2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a phase mark 1 of a wire 4 showing a typical conventional technique. The phase indicator 1
The phase indicator 1 is attached to the electric wire 4 in order to identify the type of phase of the electric wire 4 that is a plurality of transmission lines or distribution lines based on the color of the line. This is because when a plurality of electric wires 4 are branched, or when power is transmitted from a transmission and distribution line that is transmitted from a substation installed in one power supply area and a substation installed in another power supply area. For example, when wiring is performed between the power transmission and distribution lines, the phases of the wires 4 are different, such as single-phase (U-phase), two-phase (V-phase), and three-phase (W-phase). This is intended to make the operator clearly recognize the difference in the phases during the construction and to prevent the type of each wire 4 from being mistaken, thereby preventing a short circuit accident due to erroneous wiring.

In the above-mentioned prior art, each of the holding pieces 3a, 3a is formed by the elastic recovery force of the tubular main body 2.
Although the phase indicator 1 is attached to the wire 4 with the wires b and 3c sandwiching the wire 4, there is a case where a tool such as the above-mentioned insulating yoke contacts the phase indicator 1 during strong wind or construction work.
In addition, when the protective tube is attached to the electric wire 4, if the bucket truck can only be stopped near the center between the poles, the protective tube is attached to the electric wire 4 at the stop position of the bucket truck. When a plurality of protective tubes are sequentially mounted while pushing and moving the protective tube along the electric wire 4, when the protective tube is moved without the worker noticing the phase indicator 1 previously mounted near the power pole. In some cases, a protection tube arranged at the head of the movement direction may come into contact with the phase indicator 1. As described above, the contact of the tool of the phase marking tool 1 and the contact of the protective tube causes the phase marking tool 1 to easily fall off the electric wire 4, and the phase marking tool 1 must be reattached to the electric wire 4. There is a problem that it does not. In addition, since the cylindrical main body 2 of the phase indicator 1 has an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the electric wire 4, when the phase indicator 1 is attached to the electric wire 4, it is possible to attach a protective tube in the area. Can not. Further, when the phase indicator 1 is attached to the electric wire 4 by the direct construction method, since work gloves having electrical insulation such as rubber are attached, as described above, both ends of the cylindrical main body 2 in the axial direction are attached. The tubular body 2 is gripped and pressed so that the electric wire 4 is arranged between the two holding pieces 3a and 3c to be arranged and the holding piece 3b arranged at the center, and both ends are kept while being separated from each other. Care must be taken to ensure that the electric wire 4 is fitted over the holding pieces 3a, 3c on the side of the unit and the center holding piece 3b. To perform such mounting work on a large number of wires, There is a problem that extremely labor and labor are required, and the efficiency of the mounting operation of the phase indicator 1 is extremely low. Further, when the phase indicator 1 is attached to the electric wire 4 by the indirect construction method, each of the holding pieces 3a, 3b, 3c of the phase indicator 1 must be held between the electric wires 4 by the tool, and the both ends are held. Pieces 3a and 3c and central holding piece 3b
The operation for positioning the phase indicator 1 so that the electric wire 4 is disposed between the two is complicated, and the mounting operation takes time. In addition, the phase indicator 1 may fall off due to the influence of vibration or wind from the tool, and the mounting work efficiency is extremely low.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a phase mark cover 21 of a distribution line 23 and an attachment 22 thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of FIG. Line II
FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view as viewed from -II, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view perpendicular to the axis of the phase indication cover 21 before being mounted on the mounting tool 22. The phase indication cover 21 is made of a synthetic resin having flexibility and electrical insulation, for example, polyethylene, has an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the distribution line 23, and has a substantially straight cylindrical shape divided in the circumferential direction. And both ends 30a, 30b in the circumferential direction.
A substantially semi-cylindrical concave groove 37 that opens on the outer peripheral surface is formed in the outer peripheral portion of the intermediate portion in the circumferential center. Therefore, a thin portion 38 which is thinner than other portions is formed on the inner peripheral portion of the intermediate portion between the both end portions 30a and 30b in the circumferential central portion by the remaining portion where the concave groove 37 is formed. . Double-sided tapes 44a and 44b to be described later are adhered to the inner peripheral surface of the phase indication cover 21. Further, the phase marking cover 21 corresponds to the phase of the distribution line 23 to be mounted,
For example, it is colored red, white, and blue, so that the type of the distribution line 23 can be easily identified based on the phase. Further, the phase mark cover 21 is made of a synthetic resin having flexibility and electrical insulation, and the thin portion 38 is formed. Therefore, the rigidity near the thin portion 38 is smaller than other portions, and is largely deformed. Therefore, the operation of expanding the phase indication cover 21 can be easily performed.
Further, since the phase indicator cover 21 has an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the distribution line 23, the inner peripheral surface of the phase indicator cover 21 and the outer peripheral surface of the distribution line 23 come into close contact with each other, and the phase indicator cover 21 Does not fall from 23. Further, since the shape of the phase marking cover 21 is substantially a right cylindrical shape, there is no portion protruding from the distribution line 23 unlike the conventional phase marking body, and the protection is performed while the phase marking cover 21 is attached to the distribution line 23. A tube can be attached to the distribution line 23.

In each of the above embodiments, the distribution line 23
Although the phase mark covers 21 and 55 and the mounting tools 22 and 50 attached thereto are described above, as still another embodiment of the present invention, the phase mark cover 2
The present invention can also be suitably implemented to mount the mounting members 1 and 55 and the mounting tools 22 and 50 on a power transmission line. Further, the concave groove 37 and the thin portion 38 of each of the phase marking covers 21 and 55 are formed only at one place at the center in the circumferential direction of each of the phase marking covers 21 and 55, but still another embodiment of the present invention. Any device between both ends in the circumferential direction of each of the phase indication covers 21 and 55, for example, 0 ° from the center to both sides in the circumferential direction
A plurality of positions may be provided at shifted positions within a range of up to 45 °. Thus, when the phase marking cover is attached to the electric wire, the force for expanding the wire is reduced, and the electric wire can be attached smoothly. Furthermore, by appropriately selecting the depth and width of the concave groove 37 in accordance with the rigidity of the phase mark cover, elasticity that does not require excessively widening force at the time of mounting and that can reliably prevent falling off from the electric wire can be obtained. Can provide resilience.

As described above, according to the present invention, the phase indicator cover is made of a synthetic resin having flexibility and electrical insulation, has an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the electric wire, and is divided in the circumferential direction. The thin part is more easily deformed than other parts because the thin part is formed in the inner peripheral part of the intermediate part between the two ends in the circumferential direction. It can be easily expanded. Further, since the phase mark cover can be opened, the phase mark cover can be easily attached to the electric wire. Further, since the inner diameter of the phase indicator cover is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the electric wire, the inner peripheral surface of the phase indicator cover and the outer peripheral surface of the electric wire are in close contact with each other, so that the phase indicator cover does not fall from the electric wire. In addition, since the shape of the phase marking cover is substantially cylindrical, the protective tube can be attached to the electric wire while the phase marking cover is attached to the electric wire.

Further, according to the present invention, a pair of cover holding portions having inwardly projecting portions are formed on the mounting device of the phase indicating cover at intervals so that the electric wires can pass therethrough. By contacting both ends in the circumferential direction of the phase mark cover expanded on one side, the phase mark cover can be mounted inside the mounting tool. Further, each cover holding portion is formed with a substantially U-shaped fitting portion having a recess into which at least a part of the substantially cylindrical phase marking cover to be attached to the electric wire can be fitted, From the inner peripheral surface facing the recess to each cover holding portion, a guide surface that is inclined in a direction away from each other as it approaches each cover holding portion from both ends of the inner peripheral surface of the recess is formed,
When the mounting tool is arranged above the electric wire and the mounting tool is moved downward, the phase marking cover mounted inside the mounting tool is guided by the outer peripheral portion abutting on the guide surface and mounted on the electric wire. It can be completely mounted by the fitting part. Thus, the phase marking cover can be easily attached to the electric wire.
