The present invention relates to a packaging material that does not release paper powder, etc., and particularly relates to a packaging material for medical devices. Conventional packaging materials for medical devices do not have a peelable structure, so paper powder, etc. may be released when the package is opened.
There was a concern that it might adhere to medical instruments, etc.
In addition, products that do not use paper as a base material consist only of plastic film, which is sealed by sandwiching porous material such as cotton wool and twisting it, but this does not have sufficient packaging suitability. Nakatsuta. In addition, plastic films coated with organic solvent-based lacquers as sealants are often made of soft vinyl chloride, which is used as a material for medical devices, and contain a large amount of plasticizer, which can cause fusion phenomena and the content of residual solvents. There was a problem with things. Furthermore, as a product that eliminates the above drawbacks, Jikoaki
Is there a package shown in Publication No. 56-3159? In this package, the seal strength with the adhered material is constant, so the paper can be peeled depending on the packaging form and opening method, and the seal strength after sterilization is When expanding and filling the contents, even if the desired opening is possible,
After sterilization, it was not possible to open the package as intended, resulting in paper peeling. The present invention eliminates these drawbacks and allows gas sterilization of medical instruments while they are still packaged.
Moreover, it is a packaging material that does not release paper powder, etc. when opened, and has sufficient adhesive strength with the material to be adhered. Another object is to obtain a packaging material that does not adversely affect the contents and does not cause any fusion phenomenon with vinyl chloride products. The present invention will be explained in detail below. First, as shown in FIG. 1, an undercoat layer 2 coated with a polyester resin is formed on one side of a base material 1 made of high-quality paper, kraft paper, or any of these papers impregnated with a resin such as rubber latex, and further coated with an ionomer resin, Adding a wetting agent such as sodium dialkyl sulfosuccinate to an emulsion of an olefin copolymer such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer
This is a packaging material consisting of a sealing layer 3 added in an amount of 0.5 to 2.0% by weight. Here, the surface strength of the base material used for the packaging material of the present invention is the same as the picking strength due to denylin wax.
It is desirable to have 18A or more, specifically S Veran (manufactured by special paper), KFD (manufactured by Sanyo Kokusaku Pulp)
can be given. In addition, the coating amount of the undercoat layer is 1 to 10g/
m 2 , preferably a range of 3 to 6 g/m 2 is suitable for the purposes of the present invention. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the packaging material of the present invention is formed by thermally bonding the sealing layer 3 to a thermally bondable material or a bonded material 4 made by laminating and coating the same to form a packaging bag. . The material to be adhered 4 is made of a laminated material such as unstretched polypropylene/polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride/polyethylene, polystyrene/polyethylene, etc.
The polyethylene side is bonded to the sealing layer of the present invention by thermal adhesion. The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and in particular, since polyester is used as the undercoat layer 2, it has strong adhesion to the base material 1, and moreover, when it dries after coating and forms a layer, Since the degree of crystallinity is higher than that of other resins, even if an adhesive layer is formed on this layer, the adhesive force between the undercoat layer 2 and the sealing layer 3 is weak. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 2, when a packaging bag is made, filled with contents, and then opened after gas sterilization, the bag is opened between the undercoat layer 2 and the sealing layer 3, so the base material 1 is not covered. Since there is no paper stock powder, etc., it does not generate. Furthermore, since paper is used as the base material, it has good air permeability, and gas sterilization using ethylene oxide or the like can be performed while the contents are still filled. Furthermore, the contents include
Even when packaging soft vinyl chloride products that contain a lot of plasticity, fusion does not occur and it is hygienic. Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described. <Example 1> As the base material 1, S Veran NF (manufactured by special paper),
Undercoat layer 2 was used with a weight of 95g/m2.
is formed by applying ester resin (M-519MF manufactured by Toyo Ink Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) at 3 to 6 g/m 2 , and the sealing layer 3 is formed by coating an emulsion of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with sodium dialkyl sulfosuccinate (manufactured by Airol Toho Chemical Co., Ltd.). 2 to 2 sealants added with
4 g/m 2 was applied to obtain a packaging material. The material to be bonded 4 is a laminated material of polypropylene/polyethylene, and the sealing layer of the packaging material and the polyethylene material to be bonded are stacked and heat-sealed,
Adhesion strength with the undercoat layer and releasability with the undercoat layer were tested. The results are shown in Table 1.

[Table] ○...No paper peeling △...Slight paper peeling As shown in Table 1, if the amount of wetting agent added is less than 0.5% by weight, the sealing strength is too weak and unsuitable for storage.
Moreover, if it is 2.0% by weight or more, peelability will be difficult and paper fibers will be trapped in the undercoat layer, leading to the risk of generating paper dust. <Example 2> Ethylene oxide was stored in a sterilized container with a container body made of a deep-drawn polyethylene/polypropylene laminated material and a lid made of the packaging material shown in Example 1 (wetting agent content in the sealing layer: 1.0% by weight). Gas sterilization was performed. At this time, the peel strength and releasability of the undercoat layer were tested. At the same time, a similar test was carried out using the same method as that used in the example of Publication of Utility Model Publication No. 56-3159, except that the laminated material was used as the lid material. The results were as shown in Table 2.
