(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 ドーナツ状のスタンパと同形で表面を鏡
面仕上した薄肉円盤を、スタンパの裏面に鏡面を密に当
接して設け、その薄肉円盤を介してスタンパをベース型
の型閉面内に嵌装した円形の盤体の表面に当設し、ベー
ス型の型閉面外周に取付けた外周リングと、盤体中央部
に嵌装した内周リングとによりスタンパを上記盤体に固
定してなるディスク成形用射出金型において、 上記薄肉円盤を肉厚が0.3〜1.0mmの超硬合金盤又
はセラミック盤等によるスタンパよりも厚肉の硬質円盤
により形成しなることを特徴とするディスク成形用射出
金型。
1.
