2. Description of the Related Art Insufficient parking lots have become a serious problem due to soaring land prices in urban areas. For this purpose, a method in which the floor of the entire building is used as a parking lot and a driver searches for a place where parking can be performed by himself / herself and a method in which a car is lifted by rotating a gondola and parked are widely used.

However, the above-mentioned conventional multi-story parking lot has the following problems. <A> In the former method, the passages of vehicles for entering and exiting the vehicle must be distributed over the entire surface, which requires a large area. Further, since the driver himself searches for an empty space, it takes a long time to park. <B> In the latter gondola method, the gondola equipped with the entire vehicle must be rotated every time the vehicle is parked or departs, which requires a long waiting time. In addition, every time all cars must be moved, which requires a great deal of power. In addition, since the gondola needs to be rotated for each movement, it is inconvenient that parking and departure cannot be performed simultaneously. Even if a large gondola is installed, the number of cars that can be parked is small compared to its size and the amount of construction investment.

That is, the present invention relates to an elevator for transporting an automobile in a vertical direction, and a helical spiral provided in a state surrounding the elevator, the elevator being provided on a floor surface around the elevator. It consists of a floor, a carriage that can move in the front-rear, left-right directions, and has a car mounted on top of it. The carriage moves in and out of the spiral floor from the elevator and moves downward on the spiral floor by its own weight. This is a multi-story parking lot that is configured to be able to use.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. <B> Elevator An elevator 1 is installed at the center of the multistory parking lot of the present invention. The purpose of this elevator 1 is to transport one vehicle vertically when leaving a parked vehicle. Therefore, the area of the elevator 1 may be as small as a truck for transporting one automobile.

<B> Spiral Floor A floor is provided around the elevator 1 so as to surround the elevator 1. However, this floor is not a floor that horizontally divides the layers, but is a spiral floor 2 that is spirally continuous with a gentle inclination. Since a hole for the elevator 1 is opened in the center of the spiral floor 2, a fall prevention gate that opens and closes in response to a departure signal is provided in order to prevent the carriage from falling, which will be described later.

<C> Guide Rail A guide rail 4 is attached to the spiral floor 2. The guide rail 4 includes a rail in a direction toward the center of a curve formed by the spiral floor 2 and a rail in a direction parallel to the spiral curve formed by the spiral floor 2. Since the floor surface of the spiral floor 2 is inclined, the floor surface of the elevator 1 is also inclined at the same gradient.

<4> Truck for Car Transport The truck 3 is used for carrying a vehicle mounted thereon. Wheels are provided on the lower surface of the cart 3, and the wheels are configured to be able to travel in the front-back and left-right directions. Specifically, the wheels are configured so that they can freely enter and exit from the lower surface of the cart 3 and can change the angle by 90 degrees. The entry and exit of the wheel and the change of the direction are performed by a jack provided on a shaft supporting the wheel and a sensor for detecting a rotation state.

[How to use] Next, how to use the above multi-story parking lot will be described. <B> When parking The vehicle is mounted on the trolley 3 on the spiral floor 2. Then trolley 3
As described above, there are wheels on the lower surface, a guide rail 4 is attached to the spiral floor 2, and a downward slope is formed in the spiral floor 2. Therefore, the carriage 3 gradually descends along the inclination of the spiral floor 2 by its own weight. In this case, a braking mechanism may be provided between the guide rail 4 and the wheel, or a resistance may be provided on the wheel itself so that the descending speed is not excessively increased. In this way, the bogie 3 travels on the vacant spiral floor 2, arrives at the tail end where the preceding bogie 3 is stopped, and stops. In this case, in order to fix the stop position within a certain range, for example, a hook that can freely enter and exit the surface of the spiral floor 2 is provided. Then, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the hook is protruded when the carriage 3 moves, the carriage 3 is engaged with the hook, and the hook is retracted to the floor when moving. In this way, the vehicle to be parked is gradually narrowed by its own weight and parked at the tail end in order.

<B> Departure When a car is to be departed, a departure signal is sent to the elevator 1 and the bogie 3. Then, the elevator 1 first arrives at the position of the truck 3 on which the car is mounted. Next, the fall prevention gate in front of the cart 3 opens, and the cart 3 is pushed into the elevator 1. (FIG. 2) The elevator 1 on which the carriage 3 is mounted moves up and down to the exit, and pushes the vehicle together with the carriage 3 to the outside. The departure is thus completed, but a space for one truck 3 is formed on the spiral floor 2 at the trace where the departure was made. (FIG. 3) Then, the cart 3 above the space descends on the floor in order by its own weight. (FIG. 4) In this way, the wasted space is immediately filled by the upper carriage, and no wasted space is generated.

As described above, the present invention has the following effects. <a> Compared to a system in which a driver of a car searches for a parking place by himself, no car passage is required at all, so the land can be used very efficiently. <B> The new parking place is always at the end of the parking group, and there is no need to search for a space and move a large-scale device as in the gondola method. Therefore, the speed of the parking process is extremely high. <C> Since the space is automatically filled sequentially,
There is no uneconomic phenomenon such as displaying a full car even though there is space. <D> When parking, the descent of the bogie is used naturally, so no special power is required and it is very economical.
