Description

The present invention relates to a high-voltage insulating cover that can be used in a wide range, for example, when an existing or newly installed connection in an overhead wire, a connection that connects a bypass line for electrical work, or a direct connection to an overhead wire. It is.

Conventionally, for example, there is an electric wire covering repair cover as a kind of high-voltage insulating cover. This wire covering repair cover is a so-called bypass construction method that is carried out during the construction of an overhead wire, and after the construction of the overhead wire, and at the connection portion of the overhead wire where the core wire is exposed after the bypass wire is removed. Used to protect the overhead wire as it is deposited.
More specifically, the electric wire covering repair cover is formed in a hollow shape having insertion holes through which the electric wires are inserted at both ends, and one side along the central axis of the insertion hole is a hinge portion and the other side is divided. Both side walls are provided to be openable and closable. A locking claw and an engagement hole are provided at opposing cutting edges of the both side walls, respectively, so as to face the protruding pieces and engage with the protruding pieces. In addition, a long hole for inserting a jig attached to the tip of the holding part of the indirect live tool is opened at the lower part of the central part of one of the protruding pieces, and the indirect hot tool is held at both side ends of both protruding pieces. A flat concave portion into which a flat portion such as a flat-blade screwdriver attached to the tip of the portion can be inserted is provided oppositely (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-123327 (page 2-3, FIGS. 3 to 7)

However, in the case of covering the electric wire covering repair cover on the connection portion of the overhead electric wire, with the jig attached to the tip of the gripping portion of the indirect hot wire tool, the tip of the jig is inserted into the long hole, Cover the overhead wire with a wire cover repair cover and insert the wire between the side walls. After that, remove the jig from the long hole, remove the jig, and hold the both ends of the both side walls with the holding part of the indirect live tool with the jig removed, and engage the locking claw with the engaging hole. ing. As described above, it is necessary to work by attaching and detaching the jig as an accessory to the tip of the grip portion of the indirect hot-wire tool, which is troublesome.

In addition, if you try to connect the bypass wire again using the connection part of the overhead wire for the construction work again, you will need to remove the cable cover repair cover that covered the connection part. This time, attach a flat head screwdriver to the gripping part, insert the tip of this flathead screwdriver into the flat recess between the two side walls, and turn it so that it turns. As described above, even when the wire covering repair cover is removed, it is necessary to attach and detach a flat-blade screwdriver to the tip of the grip portion of the indirect hot wire tool, which is troublesome.
For this reason, there exists a point which should be improved that workability | operativity for attaching or removing the covering repair cover for electric wires is not good.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and provides a high-pressure insulating cover that can be easily attached or detached without using accessories such as a jig or a flat-blade screwdriver and can improve workability. It is intended to do.

In order to achieve this object, the high-pressure insulating cover according to claim 1 is a hollow high-pressure insulating cover in which insertion holes for inserting electric wires are opened at both ends, and one side along the central axis of the insertion hole is disposed on one side. A hinge portion is provided on the other side so that both side walls can be freely opened and closed. Engagement means for freely engaging and disengaging with the opening and closing operation is provided on the both side walls, and the dividing line is provided on the other side end surface of the both side walls. An insertion recess of a predetermined size is provided so that the gripping tip of the indirect live tool can be inserted so as to straddle, and the gripping tip of the indirect live tool is inserted into the insertion recess and the gripping part. The engagement means is disengaged by rotating the front end in a plane parallel to the other end face of the both side walls and pushing the both side walls outward.

The high-pressure insulating cover according to claim 2 is a hollow high-pressure insulating cover in which insertion holes for inserting electric wires are opened at both ends, and one side along the central axis of the insertion hole is a hinge part. The side walls are divided so that both side walls can be freely opened and closed, and engaging means for freely engaging and disengaging with the opening and closing operations are provided on the both side walls, and the other side end surfaces of the both side walls straddle the dividing line. Provided with a plurality of insertion recesses of a predetermined size into which the tip of the gripping part of the indirect live tool can be inserted, and each insertion recess intersects the dividing line and is formed on the protruding part between the insertion recesses. The side edge surface that contacts is formed into a tapered surface that forms a V-groove when viewed from the other side end surface side of the both side walls, the distal ends of the gripping portions are inserted into the adjacent insertion recesses, and along the dividing line. Operate so as to sandwich the both side edge surfaces in contact with the protruding portion between the insertion recesses, and By push open the side wall to the outside, characterized in that as the engagement means is disengaged.

Since the high-voltage insulating cover according to claim 1 is provided with engaging means on both side walls that can be freely opened and closed, the indirect hot wire tool can be used to connect the overhead wire to the connecting portion of the overhead wire only by sandwiching both side walls from the outside at the tip of the grip portion. High pressure insulation cover can be easily attached. Also, by inserting the tip of the gripping part into the insertion recess provided on the other side end face of both side walls and rotating it in a plane parallel to the other side end face of both side walls as it is, Since the engagement means is disengaged, the high-pressure insulating cover can be easily removed, and there is an effect that workability in attachment / detachment is extremely good.

Since the high voltage insulating cover according to claim 2 is provided with engaging means on both side walls that can be opened and closed in the same manner, the indirect hot wire tool can be used to apply high pressure to the overhead electric wires by simply sandwiching both side walls from the outside at the tip of the grip. Insulation cover can be easily attached. In addition, each insertion recess is formed into a tapered surface that intersects with the dividing line and is in contact with the projecting portion between the insertion recesses to form a V-groove when viewed from the other side end face side of both side walls. , Insert the end of each gripping part of the indirect live tool into adjacent insertion recesses, and operate both side walls along the dividing line so as to sandwich both side edges contacting the projections between the insertion recesses. The engagement means is disengaged by pushing outward. Also in this case, the high-pressure insulating cover can be easily removed, and there is an effect that workability in attaching / detaching is extremely good.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of a high voltage insulation cover according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the present invention, as an example of the high voltage insulation cover, a wire covering repair cover in the bypass method will be described. The present invention has a first embodiment and a second embodiment, and will be described first from the first embodiment. 1 to 10 relate to the first embodiment, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the electric wire covering repair cover according to the first embodiment, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the opened state, and FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line YY in FIG.

The electric wire covering repair cover A1 according to the first embodiment is made of synthetic resin, for example, polyethylene resin, and has flexibility. For example, the cover body 1 having a hollow and rectangular parallelepiped shape having a length L of 215 mm, a height H of 55 mm, and a width W of 28 mm, and through holes 2 and 2 for inserting overhead wires D described later at both ends thereof. Has been established. Both insertion holes 2 and 2 are formed in a vertically long shape, and a bendable flange piece 3 is integrally provided so as to substantially cover the insertion hole 2 on the inner peripheral edge thereof. In addition, a plurality of transverse slits 3a are provided on both flange pieces 3 and 3 at a predetermined interval. This is because the overhead electric wire D can be easily inserted into the insertion holes 2 and 2, and after insertion, the gap between the overhead electric wire D is closed and a small animal such as a bird enters the cover body 1 to cause a short circuit accident. This is to prevent it from occurring.

The cover main body 1 is provided with both side walls 1a and 1a that can be opened and closed, with one side along the central axis of the insertion holes 2 and 2 being a hinge portion 4 and the other side being a division 5. The hinge part 4 has an arcuate outer peripheral surface, and end walls 1b, 1b that are substantially perpendicular to the side walls 1a, 1a are provided at the other ends of the side walls 1a, 1a. In addition, partition walls 6 and 6 that are substantially parallel to the end walls 1b and 1b are provided on the inner side surfaces of the both side walls 1a and 1a and separated from the end walls 1b and 1b by a certain distance. On both sides of the partition walls 6 and 6 along the longitudinal direction, inclined portions 6a and 6a inclined downward toward the outside are provided.

A pair of projecting portions 7 and 7 are provided between the both end walls 1b and 1b and the partition walls 6 and 6 on the left and right sides, and each of the opposing projecting portions 7 is engaged as an engaging means. A convex portion 8 is provided, and an engaging concave portion 9 that is an engaging means is provided on each of the other protruding portions 7. Each engaging projection 8 is provided with a claw portion 10 facing upward at the tip, and the claw portions 10, 10 of both engaging projections 8, 8 engage with the opening / closing operation of the side walls 1a, 1a. The recesses 9 and 9 can be freely engaged and disengaged.

In the end walls 1b, 1b located at the other side ends of the both side walls 1a, 1a, the protruding recesses 7, 7 are left, and the insertion recesses of a predetermined size are located on both sides and straddle the divided five lines. 11, 11, 11 are provided. That is, each insertion recess 11 is formed in a horizontally long shape along the longitudinal direction of the end walls 1b, 1b, and the width W1 in the short direction shown in FIG. 4 is indirect as described later as shown in FIGS. It is set wider than the thickness width e1 of the tips of the first and second gripping pieces 23a and 23b of the gripping part 23 in the live wire tool 20 and narrower than the lateral width e2. That is, if the tips of the first and second gripping pieces 23a and 23b are oriented parallel to the insertion recess 11, they can be inserted into the insertion recess 11, and conversely, if they are oriented orthogonally, they cannot be inserted. It has become.

A pair of arc-shaped support ribs 12, 12 projecting from the inner peripheral surface of the cover main body 1 near the hinge portion 4 is located substantially at the center in the longitudinal direction and orthogonal to the central axis of the insertion hole 2. By both the support ribs 12, the through holes 13, 13 through which the core wire C, which is a peeled copper wire in the overhead electric wire D, is inserted so that there is almost no gap are formed.

The electric wire covering repair cover A1 according to the first embodiment has the above-described configuration, and is an overhead electric wire D as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in which the covering portion d is peeled and the core C is partially exposed. Used by being attached to part E. In this way, part of the covering portion d is peeled off, for example, when a certain section of the overhead wire D is subjected to a power failure and overhead wire construction is performed between them, a bypass line that bypasses the section of the overhead wire D is provided. This is because the connection is made so that the overhead electric wire D can be constructed while the current is flowing except for the overhead wire construction section.

In FIGS. 5 and 6, reference numeral 15 denotes an electric pole. A brace 16 is fixed to the upper part of the pole 15, and a pin insulator 16 a is erected on the brace 16. The ends of the overhead wires D, D on both sides of the utility pole 15 are connected to the tension insulators 17, 17 stretched on both sides of the arm metal 16 via the clamp portions 18, 18. An edge turning wire 19 is connected between the clamp portions 18 and 18. In this case, the covering part d of the overhead electric wire D at a position slightly away from the utility pole 15 is peeled off, and a connecting part E where the core wire C is exposed is provided at that position.

In addition, since the overhead electric wire D is operated in a state where a current is passed, that is, in a so-called hot wire state, an indirect hot wire tool 20 (usually referred to as “insulated Yatco”) as shown in FIG. 7 is used. Is done. This indirect hot wire tool 20 is roughly composed of a rod-shaped main rod 21 and a sub-branch 22 that is shorter and narrower than the main rod 21, and each is formed from a non-conductive member. The auxiliary rods 22 are arranged along the main rod 21, a grip portion 23 is provided at the distal end portion thereof, and a handle portion 24 for operating the grip portion 23 is provided at the base end portion.

The grip portion 23 is integrally provided at the tip of the main rod 21 and is curved in a forward arcuate shape. The grip portion 23 is axially attached to the first grip piece 23a and includes an in-plane including the first grip piece 23a. And an arc-shaped second gripping piece 23b that rotates at the same time. The base end of the second gripping piece 23b is pivotally attached to the tip of the auxiliary hook 22 inserted into the through hole 25 provided in the first gripping piece 23a. On the other hand, the handle portion 24 includes a handle main body 26 attached to the main rod 21 and an L-shaped link member 27 pivotally attached to the handle main body 26. A grip portion 28 is provided, and the proximal end of the auxiliary rod 22 is pivotally attached to the distal end side.

When the link member 27 is rotated so that the grip portion 28 of the handle portion 24 moves away from the main rod 21, the auxiliary rod 22 advances to the tip side of the main rod 21, and the second gripping piece 23b rotates outward. The space between the clamping surfaces 23c and 23c at the tips of the first and second gripping pieces 23a and 23b is opened. Conversely, when the link member 27 is rotated so that the grip portion 28 is brought closer to the main rod 21 side, the auxiliary rod 22 is retracted toward the proximal end side of the main rod 21 and the second gripping piece 23b is rotated inward. Thus, the clamping surfaces 23c and 23c at the tips of the first and second gripping pieces 23a and 23b are combined and closed.

Therefore, first, an operator rides on an aerial work vehicle (not shown) and ascends and holds the electric wire covering repair cover A1 according to the first embodiment by the grip portion 23 of the indirect hot wire tool 20. Then, the connection portion E of the overhead electric wire D is covered. And the engagement convex parts 8 and 8 are engaged with both the engagement recessed parts 9 and 9 by pinching the both sides of the side walls 1a and 1a from the outside. 5 and 6, the overhead electric wire D is inserted into the insertion holes 2 and 2, and the pair of support ribs 12 and 12 are fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the core wire C. In addition, the wire covering / recovering cover A1 according to the first embodiment does not shift from side to side along the overhead wire D. Even if they are displaced, the support ribs 12 are brought into contact with the end face of the overhead electric wire D at the connection portion E, and the movement thereof is restricted.

On the other hand, when the electric wire covering repair cover A1 according to the first embodiment is to be removed after a certain period (for example, one year or two years) has passed since the construction is completed, the construction is performed again, as shown in FIG. In the insertion recess 11 provided in the end walls 1b, 1b of the cover body 1, the tip of the gripping portion 23 of the indirect hot wire tool 20, that is, either the first gripping piece 23a or the second gripping piece 23b (FIG. 8). In FIG. 9, the tip of the second grip piece 23b is inserted, and as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10 (a), the tip is directly moved in the direction of the arrow in a direction parallel to the end surfaces of the side walls 1a and 1a. 9 and 10 (b), the side edges of the second gripping piece 23b abut against the inner side surfaces of the side walls 1a and 1a to push the side walls 1a and 1a outward. It opens and the engagement convex part 8 and the engagement concave part 9 are disengaged. Te, electric wire coating repair cover A1 according to the first embodiment is that the easily removed, workability is extremely good.

Further, the electric wire covering repair cover A1 according to the first embodiment has a height H set longer than the width W thereof. Thereby, even if the connection part E site | part of the overhead electric wire D is curving, there is no possibility that it may be absorbed in the height direction and the installation may be hindered. Furthermore, since inclined portions 6a, 6a inclined downward toward the outside are provided on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the partition wall 6, both sides of the partition wall 6 can be provided even if rainwater enters the cover body 1. The rainwater is discharged to the outside through the inclined portions 6a, 6a, and there is no fear that the rainwater is accumulated in the cover body 1.

Next, the electric wire covering repair cover A2 according to the second embodiment will be described. The wire covering repair cover A2 according to the second embodiment is the same as the wire covering repair cover A1 according to the first embodiment except for the shape of the insertion recess. Detailed explanation is omitted. Moreover, the use place and usage of the electric wire covering repair cover A2 according to the second embodiment are the same as those of the electric wire covering repair cover A1 according to the first embodiment.

11 to 16 relate to the second embodiment, FIG. 11 is a perspective view of the electric wire covering repair cover according to the second embodiment, FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing the opened state, and FIG. It is the ZZ sectional view taken on the line of FIG.

The electric wire covering repair cover A2 according to the second embodiment is also made of synthetic resin, for example, polyethylene resin, and has flexibility. For example, the cover body 1 has a hollow and rectangular parallelepiped shape having a length L: 215 mm, a height H: 55 mm, and a width W: 28 mm. Insertion holes 2 and 2 for inserting the overhead electric wire D are opened at both ends thereof. Is done.

The cover main body 1 is provided with a hinge portion 4 on one side along the central axis of the insertion holes 2 and 2 and a split 5 on the other side so that both side walls 1a and 1a can be opened and closed.

29, 29, 29 are provided. That is, each insertion recess 29 has a V-groove as seen from the other side end surfaces of the both side walls 1a, 1a, and the side edge surface 29a that intersects the dividing line 5 and contacts the protruding portion 7 between the insertion recesses 29. Is formed into a tapered surface. The maximum width W2 of each insertion recess 29 in the direction parallel to the width W direction of the cover body 1 is the first and second of the gripping portion 23 in the indirect hot wire tool 20, as shown in FIGS. The insertion recesses 29, which are slightly longer than the width e2 of the tips of the two gripping pieces 23a, 23b and are adjacent at the positions where the tips of the first and second gripping pieces 23a, 23b operate along the divided five lines of the cover body 1. 29 can be inserted.

A pair of arc-shaped support ribs 12, 12 projecting perpendicularly to the central axis of the insertion hole 2 are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cover body 1 near the hinge portion 4, located substantially at the center in the longitudinal direction. By both the support ribs 12, the through holes 13, 13 through which the peeled core wire C in the overhead electric wire D is inserted with almost no gap are formed.

The electric wire covering repair cover A2 according to the second embodiment has the above-described configuration, and is an overhead electric wire D as shown in FIGS. 5 and 14, in which the covering portion d is peeled off and the core wire C is partially exposed. Used by being attached to part E. In this way, part of the covering portion d is peeled off, for example, when a certain section of the overhead wire D is subjected to a power failure and electrical work is performed between them, a bypass line that bypasses the section of the overhead wire D is provided. This is to connect the overhead electric wires D so that the work can be performed while an electric current is applied to the overhead wires D except for the electric work section.

Therefore, first, an operator rides on an aerial work vehicle (not shown) and rises and holds the electric wire covering repair cover A2 according to the second embodiment by the grip portion 23 of the indirect hot wire tool 20. Then, the connection portion E of the overhead electric wire D is covered. And the engagement convex parts 8 and 8 are engaged with both the engagement recessed parts 9 and 9 by pinching the both sides of the side walls 1a and 1a from the outside. Thereby, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 14, the overhead electric wire D is inserted into the insertion holes 2 and 2, and the pair of support ribs 12 and 12 are fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the core wire C. In addition, the wire covering / recovering cover A2 according to the second embodiment does not shift from side to side along the overhead wire D. Even if they are displaced, the support ribs 12 are brought into contact with the end face of the overhead electric wire D at the connection portion E, and the movement thereof is restricted.

On the other hand, when removing the electric wire covering repair cover A2 according to the second embodiment in order to perform the work again after a certain period of time (for example, one year or two years) after the work is completed, FIGS. As shown in (a), the leading ends of the first gripping piece 23a and the second gripping piece 23b are respectively placed in the adjacent insertion recesses 29, 29 provided on the end walls 1b, 1b of the cover body 1, respectively. Insert into the two gripping pieces 29, 29. And it act | operates so that the both-sides edge surfaces 29a and 29a which contact | connect the protrusion 7 between the insertion recessed parts 29 and 29 along the division | segmentation 5 line may be pinched | interposed.

As a result, the tip clamping surfaces 23c and 23c of the first and second gripping pieces 23a and 23b abut against the side edge surfaces 29a and 29a, respectively, and both side edges as shown in FIG. Since force acts so as to sandwich the surfaces 29a and 29a, both side walls 1a and 1a are pushed outward to disengage the engaging convex portion 8 and the engaging concave portion 9 from each other. Thus, the electric wire covering repair cover A2 according to the second embodiment can be easily removed, and the workability is very good.

Further, the wire covering repair cover A <b> 2 according to the second embodiment is set to have a height H longer than the width W thereof. Thereby, even if the connection part E site | part of the overhead electric wire D is curving, it is absorbed in the height direction and there is no possibility of causing trouble in attachment.

In 1st and 2nd embodiment, although the fixed section was interrupted and the overhead wire construction was performed, the covering repair cover for electric wires attached to the connection part of the bypass line was explained, but it is limited to these embodiments is not. The present invention also includes, for example, a straight sleeve cover that attaches a portion connected by a sleeve when connecting an existing or newly installed overhead wire, and a branch sleeve or connector for diverting the overhead wire to an electrical consumer. It can be applied to a branch sleeve cover or a connector cover attached to the portion. Furthermore, if the cover is a cover that covers a clamp that holds the overhead electric wire to the utility pole and has both side walls that can be opened and closed, and an engagement means that can be freely engaged and disengaged with the cover, the present invention can be applied to these. Of course, is applicable.
