流下洗浄液(W)を受け止め
る液槽(8)と、この液槽(8)で受け止めた洗浄液
(W)を塗料成分除去して前記ブラシ洗浄手段(7,9)
へ循環供給する再生循環手段(11,12,13)とを備える移
送具洗浄装置(5)を設けてある塗装設備。
