【発明の詳細な説明】
（産業上の利用分野）
本発明は、透視性と遮光性とを備え、透明着色層を有
する装飾表示体を製造する方法に関する。
（従来の技術）
透視性と遮光性とを備え、装飾表示機能を備えた装飾
表示体としては、屋内、屋外の装飾、案内表示などの表
示板として使用する装飾表示パネルがある。従来、この
ような装飾表示パネルは、ガラス、樹脂板など透明基板
に微細な網状、点状パターンの隠蔽層を設け、該隠蔽層
の表裏に着色層を設けて製造するものである。しかし、
隠蔽層の表裏上に正確に見当を整合して着色層を形成す
ることは容易ではなかった。また、使用する透明基材本
体そのものは透明着色されているものが用いられるにし
ても、パターン状の隠蔽層の非隠蔽層である透視部分の
基材上には、着色層が形成されていない。
（発明の目的）
本発明は、透明基材に網状、あるいは点状パターンの
隠蔽層を設けて透視性と遮光性を付与し、該隠蔽層の表
裏に着色層を備え、且つ透視部分にも透明着色層を形成
した透視性、遮光性を備えた装飾表示体を製造すること
を目的とするものである。
（発明の構成）
本発明の第１の発明は、透明基材１の片側面に、透明
第１着色層２を設け、該層２上に網状の剥離マスクパタ
ーン層３を設け、該マスクパターン層３上より隠蔽層
４、第２着色層５をこの順に設けて積層した後、透明基
材１の第１着色層２上より前記マスクパターン層３及び
該パターン層３相当部上側の隠蔽層４と第２着色層５と
を剥離することにより、該基板１上に透明第１着色層２
と、前記マスクパターンに対して逆像の隠蔽層４及び第
２着色層５とをこの順に積層した点状積層パターンを形
成することを特徴とする装飾表示体の製造方法である。
本発明の第２の発明は、透明基材１の片側面に、透明
第１着色層２を設け、一方、紙、あるいは樹脂フィルム
などの基材７片側面に剥離層６、第２着色層５、隠蔽層
４、網状あるいは点状の剥離マスクパターン層３をこの
順に設けて積層した後、前記基材１の透明第１着色層２
と基材７のマスクパターン層３を設けた隠蔽層４とを重
ね合わせて加熱加圧して接着し、基材７をマスクパター
ン層３より剥離することにより、基材１上に透明第１着
色層２と、網状、あるいは点状マスクパターンに対して
逆像の隠蔽層４及び第２着色層５とをこの順に積層した
積層パターンを形成することを特徴とする装飾表示体の
製造方法である。
（発明の作用）
本発明は、透明基材１上に透明第１着色層２を設け、
その上に設けた剥離性のマスクパターン層３によって隠
蔽層４と第２着色層５を、マスクパターンに対して逆像
のパターンに容易に形成でき、そして、透明第１着色層
２はパターン形成されずに残存するものであり、基材１
側より観察したときは、該透明第１着色層２のパターン
化されない連続した着色表示が観察できる。そのため、
該第１着色層２としての線画あるいは階調再現画など
は、細かい部分まで良好に再現される。
（実施例）
第１の発明について第１図に従って詳細に説明すれ
ば、第１図（ａ）ガラス板、樹脂板などの透明基材１の
片側に透明インキを用いて適宜色数の線画、階調再現画
の透明第１着色層２を印刷形成し、次に該着色層２上に
微細網状の剥離性マスクパターン層３を印刷形成する。
そして、その上より全面に隠蔽層の明色乃至は暗色イン
キなどにより隠蔽層４を設け、該隠蔽層４上に適宜色数
の線画、階調再現画の不透明乃至透明第２着色層５を印
刷形成する。そして、（ｂ）基材１の網状マスクパター
ン層３と第１着色層２との間で剥離して、網状のマスク
パターン層３とその上側の隠蔽層４、第２着色層５を網
パターン状にリフトオフすることによって、透明基板１
上に連続した透明第１着色層２と、その上に隠蔽層４と
第２着色層５を積層した網状パターンの逆像パターン
（点状パターン）の積層体の形成された装飾表示体が得
られるものである。
第２の発明を第２図に従って詳細に説明すれば、第２
図（ａ）透明基材１の片側に適宜色数の線画、階調再現
画の透明第１着色層２を印刷形成し、その上に網状又は
点状の微細パターンの剥離マスクパターン層３を印刷形
成する。そして、その上より隠蔽性のある明色乃至暗色
のインキなどにより隠蔽層４を塗布又は印刷形成する。
そして、その上に適宜色数の線画、階調再現画の第２着
色層５を不透明乃至透明インキを用いて印刷形成する。
そして、該第２着色層５の全面に剥離ニス、シリコン樹
脂、ワックスなどを用いて剥離層６を塗布した形成した
後、該剥離層６上の全面に剥離支持層７を形成する。剥
離支持層７は、塩化ビニール、ポリエステル、などの樹
脂液を塗布して形成するか、あるいは、前記樹脂フィル
ムをラミネートしてもよい。次に、その上より適当な温
度と圧力により加熱、加圧して、透明第１着色層２と隠
蔽層４との接着力を強化した後、剥離支持層７を剥離す
ることにより、剥離マスクパターン層３とその上側の隠
蔽層４、第２着色層５とを第１着色層２側よりリフトオ
フすることにより、（ｂ）透明基材１上には連続した第
１着色層２と、その上に隠蔽層４と第２着色層５との積
層された、前記マスクパターンに対して逆像の微細な点
状、網状パターンの積層体の形成された装飾表示体が得
られるものである。
（発明の効果）
本発明方法は、透明基材に透視性と遮光性及び装飾表
示を容易に施すことができ、透視性と遮光性を備え、且
つ透視性のある透視部分は透明着色層を、遮光性のある
隠蔽部分はその表裏に着色層を備えた装飾表示体を製造
