【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、表示あるいは装飾用として、文字、デザイ
ン、彩色、絵柄等を施した表裏より透視可能な表示パネ
ルを透明基材に転写絵付けして製造するための転写材に
関する。 (従来の技術) 従来の透視可能な装置、装飾用パネルは、例えば透明
な基材の表側に所望の文字、絵柄等を所定のレイアウト
に従って印刷等によって施したものである。基材の表裏
両側より透視でき、且つ表側より観察したときに正向き
の文字、絵柄が観察できるものであるが、当然基材の表
裏からは、表側とは逆向きの文字、絵柄が観察されるた
め、文字などの場合は特に表示効果が減少する。また、
このような透視可能な表示パネルの場合は、表裏両側に
同一向きの文字、絵柄を施すことは困難であった。その
ため、従来は表側に表示された文字、絵柄を裏側からは
観察されないように文字、絵柄相当部を裏側よりベタ状
にホワイトインキ、塗料等で隠蔽層を形成するか、ある
いは隠蔽層を形成した上で隠蔽相当部分の裏側に正向き
となる文字、絵柄を施していた。また、表側と裏側とで
異なる文字、絵柄を表示する場合も同様にしていた。し
かし、このようにして作成された透視パネルは透視性の
無いベタ状の隠蔽層が表示主体の文字絵柄よりも目立っ
てしまい、表示効果を弱めたり、表示レイアウトの表現
バランスを悪くし易い。また、パネル全面に文字、絵柄
をレイアウトする必要のある透視パネルの製造において
は、パネル全面に隠蔽層を施すことが必要になり、結局
は透視効果を得ることができない。 (発明の目的) 本発明は、パネル表側あるいは裏側より観察したと
き、それと反対側の文字、絵柄は観察されず、表裏それ
ぞれ同一方向性のある所望な文字、絵柄、あるいは異な
る種類の文字、絵柄が観察でき、且つ透視効果を備えた
表示、装飾用の透視可能な装装飾表示を、必要とする透
明な被転写材面に容易に転写絵付けして装飾表示パネル
を得るための転写材を提供するものである。 (発明の構成) 本発明は、第1図基材1の表面に、剥離層2、第1着
色層3、隠蔽層4、第2着色層5、感圧接着剤層6をこ
の順に備え、前記基材1から感圧接着剤層6にかけて多
数の微細な小孔aが貫設されていることを特徴とする透
視可能な装飾表示パネルである。 本発明を図面に従って詳細に説明すれば、第1図に示
すように、基材1上に施された剥離層2は、樹脂フィル
ム、紙などの基材1と印刷インキなどの着色層3とを剥
離するためのものであり、シリコーン樹脂を混合した剥
離ニスなどを使用する。第1着色層3は、基材1の片側
表面に印刷により施し、ベタ着色層あるいはその上に重
ね刷りした所望のデザイン、絵柄であり、1色乃至数色
のデザイン線画、あるいは写真原稿等を用いて製版印刷
により階調再現した絵柄等である。次に、隠蔽層4は、
該第1着色層3上側を隠蔽するとともに、第1着色層の
バックグラウンドとなる着色層としての機能を備えてい
る。また、1層乃至数層を重ね合わせたものによって隠
蔽層4を構成してもよい。次に、第2着色層5は、隠蔽
層4の上側に印刷により施したベタ着色あるいは所望の
デザイン、絵柄であり、1色乃至数色のデザイン線画、
あるいは階調再現した絵柄等である。そして、該着色層
5上に感圧接着剤層6が形成される。透明基材1には、
該基材上の前記剥離層2、着色層3、5及び隠蔽層4、
接着剤層6を含めて規則的、あるいは不規則的に多数の
微細な小孔aが穿設されており、小孔aより基材1の反
対側を透視することができる。小孔aの直径は、例えば
2mm前後、約4mmピッチが適当であり、45゜方向に直交す
るように規則的に配列されている。そして、基材1上の
着色層の形成された部分は、表示パネルの着色表示部b
となる。 このようにして得られる本発明転写材は、第4図、ガ
ラス板、樹脂板、樹脂フィルムなど透明な被転写材上
に、感圧接着剤層6を下側にして重ね合わせ接着した
後、上側の基材1だけを剥離して、第5図、透明な被転
写材7側に着色層を転写絵付けすることによって透視可
能な装飾表示パネルを得るものである。 このようにして絵付された被転写材7両面のうち、着
色層の転写されていない面側を透して第2着色層5のデ
ザイン、絵柄が観察される。そして、着色層の転写され
ている他方面側より、第1着色層3のデザイン、絵柄が
観察されるものである。そして、それぞれの第1、第2
着色層は、隠蔽層4の存在によって互いに一度に両面側
よりは観察されず、転写材1の各々表側、または裏側よ
りそれぞれ独立したデザイン、絵柄として観察されるも
のである。 本発明転写材の製造は、例えば第2図(イ)のように
規則的乃至不規則的に多数の微細な小孔aを穿設した樹
脂の板、フィルムなど剥離層2を施してある基材1(例
えば厚さ0.3mm乃至それ以下あるいはそれ以上)に、
(ロ)ドライオフセット印刷など印刷方式により第1着
色層3、隠蔽層4、第2着色層5及び感圧接着剤層6を
この順で積層印刷するものである。前記フィルム基材1
は、ロールフィルムであっても、枚葉フィルムであって
もよい。また、他の実施例における製造は、例えば、第
3図(イ)のように、多数の微細な小孔aが穿設されて
いない通常の透明な樹脂板、フィルムなど剥離層6を施
した基材1に、ドライオフセット、シルクスクリーンな
どの印刷方式により、第1着色層3、隠蔽層4、第2着
色層5及び感圧接着剤層6をこの順で積層印刷した後
に、第3図(ロ)のように、印刷したこのフィルム基材
1に規則的乃至不規則的に多数の微細な小孔aを穿設し
て、透視部を形成することができる。このように形成し
た本発明転写材を用いて、第4図、透明な樹脂、ガラス
などの被転写基材7に、感圧接着剤6を該基材7側にし
て接着し、転写材の基材1を剥離層2より剥離して、第
5図、透視可能な着色表示パネルが得られる。このよう
にして転写して得られるパネルの着色層の転写された面
に、第6図のように、透明な樹脂をラミネート、あるい
はエクストルーダーラミネートして被覆層8を施して平
滑処理及び表面を保護することができる。 (発明の作用) 本発明の透視部を多数の小孔aで形成した転写材は、
基材1の一方側に、表側表示用と裏側表示用のそれぞれ
デザイン、絵柄が表示され、この転写材を用いて透明基
材7に転写絵付けして得られたパネルを、表側と裏側か
らそれぞれ観察した場合、各々表裏のデザイン、絵柄
が、ベタ状の隠蔽層4の存在を意識させずに別々に観察
でき、且つパネル表裏にて透視可能である。本発明転写
材は、予め小孔aを穿設した基材1を用いて形成した場
合、小孔a部分は、印刷されることがなく、剥離層、着
色層、隠蔽層、接着層の各々層の透視部を、写真製板や
印刷見当整合によって処理形成する必要がない。また、
小孔aの穿設されていない基材1上に剥離層2、第1着
色層3及び第2着色層5としてのデザイン、絵柄、文字
など、及び隠蔽層4を印刷した後に微細な小孔aを穿設
した場合、前記同様に、透視部について製版処理、印刷
見当整合処理する必要がない。したがって、第1着色層
3、第2着色層5等の各々層にあるそれぞれ互いの透視
部の印刷見当整合の工程を省略することができる。 (発明の効果) 本発明パネルは、表裏より同一または異なるデザイ
ン、絵柄等の表示が観察でき、且つ透視可能な表示パネ
ルであり、きわめて容易に製造することができるもので
あり、広告、宣伝、表示用パネル、間仕切り、ショーウ
