【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は易開封性滅菌用包装体に関し、特にポリエチ
レン系不織布、紙基材等からなる透気性基材を使用した
易開封性滅菌用包装体に関する。 (従来の技術) 従来より合成樹脂系不織布等からなる透気性基材を用
いた易開封性滅菌袋は知られており、これらの製造方法
としては上記の合成樹脂系不織布の全面に溶剤系の易開
封性接着剤を塗布し、周縁を接着して製造されている
が、このような方法では易開封性接着剤が透気性基材中
に滲み込んで透気度を低下させる原因となり、これを防
止するために透気性基材にアンカー剤層を形成したり、
或は易開封性接着剤を格子状、点状に塗布しなければな
らないという欠点があった。 (解決すべき問題点) 本発明者は上記の欠点を改善し、透気性基材の透気性
を損なうことなく、容易に易開封性滅菌用包装体を得る
べく種々検討した結果本発明を完成したもので、本発明
の目的は透気性基材の透気性を損なわない開封性滅菌用
包装体を提供することである。 (問題点を解決するための手段) すなわち、本発明は、一方の包装材に合成樹脂フィル
ム基材を用い、他方に透気性基材を用いて、両基材の周
縁を熱接着してなる易開封性滅菌用包装体において、透
気性基材全面に水性分散体100重量部に対し、低分子量
ポリエチレンを100〜1000重量部、ポリエチレン系微粒
状熱接着剤50〜500重量部を混合した水性の易開封性接
着剤を塗布成層し、最低製膜温度以下の温度で接着層を
形成したことを特徴とする易開封性滅菌用包装体であ
る。 本発明で使用する水性分散体とはポリエチレン、或は
エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体等を主成分として種々の
変性処理を行った水性分散体である。本発明で使用する
易開封性接着剤は、該水性分散体に低分子量ポリエチレ
ンとポリエチレン系微粒状熱接着剤とを混合する。低分
子量ポリエチレンとは分子量約5,000〜20,000程度のワ
ックス状のポリエチレンである。その配合量としては、
水性分散体100重量部に対し100〜1,000重量部である。1
00重量部以下では易開封性を生せず、また、1,000重量
部以上では接着が弱くなり、また、塗布膜をはじく傾向
が生ずる。すなわち、塗布膜が基材になじまず、剥離す
る傾向を示す。また、ポリエチレン系微粒状熱接着剤と
はエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体変性物、エチレン−ア
クリル酸エステル共重合体変性物、塩素化ポリプロピレ
ン等の混合物である。その配合量としては、水性分散体
100重量部に対し50〜500重量部である。50重量部以下で
は接着が弱くなり、他方、500重量部以上では接着が強
くなりすぎ、易開封性が得られない。そして、本発明で
使用する易開封性接着剤の好ましい組成としては水性分
散体100重量部に対して低分子量ポリエチレン100〜500
重量部、ポリエチレン系微粒状熱接着剤50〜200重量部
である。本発明に用いる易開封性接着剤は5〜15g/m2
度の量で塗布することが好ましく、余り多量に塗布する
と透気性を損なう。そして、本発明では易開封性接着剤
は最低製膜温度より低い温度で加熱して接着層を形成し
て他方の合成樹脂フィルムの周縁と接着する。 本発明で使用される合成樹脂フィルムとしてはポリス
チレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニ
ル、ポリカーポネート、ポリエステル等であり、また、
透気性基材としては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等
からなる合成樹脂製不織布、クラフト紙、和紙等の紙基
材等である。ポリエチレン不織布としてはタイベックと
して市販されているものが好ましい。 本発明の易開封性滅菌用包装体は、包装材基材同士を
重ね合せて、その周縁を熱接着した包装袋や、蓋材と容
器本体からなる容器等である。 次に実施例をもって本発明を更に詳細に説明する。 実施例1 厚さ0.5mmのポリスチレンシートとポリエチレン系不
織布(商品名:タイベック)とより易開封性滅菌用包装
体として易開封性包装袋を製造した。すなわち、エチレ
ン相互重合体よりなる水性分散体(東洋モートン(株)
製AD−37JD1198 固形分37%)100重量部に対し、低分
子量ポリエチレン(三井石油化学(株)製ケミパールW
−100 固形分40%)200重量部及びポリエチレン系微粒
状熱接着剤(東洋モートン(株)製AD−37R345 固形分
40%)100重量部を添加して得られた易開封性接着剤を
ポリエチレン系不織布の一面の全面に約10g/m2塗布成層
し、約100℃の最低製膜以下の温度で乾燥し接着層を形
成し、この接着層の上にポリスチレンシートをのせ加熱
加圧して両者の周縁を圧着して易開封性包装袋とした。 実施例2 厚さ3.0mmのポリエチレンシートと坪量70g/m2、透気
度100秒の紙基材とより易開封性滅菌用包装体を下記の
易開封性接着剤を使用した点以外は実施例1と全く同じ

気性基材を用いた易開封性滅菌用包装体において、使用
する易開封性接着剤は前記のような特定の配合から成る
水性の易開封性接着剤であり、溶剤を使用することがな
いので取扱が容易であり、且つ、該易開封性接着剤によ
って接着層を形成するので、透気性を損なうことなく易
開封性を付与することができる等の効果を奏するのであ
る。
