More specifically, a sterilized optimum culture medium 6 is put into a sterilized bottle 5, an appropriate amount of shrimp seeds is added, germination is performed at an appropriate temperature, and the juveniles are added to a medium 6 having an optimum composition.
The seedlings grown in culture bottles are grown while being replanted up to twice (FIG. 5). The seedlings 2a grown in the sterilized bottle 5 are taken out of the bottle 5, and the roots are washed.
Seedlings are sterilized with sterilized water diluted with Benlate (Dupont product), daisen (Daisen product), streptomycin agent, etc. (sterilization of seedlings). This sterilization is performed for the purpose of washing away waste products discharged with the growth of the seedlings 2a and preventing the generation of mold during the subsequent acclimatization period.
The sterilized seedlings 2a are wound one by one with a boiler 4 (root-wound with a boiler) and planted in the CP3 (planted in the CP).
The plants (FIG. 6) transplanted and planted on the CP3 are adjusted in temperature, humidity and light in a conditioning room (not shown), watered appropriately to grow the plants, and the seedlings 2a are adapted to the environment outside the culture bottle 5. (Acclimated seedlings in the acclimation room). If the seedlings are small and do not have an acclimatization room, select a suitable time for growth, put CP3 in a water tank or styrofoam box, cover with a glass plate or wrap, and perform humidity control by spraying etc. in the acclimation room. Had been replaced.
The CP seedlings 2c that had grown sufficiently robust were taken out of the acclimatization room and planted in pots containing the culture soil (planted in the culture soil).
Seedlings grown before they are planted in the culture soil can be grown in harsh natural environments.

However, the conventional seedling raising method has the following difficulties. Even good seedling 2a for 40-50 days,
Depending on the type of plant, seedlings had to be raised under optimal conditions for 4-5 months in a conditioned room. If there is no acclimatization room, select a time suitable for growth, put CP3 in a water tank or styrofoam box, cover with a glass plate or wrap, perform humidity control by spraying, etc. The management of temperature, light and humidity was difficult.

[0005] Seedling 2a grown in sterilized bottle 5
It is necessary to pay attention to sterilization of seedlings,
In many cases, the roots and leaves were damaged when planting the plants on No. 3.
In addition, changes in the environment transferred from the completely sterile small space sealed in the culture bottle 5 to the outside and the above-mentioned damage to the roots and leaves often delay growth and lower the survival rate.

Recently, there has been an increasing number of cases in which ordinary enthusiasts purchase seedlings that have grown to some extent in the state of bottle raising seedlings and try to raise the seedlings as the culture bottles 5. However, ordinary enthusiasts have difficulty in the operation of each step of acclimated seedling in the acclimatization room, especially in the acclimatization room equipment and its control, because the roots are washed, the seedlings are sterilized, the root is wound with water, planted in the CP, and the acclimation room is grown. In many cases, seedlings cannot be successfully raised because they are difficult.

To a sterilized bottle 5 provided with a sterilized optimum medium 6, an appropriate amount of shrimp seeds are added, the seeds are germinated while maintaining an appropriate temperature, and the juveniles are replanted once or twice in a medium 6 having an optimum composition. The bottle-raised seedlings (FIG. 5) that grow while growing are the same as in the past. The seedlings 2a grown in the sterilized bottle 5 are taken out by dividing the bottle 5, and the roots are near the roots with tap water such as tap water.
Wash a while keeping a together (root washing). This washing is to wash away waste products discharged with the growth of the medium 6 and the seedlings 2a. Sterilization performed for the purpose of preventing the occurrence of mold during the subsequent acclimation period is not necessary for healthy seedlings. A lump or a group of seedlings 2a taken out of the bottle 5 and washed is transplanted into the adaptation capsule 1 which is a transparent container which is substantially sealed as shown in FIG. 1 (transplanted into the adaptation capsule). The size and shape of the acclimating capsule 1 are not particularly limited, as long as the size and shape can accommodate the seedlings 2a in a lump. Preferably, the size and shape are such that the sterilized bottle 5 can be stored exactly. Also, as the material, known transparent plastics and glass are suitable. It is preferable that the lid 1a can be easily opened and closed. If a large part of the lid 1a is transparent, the surface area of the lid 1a and the bottom surface 1c may be opaque. This habituation capsule 1
At the time of transplantation, no water is added except for the water attached by washing the roots. Lid 1a of acclimatization capsule 1 in which seedlings 2 are stored
Leave it in the room closest to the appropriate temperature and light level in the room (acclimated seedlings in the room). There is no problem with opening and closing the lid 1a that can be opened occasionally.

The inside of the acclimatization capsule 1 with the lid 1a open is capable of flowing air from the outside,
There is almost no change in humidity. In addition, since water is not added to the seedlings other than the water attached to the seedlings, the total moisture in the acclimating capsule 1 is substantially constant. For this reason, the seedlings 2 evaporate water mainly from the leaves, become water droplets on the lid 1a and the side surface 1b, absorb the water stored on the bottom surface 1c from the roots, and by repeating the above, grow while accumulating in the necessary parts of the tissue. In order to grow in the acclimatization capsule 1 having only a certain amount of water in this way, the excessively absorbed water during bottle raising in the sterilized culture bottle 5 is reduced, and the seedling 2 that has become tight is reduced.
Becomes If the temperature is appropriate, the generation of new root hairs 2b is confirmed through the side surface 1b or the bottom surface 1c of the adaptation capsule 1 in about one week. The root hair 2b is equivalent to a digestive organ for a plant. In the present invention, the burden on the root when transplanting from a bottle is reduced to a minimum, and the root hair 2b, which is an important organ, is developed quickly. In the method for raising a cultured plant according to the present invention, not only the leaves but also the roots can be observed throughout the plant. New root hair 2b on almost all seedlings
When the occurrence of spores is confirmed, a liquid fertilizer appropriately diluted can be applied, and the growth is accelerated. When the excess water has disappeared from the acclimatization capsule 1 and the seedlings 2 are durable and tight, they are planted in the culture soil (planted in the culture soil). In this method, the conventional process of wrapping the root with the boiler 4 and planting it on the CP can be omitted.

Alternatively, after the seedlings have been washed, the seedlings 2a are wound with a boiler 4 and placed in the acclimatizing capsule 1 while being planted or planted alone in the CP3. It is also possible to place the seedlings indoors in a place closest to the light and to habitualize them (Fig. 2). Thus the seedling 2a
Can be adapted to the environment outside the culture bottle 5 in the same manner as in the above example, and then planted from CP3 in a pot containing culture soil (FIG. 4).

Seedlings 2a grown in sterilized culture bottles 5
Although the foliage grows sufficiently by absorbing nutrient water from the culture medium, the root hair development is small and weak due to excess water. A process of damaging the roots of the blistered weak seedlings 2a (washing, disinfection, rooting with water), planting
After that, it is considered that it takes a long time to survive and the engraftment rate is low even if the seedlings are planted on the CP3 under the optimal conditions in the acclimatization room as in the past, and are grown.

In the method for raising a cultured plant according to the present invention, excess water is reduced from the blistered weak seedling 2a by repeating absorption from the root and transpiration from the leaves while minimizing the process of damaging the root. Since the seedlings are raised on the closed seedlings 2, the survival rate is high, and the nutrient absorption after planting is also overflowing and the growth is good. In addition, even if the external environment is not always the optimum growth condition, the seedling grows while adapting strongly to the external environment by the natural vitality of the plant.

It should be noted that the generation of new root hairs 2b was confirmed in almost all seedlings, the excess water was eliminated in the acclimatization capsule 1, and the root 1c of the acclimation capsule 1 was grown. Drain a hole in the water, and use the capsule for acclimation 1
It is also possible to put the culture soil in the pot and make it into a flower pot. Here, shrimp was described as an example, but the type of plant is not limited to the examples, and it goes without saying that the invention is applied not only to germination from seeds but also to culturing from a part of a plant body.
